...🌹🌹🌹...
Umar and Sonia are checking out at the airport.
"Come, my wife" said Umar, who reached for the wife's hand to walk by her side.
Sonia just complied while looking around. He hopes to find Zein there. But it looks like the son has not yet reached the airport to pick them up.
"Pa, where's Zein?" asked Sonia who was still watching around.
"Your son is on his way here" replied Umar, looking at the clock in his hand.
Sonia only sighed heavily while continuing to pay attention around the airport. Somehow the anxiety streak was very visible on the face of the middle-aged woman who still looked beautiful and young. But as much as possible Sonia tried to cover it from her husband.
***
Aliyya and Zein are currently heading to the airport in a Jeep. Whether the old Jeep car is who they use, only Aliyya knows.
"You're crazy, Aliyya. If Mama and Papa get on this old-fashioned thing, they can catch a cold" Zein said, driving the old Jeep.
"Don't say much! You arrogant man! The children of the rich who live in the big city even talk like that." murmured Aliyya who was on Zein's side.
Zein simply rolled her eyeballs in a careless effect and glanced sharply at Aliyya.
Crazy woman. Zein in the liver.
Zein did not respond to Aliyya's words. If he continued to answer the girl's words, they could have an accident because Zein was not focused on driving the car.
Not long after, they finally arrived at the airport. Zein went down, and so did Aliyya. But when Aliyya wanted to get down, suddenly her sleeve got stuck in the door of the old Jeep car.
Crews!
Aliyya's sleeves were torn because they got stuck in the old Jeep car. Zein who saw that just laughed loosely because he was satisfied and happy to see Aliyya who was in trouble.
"Why are you laughing, huh!? Is there something funny!?" sumpul Aliyya who was upset while holding her sleeve.
"That's the result of your attitude. You're sloppy!" said Zein who laughed off seeing Aliyya annoyed.
Aliyya also walked while looking around to find the whereabouts of Umar and Sonia. As Aliyya walked, suddenly from behind Zein immediately opened the jacket he was wearing and wore it on Aliyya.
"Wear it, this jacket. It's not good for a woman to wear such torn clothes." Zein said, wearing his jacket to Aliyya.
Aliyya was aghast when she received that treatment from Zein. He just fell silent and stared at his dirty and silly cousin.
"If your clothes are torn when you meet Papa, I may be the one who will be scolded." said Zein who is now in front of Aliyya and is pairing her jacket zipper.
The eyes of both of them were held in each other for a long time. It was like there was a secret key that managed to tightly lock onto that gaze. While Zein hands, keep working on his jacket and slowly pull the jacket zipper up.
Without the two of them noticing, from a distance Zaki who was following Aliyya still noticed the two.
"What kind of woman will I marry tomorrow? He could have acted that way with another man. Tomorrow is our wedding day!"
Zaki also got emotional and hit the steering wheel of his car very hard. Then Zaki chose to leave Aliyya after heartache when he saw his future wife with another man he did not know. Finally, Zaki left with a misunderstanding, resentment and disappointment towards Aliyya.
While on the other hand, Sonia who had since looked around and looked for Zein. Unintentionally, his eyes flashed and looked at the friendly scene.
Sonia's eyes were rounded as she looked at Zein who was so close to Aliyya. Sonia moved and approached them.
"You're here, Zein..."
Sonia who came also immediately pulled Zein's hand from the jacket worn by Aliyya, and it made both of them aware of a long daydream.
"Mama..."
Sonia hugged Zein and glanced at Aliyya with a hostile look. While Aliyya directly away from Zein's side and put up zippers Zein unfinished jacket wear.
"Papa.." said Zein who saw Umar.
"How is my son?" tanya Umar hugged Zein.
"Very good, Pa." replied Zein confidently.
Aliyya who saw the presence of the uncle also walked up to him and shook the back of his hand.
"Assalamualaikum Uncle, Auntie.." said Aliyya who greeted the two.
"Wa'alaikumsalam.." replied Sonia who was looking towards Aliyya with a cold gaze.
"Wa'alaikumsalam's chat. MashaAllah, you are beautiful, son." said Umar while cupping his nephew's face.
Umar kissed his nephew with affection. While Aliyya felt very happy because she could meet Umar after so many years they never met.
Even the nosy Zein seemed to smile, when he saw the closeness between his father and cousin. Not with Sonia. The dislike expression on Aliyya was clearly visible on her face.
"Sonia. It's our Aliyya. Have you seen it? Now Aliyya we are adults." said Umar who embraced the shoulder of Aliyya.
"Yes, Pa. I've seen it." replied Sonia who still looked cold.
"She is very beautiful" said Umar who always praised Aliyya, his favorite nephew.
Sonia just smiled faintly and tried to be nice to Aliyya in front of her husband. While Aliyya who was aware of the attitude of the aunt, could only smile pias.
"Zein, where's your car?" ask Sonia who wants to leave the airport immediately.
"It's not a regular car, Ma. But the old Jeep that Papa had loved all this time." replied Zein who looked at the keys of the old Jeep car to Umar.
Sonia doesn't seem to like all this. All this time he tried to forbid the husband to drive. But this time he could not hold Umar anymore because of Zein.
While Umar looks very sparkling and enthusiastic when he sees the car keys. Since living in Jakarta, Umar has never again driven a car, not even an old Jeep. And this time his beloved son had already, granted his request.
They climbed into the old Jeep car. Umar looks happy and happy to be back in his hometown.
"Don't be too tight, Pa." said Sonia who sat in the back with Aliyya.
"Come, Ma. Papa is very good at driving and Mama does not have to worry" said Zein who always defended the father.
"Sonia, my wife, I've been wanting to drive this old-fashioned car for a long time. So I beg you, don't forbid me this time." said Umar who was driving.
"Well, Uncle. Just this time Aliyya saw Uncle driving like this. Come, Uncle. Increase the speed of the car." said Aliyya who was happy and enjoyed.
Sonia glanced at Aliyya with a look of dislike as the girl supported Umar and Zein. I don't know what makes Sonia so dislike Aliyya, even Sabrina, the younger sister of her own husband. And that's what makes Aliyya curious until now. But Aliyya could only keep quiet and did not ask the aunt, for fear of hurting her uncle.
"You guys handle ya." cried Umar who wanted to increase the speed of the old Jeep car.
Umar also increased the speed of the Jeep car so that the wind felt very strong. Not long after, they finally arrived at Aliyya's house.
When they arrived, Aliyya looked astonished when she saw a car parked in their yard. But Aliyya paid no heed to it. He immediately invited Umar and Sonia into the house.
"Assalamualaikum.." said Umar in a loud voice.
Sabrina who was inside was aghast when she heard the familiar baritone voice in her ears all this time. Then...
"Sister." he said, turning his head and seeing Umar coming to his house.
Sabrina, Galuh and Aldha who saw it immediately moved and approached them all with a very radiant expression full of novelty.
"Wa'alaikumsalam, sister." replied Sabrina who greeted and hugged her brother.
"How are you, my brother?" tanya Umar who let go of her embrace.
"I'm good, sister." replied Sabrina who was crying touched by the arrival of the older brother.
"Why are you crying?" tanya Umar held Sabrina's face.
"Twelve years, brother. Twelve years old Brother has never come to this house. Our home, Mother's house, and our childhood home. Is Jogja too far away that Big Brother can't come here?" replied the downcast Sabrina sadly.
Umar was completely pinched by Sabrina's bitter words. He realized that all this time, his relationship with his sister was only through the intermediary of a message or video call. Umar is not just busy. But there is another reason that makes him unable to come too often to Jogja and meet Sabrina, his only biological sister.
"You must know what my life in Jakarta is like, Sabrina. The city of Jakarta is not just a city, but also an arena. Where everyone can fly as high as they can, without realizing that they have ever set foot on the ground." said Umar who stared fixedly at the younger brother.
Sonia who saw the scene, just silent and looks dislike Sabrina's pleasantries. One of the reasons Umar can not visit Jogja too often is Sonia. I don't know what Umar's reason was, was there ever a problem between the two?
Sabrina immediately hugged her brother because of a very deep longing. Zein and Aliyya who saw the scene were also moved. Galuh and Aldha. Not with Sonia.
"Come, Brother. Brother needs to rest. Let me take you to Brother and Brother Sonia's room." said Sabrina who began to calm down and took the two.
Umar followed Sabrina, and so did Sonia. They walked to the guest room. After that Sabrina came out and looked for Aliyya's whereabouts.
"Zein, have you seen Aliyya?" so Sabrina asked her niece.
"No, Bi. I didn't see it." replied Zein who had been looking around the house.
As they looked around, Zein discovered Aliyya's whereabouts. Then...
"Aliya..."
Zein waved his hand and asked Aliyya to approach him.
"What's up with this silly guy."
Aliyya walked up to Zein without realizing that Sabrina was there.
"What else is it?" it was Aliyya who asked Zein.
"Mom's been looking for you since. There's Zaki who wants to see you." said Sabrina who patted his eldest daughter's shoulder.
"Zaki?" said Aliyya who was surprised to hear the words of the mother.
"Why such a shock, huh! You're nervous to meet that guy." said Zein who deliberately teased Aliyya.
"Shut up! It's none of your business." Aliyya's sniffles and glares at Zein.
"Come, come with me." said Sabrina who pulled Aliyya's hand towards the side yard.
Aliyya also resigned while thinking. It turned out that the car in front was Zaki's car. While Zein is curious about a man named Zaki, he follows Sabrina and Aliyya.
"I'm sorry, son. You waited a long time because of this girl" Sabrina told Zaki, who was sitting in the side yard.
"It's okay, Mom. I just want to talk to Aliyya for a while" replied Zaki who got up from his seat.
"Then I stay" said Sabrina, who let go of Aliyya's hand.
Sabrina is gone. Now only Aliyya and Zaki were in the side courtyard. Aliyya feels awkward because she first met Zaki.
All this is because of you, Zein Abdullah. If he wasn't nosy to me, then I would have known Zaki's face back then. Aliyya muttered in her heart.
Aliyya simply bowed before Zaki without even looking at him. While Zaki, smiled faintly at Aliyya's attitude.
"Why just shut up? Come on, sit down." said Zaki who asked Aliyya to talk.
"Yes, okay..."
Aliyya and Zaki were sitting in the side yard, unaware that someone was watching and watching the two from within.
"I just want to talk about our wedding tomorrow. I have all prepared. So you and your family do not have to bother to prepare other things" said Zaki.
Aliyya raised her head and looked at Zaki.
"Why is that? My family is also still able to finance our marriage." asked Aliyya who felt strange with Zaki.
"No need, Aliyya. Trust me the same. Then I'll go home. Tomorrow we will meet again with our new status." said Zaki who moved and smiled faintly.
Aliyya also moved. Zaki's words managed to make his face red and blush in embarrassment.
"Yes, you're careful" said Aliyya, who was embarrassed by Zaki.
Zaki just smiled meaningfully. Then he went out of Aliyya's house. Meanwhile, Zein, since he had heard the conversation of the two.
"Don't look her in the eye too deeply" said Zein, who approached Aliyya.
"What do you want, huh!" sumpul Aliyya who was upset with Zein's attitude.
"I just want to remind you. Don't look too deep into his eyes. Later in love. Not necessarily he will marry you." said Zein who continues to tease Aliyya.
"Shut up! Otherwise, your mouth will I love cayenne pepper." murmured Aliyya and pointed at Zein's face.
"Kabur.." said Zein who immediately left.
Aliyya just shook her head at the behavior of her ignorant cousin and the bars. Then he went inside the house.
***
It doesn't feel like the day is getting night. At home Aliyya looks crowded because tonight is the last night Aliyya status as a girl and tomorrow night, she is officially the wife of a Zaki Mahendra Son. A tall, handsome man and also a young businessman.
Everyone is busy preparing for tomorrow morning. Not with Sonia. He just looked and watched the surroundings. But as Sonia was walking and checking around, she saw Zein who was busy helping Aliyya with her wedding preparations.
I can't let my son stay here. Sonia murmured in the heart.
"Zeez..."
Zein, who was busy, turned and approached her mother.
"What's the matter Ma?" ask Zein to Sonia.
"No one, Zein. Mama just wanted to ask you something." replied Sonia in a slow voice.
"What is Ma?" ask Zein who's getting curious.
"Aren't you going to Singapore for a vacation with Rizal? Mama heard you want to hold an event there with your friends." replied Sonia who was still in slow voice.
"Yes, Ma. But Papa forbade me to leave before Aliyya's wedding was over." replied Zein who looked lethargic and resigned.
Sonia also grinned thinly. He wanted Zein to leave the house so that nothing happened that he did not want. I don't know what Sonia is thinking right now. Since hearing the news of Aliyya and Umar's marriage to Zein to come to Jogja representing the family, the beautiful middle-aged woman looked anxious, frightened and worried about something.
"You just go. Later let Mama persuade your father here." said Sonia who tried to instigate her son.
"Serious mom?" asked Zein who was unsure of what her mother said.
"Yes, Honey. You just go. Here's a ticket for you to go with Rizal. Mama prepared this for you." said Sonia who persuaded Zein.
"Then what about Papa?" ask Zein who is still unsure of Sonia's idea.
"Your father let Mama face him. Go tomorrow morning because the departure on the ticket was deliberately Mama get morning for you and Rizal." replied Sonia reassured.
"Alright, Ma. I love Mama" said Zein who hugged her mother.
"Mama loves you more, son." said Sonia who smiled faintly.
"Then I rest, Ma. Mama also has to rest." said Zein who took off the embrace of the mother.
"Yes, dear." replied Sonia who caressed the head of the son.
Zein went out from before Sonia. That thin yet meaningful smile was re-engraved on the middle-aged woman's face.
"Hopefully my plan works and Zein won't get into trouble here..."
