SMART RACE (LCC)
INTER SMA/K SEMARANG CITY
A. PRELIMINARIES
The Smart Careful Competition (LCC) 2015 is an SMA/K level intelligence contest for students throughout Semarang City. This program aims to improve the intelligence of students both knowledge and skills so as to create quality students.
B. GENERAL PROVISIONS
PARTICIPANT
Participants of the 2015 Smart Careful Competition (LCC) are, as follows:
a. Students/i High School/K throughout the major.
b. Minimum participants sit in class 2 and maximum sit in class 3, both from SMA/K Negeri and SMA/K Private in Semarang as evidenced by attaching Student Sign Card (KTS).
c. Each School may send 1 team max 2 teams.
d. Each team consists of 3 people with different forces or one force (3 people from class 2 and 3 people from class 3) if different forces, apply to all.
e. Participants are students/i who have been registered as participants in the xxxx Smart Care Competition (LCC) (according to point 2).
RACE MECHANISM
Smart Careful Competition (LCC) xxxx divided into 4 INNINGS.
a. PRELIMINARY ROUND 1
1) Stage I
a) The team will get 50 short choices to do in 50 minutes.
b) The matter consists of general knowledge (IPA, IPS, Mathematics, Bhs. Indonesia, and Bhs. The british).
2) The results of Round 1 were selected 15 best teams with the highest score to qualify for the SEIZURE II.
3) The provisions of the Preliminary Round I :

b. PRELIMINARY ROUND II

For each correct answer is assigned a value of 10, incorrectly assigned a value of 0.
2) The best 8 teams will be selected to advance to the FINAL SEMIS.
c. SEMI-FINALS
In this round consists of 8 teams into 2 kloter each contains (4 teams) in the FAST RIGHT ROUND. In this round the MC will read the question and be repeated 2 times, then the participant can answer and given time for 20 seconds. This round participants will be competed 1 time which will produce the 3 best teams with the highest score. In this round there are 2 stages :
a. Phase I
This stage will be divided into 2 kloter 1 kloter containing 4 teams and each team will be given a matter of seizure as many as 25 questions that have been provided by the committee with a value of points 1 problem (4 points) , if the wrong answer will be reduced (-4 points) and the problem is automatically scorched. Participants must answer quickly and precisely with a duration of 20 seconds. The team that presses the bell first is given the opportunity to answer first.
b. Stage II
At this stage each team will be given 1 story problem in an envelope to be given by the jury and must be answered quickly and precisely with a duration of 60 seconds. If the team cannot answer the question will be thrown on the opposing team. The correct answer is given a value of 100 and the wrong answer is given a value of 10.
The 3 best teams will be selected to advance to THE FINAL ROUND.
d. FINAL ROUND
The final round is called the CASE AND SKILL CHALLENGE ROUND. This round consists of the 3 best teams that qualify for the Final round. Will be selected with the highest score obtained as the champion of 1, 2, and 3 xxxx Smart Careful Race (LCC). In THE CASE AND SKILLCHALLENGE ROUND there are 3 stages, namely :
a. Phase I
At this stage, the jury will provide an English story. The team was given 2 minutes to discuss the answers and given time to answer verbally using English to the jury with a duration of 60 seconds. The jury will provide a value in the range of 0-100 at this stage.
b. Stage II
At this stage there will be a debate between the teams, and later the material will be determined and each team is free to give an opinion, every answer every team must squeeze the bell that is available.
Debate Rules
* In this race, it consists of 3 groups.
* Avoid out-of-topic posts, as this will reduce your judgment and will hurt your group as a whole.
* All members of the group are entitled to post their arguments
