Emely's Struggle

CHAPTER 3

"Sister Emely, Eduar left first."

Before it passed, Emely shouted to his sister "Don't forget to meet dad and go home quickly. I'm looking for a new job today. " Eduar turned around and raised his thumb and left Emely who was still standing looking at his sister's back.

"Young - hopefully Eduar can persuade dad to come home." Pray in your heart and step into the kitchen.

" Sir is my father inside? " Tanya Eduar to one of his father's coworkers who Eduar knew first when his father had invited him to this factory.

"Loh son, your father quit three days ago. Your dad said he got a better job." His father's colleagues confused Eduar.

"Do you know where my dad's new job is? " Eduar hopes to find where his father is.

"Sorry son, I don't know. Your father didn't mention his new workplace either." There was a disappointment in Eduar's face.

"Alright sir, thanks for the information."

"Same - same boy. " Eduar also said goodbye to the man who was his father's age. He chose to go home considering having to change to look after his mother because today Emely will look for a new job.

" It's been some shops, laundry, restaurants that I'm applying for, but why doesn't anyone need a part-time employee. " Emely looked sad, already sitting in the car next to Rayhan.

"Patience to ya." Rayhan stroked Emely's head and poured out the cold mineral water he had bought in the store.

"Where are we now?" Rayhan's question hasn't turned on his car engine yet.

"We'll just go home. Tomorrow we go again. You must be tired. You have morning class tomorrow, right? " Rayhan nodded. Rayhan is still in college and is still semester VII. The beginning of his meeting with Emely in the campus when Emely was still a candidate for new students and Rayhan who was still V semester became one of the Student Senate and became a mentor in the group Emely. Emely looks funny with her hair, adorable according to Rayhan and after finishing the orientation period for new students Rayhan also expressed her feelings but was rejected by Emely.

Rayhan tried and never stopped chasing Emely and the fruits of his patience managed to make the girl accept him a year ago.

"How have you talked to dad? " Emely asked Eduar while they were watching tv in the middle of their little house.

"Eduar didn't see my father. " Emely squinted her eyes demanding an explanation over her sister.

"Father stopped from the factory, brother, three days ago. " She said.

"We lost track of my father" he added. Because the factory was the only clue to his father's whereabouts. But his father's coworkers in the factory did not know the whereabouts of his father.

"We'll find dad. Brother promised." Emely embraces her sister.

Today, Emely is back looking for a job. Emely was not accompanied by Rayhan who had to take his mother away with his social group.

Emely dazed, the heat of the afternoon also began to pierce her white skin. The sky looks very hot when the time is soon magrib. Emely was just about to walk over the road to the bus stop, but there was a car that almost hit him and made Emely sit on the highway.

"Didn't you have eyes? " Shouted the woman that Emely once remembered her face. Emely gathered her consciousness because the shock almost hit earlier.

"Truely she's the woman" Emely stood with a slight pain in her leg. Emely now remembered who that woman was.

"Where's my dad? " Emely approached the woman who had come to his house to take his father away. Clasping the two women's arms.

"Where's my dad? " He asked again. All eyes awaiting the arrival of the bus were looking at Emely and the woman. Some are interested in the dispute of the two people, some are choosing to cheat and board a bus that takes them to their destination.

"Whose father?" Shouted the woman trying to release the grip of Emely's hand but to no avail. Emely held her very strong because this woman was the only hope that knew her father's whereabouts.

A traffic cop came to investigate the two women's dispute. But free Emely still did not let go of the woman's hand.

"Miss talk well, if there's a problem with this woman. " Peach the police, but Emely persisted, the shadow of his sick mother without her father's company made her courage many times. He didn't even heed the police's word.

" Help me, he dares to be insolent to me. He said I took his father away." The woman acted very well, even though her arm was already hurting.

"Miss please. Miss could be arrested for physically assaulting this woman." The police are still trying to pull Emely's hand.

"The girl's mouth is strong as well" muttered the police officer.

Until finally there was someone who opened the car door and threw Emely's hands rough.

"Dad " Said Emely starting to approach her father.

"I'm not your father. I don't have a child who doesn't have ethics like you, fighting with people who are more mature than you. In the middle of the road."

Deggs. Her father's words hit Emely's heart. It was like being pierced by a dagger sword. Sick but not bleeding. His father denied him as a child, only for defending a woman he had only known for a few months, rather than his nearly 21-year-old son.

"Dad, Emely promised not to fight with anyone again, Emely would be a better child. As long as I go home with Emely, I need you."

It seems that everyone who witnessed the incident from earlier had received answers to the questions in their heads, including the police officer. He already understood the problem this girl was facing.

"Oh so he's his father's affair." The voice of a woman who sounded slow but could be heard Emely, her father and also the woman who was already very upset, looked at Emely.

"Darling let's go. " Take the woman to Emely's father.

"Dad "Emely was still chasing and holding the door of the car where his father entered. Half Emely's hand was against the car door hoping her father wouldn't close the door because his hand would be pinched. But his father pulled the door, making Emely grimace and forced to pull his reddened hand. Emely sat on the highway, crying like a fool. Everyone who saw him felt pity.

"Hopefully "Said the man who had noticed from behind the wheel of his parked car not far from Emely at this time.

After feeling calm, the police officer helped Emely stand up and drove him to the bus, the bus was intended to go home.
