Eleanor Desires the Ruler

Eleanor Desires the Ruler
Chapter 28 - Will Keep Forgetting You

1 month later.

The loss of Arthur certainly makes everyone confused.

While Eleanor continued to be pensive in her room. All he could talk to was Haldez and Priska.

Mommy Arra was so devastated, that every look at the child only tears came out.

While Daddy Erzan is desperately searching for Arthur's whereabouts, he will make calculations on the human. How could I just leave the child.

Haldez was also forced to show himself in front of Priska, explaining everything clearly why Eleanor became like this.

Priska repeatedly fell unconscious each time Haldez pulled out a 9 tail, while Eleanor continued to stare at the nanar.

How much she missed her husband.

And now after a long time together, Priska finally understood everything. Angry but unable to turn the clock, intrigued because in fact Eleanor loved Arthur very much.

The weather was as clear as yesterday. Since the heavy rain in late November, until now no more rain fell.

Eleanor stared blankly at the view out there through her bedroom balcony.

The breeze made her long hair drift, sometimes crossing her face, but Eleanor was unperturbed, not amused and just silent.

"Meet El, I'll ask the waiter to bring his breakfast here" Haldez said.

Priska nodded slowly.

Tomorrow the lecture will begin soon, but Eleanor is still like this. Makes his heart also shred.

"El, let's go to the city library? find a book for tomorrow, our first day of college," Priska asked, she spoke with an enthusiastic voice, directly sitting next to her best friend.

And hearing the library of the city called, immediately Eleanor remembered about the ancient book that Priska gave her first, the book that she had torn up even though she had not read it until the final chapter.

Eleanor blinked quickly, a life-like desire re-emerging from those two eyes.

Eleanor should have read the book to the end instead of damaging it when it had just arrived in the middle. Eleanor was so sorry, she wanted to get the book back.

Looking for a way out, there might be a way how to get Arthur back into this world.

"Pris, do you remember the book you gave me? where are the others? is there a copy of the book?"

Priska frowned, as she remembered she had never given any books to Eleanor.

"What book?"

"Did I ever give it to you?"

"Yes." Yeah."

"But I don't remember."

"Come on Pris, don't pretend to forget. Better now we go to the city library!" breaking up Eleanor, she even got up straight from her seat and immediately entered the room.

Coinciding with a waiter who brought breakfast to the mistress. Haldez came in here.

"Let's put it on the Bik's table." Prisca is ruling.

He then looked at Haldez, both asking why Eleanor was suddenly so excited.

"Where are you going?" ask Haldez.

"Me and Priska are going to the city library, you don't have to go to Hald."

"Why?"

"You don't have an identification to enter."

Haldez fell silent, he looked at Priska, looking at the woman who was twisting her shoulders.

Upon arriving at the library, Eleanor and Priska suddenly saw that Haldez was already in there.

Priska was momentarily stunned, but Eleanor only realized that Haldez was a demon.

"What do you want to find El?"

"Why ask Pris again, I'm looking for your handbook first."

Priska scratched her non-itchy forehead.

All day they surrounded the city library, every floor they came to but the book about the ancient legend of the fox demon could not be found.

Eleanor was sitting languidly at the end of the hallway of the bookshelves, her gaze again looking empty.

"El, listen to me," said Haldez, he crouched down to align himself with Eleanor who was already struggling.

"If Arthur survives and he's reborn as a human, he'll forget you."
