Chapter 10 - A Couple of Brides

Eleanor never knew love, even until she was 21 years old only Arthur was a man who managed to get close to her.

Knowing Arthur as the savior of his life since the first time, made Eleanor very easy to believe with the man.

It was not difficult for him to answer yes about the marriage offer between the two of them.

"El," said Daddy Erzan, the man with the heavy voice entered the room, leaving Eleanor and Arthur's hands loose.

"Dad, Arthur's conscious."

"Thank you." Daddy Erzan pulled up a chair, sitting between the two.

"Art, thank you for saving my daughter" said daddy Erzan, this is what he wanted to say the first time this man came to his senses.

"There's no need to thank you sir, whoever found Eleanor would have helped her back then."

"Among my despair at the loss of Eleanor, I have sworn an oath in the middle of the Arimba forest. That whoever can bring my daughter home then I will raise her degree. You'll make me a part of our family, using Harold's name."

"No sir, I don't want that."

"Then what do you want, right?"

"I want to marry Eleanor. 1 week we tried to get out of the forest, has been a lot of time we both went through, and since then also I want to continue to keep Eleanor."

Daddy Erzan was speechless, but quite understood what Arthur meant. I don't know what the two of them went through in the woods there, through a cold night or a hot day.

Daddy Erzan looked at the child, looking at Eleanor who had a small nod.

And that nod of the head finally made this marriage really happen.

Surprised! everyone was very surprised by the news. Priska and Jason even continue to try to meet Eleanor to find out the truth about this news.

But daddy Erzan keeps blocking Eleanor's friends' access to meet her son.

Eleanor can only be found at the wedding.

"Geez, how did Eleanor get married, Arthur? who's that guy?" Priska continued to talk to herself, and she was in the car with Jason, and both of her hands held a wedding invitation written in the names of Eleanor Harold and Arthur.

Jason did not respond to anything, his eyes were still straight on the road and just focused on driving, even though his mind was everywhere.

The marriage was lavishly titled after 1 week Eleanor agreed.

That is today.

Wearing a dazzlingly white dress, Eleanor smilingly stared at the reflection of herself inside the mirror.

Then felt his hand held by Arthur.

"You're so pretty."

"Thank you Art, you're also very handsome."

"really?"

"Hem."

"During the show, don't ever let go of my hand, okay?"

Eleanor nodded.

Arthur kissed his bride-to-be. From that kiss Eleanor found only peace.

The long-awaited time has finally arrived. Eleanor and Arthur enter the ballroom and head for the wedding altar.

All the invited guests present there were immediately stunned when they saw the couple, not only amazed at Eleanor's beauty but they were all stunned by Arthur's good looks. He was like an angel descending from the sky.

"Oh my God, how handsome" said some women.

The sacred promise was finally said, Jason came out of there a while when the event was just starting.

And after the recitation of the sacred promise, Arthur kissed his wife's lips at a glance.

Eleanor smiled.
