Chapter 9 Signs of Presence

At eleven o'clock in the afternoon Regina stepped her foot down the road between the hospital and her home. He had just visited his newly born brother-in-law Baldy's wife Andra's sister.

The riders who were eager to see him walking on his distended stomach many stopped offering him a ride, but Regina refused him kindly because she wanted to walk to her house on the grounds that she wanted to exercise for the smooth delivery.

Katarina stopped her activity and put all the sewing equipment into the basket, then looked at her daughter's face.

Marisda deliberately invited the woman to sit not far from Regina. He introduced the woman proudly to all the mothers who were in the kitchen.

There was something painful in Regina's heart when she heard Marisda's words but she still tried hard and did not want to drop her tears in front of the crowd.
