...***...

The sound of rain is coming from out there. Makes the atmosphere of twilight so calm. Cold air filled the room. A pair of humans were leaning back, enjoying the beauty of the rain in the afternoon.

The man's hand gently rubbed Ahza's stomach sitting in front of him while leaning her head against the man's shoulder. Sometimes he kissed Ahza's cheek lovingly.

Ahza just closed her eyes, enjoying the man's behavior. I don't know how many times, Ahza mentioned the man's name lovingly.

"May God immediately give the inhabitants in your womb, Za..." Said the man gently.

They had been patient for four years, waiting for the presence of the little angel among them. The man also understood the condition of his wife. Even doctors say it will be difficult to get pregnant, and if pregnant, the risk of birth is very large.

But it does not seem to dampen his love for the woman of his tribe. He respected and honored Ahza.

That guy was also very smart. He did not tell his wife to cook every day. Sometimes the man does the housework. He cooks, sweeps, even does the laundry he can do.

When Ahza looks pale, the man will serve her lovingly.

Ahza repeatedly expressed her gratitude. God has presented a man who has great respect for women.

"Thank you, you've colored my life..."

As it already is. They worshiped in the room with the sound of rain accompanying their activities.

"I'm sure God will bring us a baby. I'm sure it'll happen sometime, when God believes we're the guardians of his little creatures." Said the man at the end of a warm kiss on Ahza's lips.

...***...

I have only known him recently.

What a wonderful woman in my eyes. His rigor and his spirit should be imitated.

It is said that after graduating from High School, the figure of Ahza is familiar in the eyes of thousands of orphan children. He has been diligent in donating some of his property to the Orphan House.

Even every week, Ahza will - visit directly and interact with children.

Ahza is a beautiful woman with a posture that is more than good. Her husband is also established.

I mean, there's a lot more that a young couple can do than take care of the orphan. But...

"Why?"

I can't stop a question from jumping out of my mouth.

Ahza smile. On his lap was a baby. Ahza was still responding to the babbling toddler in front of him. None of them were born from Ahza's womb. But their closeness to Ahza is beyond doubt.

My question has not been answered, as Ahza continues to respond to all the words, compliments or even the ineffective touch of the children surrounded us.

"I'm sorry, but, is it because Ahza can't, uh I mean haven't had a child yet?"

That question may be very sensitive to women, perhaps including Ahza. But a smile immediately puffed up on her lips.

"Are you patient enough?"

My question was answered with another question.

My forehead was wrinkled, trying to understand Ahza's words.

"Yes, maybe. Why?"

I saw like a memory of the past flashed in the look in his eyes. It was like there was a flash of disappointment and happiness mixed in there.

"For I will take you back to a dozen years ago, when I was a teenager."

And in her own unique way, Ahza has drawn me to her past. Get to know more about Sarahza Alwidinata.
