DUSK INJURED

DUSK INJURED
The Curse of the Past

Aurel walked beside Skala along the corridor to see Sadira because it was a holiday to the office. Inadvertently he met Bara in front of a special hospitalization gate, he immediately asked permission to Skala.

“Skala. I'm going to Bara.”

The scale instantly stopped making Aurel hit his back.

“Ngapain to him?” ask the scale makes sense. The embers were flat expressions, none of which was strong against the combined ice of the north and south poles.

“I want to collect his promise.”

“What promise?”

“There's. You go there first.”

The scale pushed Aurel to go first to a grade 1 hospitalization. After that Aurel approached Bara who was chatting with the nurse.

He patted Bara's back slowly. “Young doctor Bara,” call him complete.

“Bara aja,” error then reverse the body.

“Iya, Bara.” Aurel is cheerful, so Bara is no wonder if he smiles even though his face is flat. “I want to call a promise.”

Bara glanced around who looked empty then invited to sit on a long bench.

“What promise?”

Aurel clucked, “Saying if we meet, you want to give milk box again.”

“Gak take.”

Aurel's feet stomped in annoyance, “Yahh, why not bring it?”

“Lupa.”

Aurel was disappointed.

“Where are you?”

“Udah sign in.”

“You?”

“Nyamperin Bara.”

“For milk box?”

Aurel nodded weakly.

“Today morning shift home at 1. Want to wait?”

“Mau, want!”

Now Bara doesn't know any more about the guy next to him. He's.

“Iya, because my Dad came home.”

Aurel was surprised. “Wah, I want to know your father dong.” want to know also if his Father is as flat as he is not? If only he could continue his words. Actually Aurel was envious. Damar never wanted to see himself, as if the dirt had to be thrown away. As much as possible he smiled over the wounds of his past.

Bara smiled too, “Iya later.” If you know the most gumoh. Because I know.

“I want to go ahead, buy porridge same sate ayam.”

The scale also did not come, he finally held back the newly standing Bara snelli about to leave.

“If you want to come come.” Bara already knows what that means.

Aurel follow Bara, “Bara, this want to be built too?” ask her as she passes through the building under construction.

“Iya, plan to make operating room.” Bara walked looking straight ahead, in contrast to Aurel who looked right-left looking at the construction. He accidentally sees Skala coming out with Sadira sitting in a wheelchair in a different corridor bounded by the building.

“If you want to buy, buy yourself eat yourself.”

Bara immediately turned around when behind him in silence. He turned out to be quite a long way away because Aurel was 2 meters away from him. Looking at what Aurel saw, Bara said, “He's jealous.”

Wait for. I heard something strange. He was looking for the origin of the sound. After looking up, Aurel stood up, on top of which there was a signboard that was almost loose. Bara yelled at him to avoid, “AUREL! BACKWARDS!”

Aurel bergeming's. But Skala and Sadira heard, even turned their heads. Aihh, Bara inevitably had to help him again in the same way, which was to hug him and fall together to fall to the floor.

BRAKKS

The directional signboard just fell down on Bara's feet. Aurel who was in Bara's arms was clearly shocked. “Bara. Bara, sorry.”

“Gapa, gapapa.” At least better the crucifixion of the board than bricks or walls whose weight is much different.

Nurses and doctors who happened to pass by directly helped lift the board to the edge.

“Doctor Bara, you don't pa-pa?” ask the worried partner.

Bara stood aided by his fellow koas. “Papa. Thanks yes.”

“Thank God. Next time be careful, Doc. Here emang prone,” he said tell.

Scale up leaving Sadira in place because of Aurel's worry.

“You gapapa?” tanya Bara and Compact scale. Bara in front of him, Skaka beside him. They look worried.

“A-I gapapa,” Aurel replied.

“Udah often spelled out, if the road was left right, Rel,” reprimanded Scale. “kalo was no polar doctor, you can why-why.”

Seeing and hearing Aurel at the Scales, Bara immediately acted by standing in front of Aurel as if protecting him.

“Pak Dear scale. Sorry, your friend is almost wretched. You should make sure he's okay, not scolding.” Bara is not out of thought.

Clear Scale rage. Again he is Aurel. Where the moment fits once, so Bara can hug Aurel without permission.

Sadira coming, “Skala. How did you leave me?”

Bara stared lazily at Sadira for a while despite not knowing. He looked at the scale again. “He didn't see the road, because focus see you.” New Bara glanced at Sadira, “same him.”

The face of the scale turned into pias. So, Aurel was almost wretched from seeing him with Sadira earlier?

“So you said you wanted to buy porridge. Come.” Aurel diverts the conversation and pulls Bara's hand away from there. The scale that could not bear to see them directly blocked Aurel and pulled the other hand.

Sadira was stunned to see Aurel being fought over by two men. “Pake pellet what is he?” he murmured unconsciously.

“Skala, off,” said Aurel glanced at the hands of Scale. “I have promised to buy the same Bara. You also promised to nemenin Sadira. So keep each promise.”

The scale remembers her saying that a promise must be kept. He took off his hand and let them go.

“They match yes.”

“No,” cuek Scale while pushing his wheelchair again.

***

Aurel swallowed his porridge, “No. I keepet fitting treated aja.”

Although not believing, there is no harm in assuring the words of women.

“Bara, dong story why you stopped thinking about suicide.”

“Nanti.”

“Let's continue. Now yes?”

“Bingung start from where.”

“Bara. You have too many problems until you don't smile?” Aurel pulls two corners of Bara's lips until it forms a forced smile. “nah, gini is handsome, ntar many like.” I really don't like smiles. Every time you smile, the women immediately prance like they can get a lottery draw.

“You know what I was. I also hesitate to smile because they never want to see the truth. They insult too much,” continued Aurel jumped into the past. “Bapak equals Divorced Mom. But every dad always rages. I also get hit a lot. Pain.” He subconsciously pitted against the clearly newly known Bara. It feels like talking to the same person feels the bitterness of life is better than talking to people who feel their life is better.

“My parents are also divorced. Divorce off.”

Aurel surprised, “Your mother udah— sorry, Bara.”

“Gapapa, it's been a long time.”

“But you can be successful now.”

“Hopefully. Dad is also a doctor, he is a neurologist.”

“Do you want to take a specialist if koas is finished?”

“THT.”

“Now story dong, Bara.”

“Same. I am like this, cuek. Rarely do you kayak strong people deket me. I.. used to be depressed because Mom died in High School. I did not go to school for 1 year because of treatment. After that I realized, time goes, the wheel of the world turns if we optimistically believe the state.”

“I don't know if I've ever been depressed or not. The point is, right that I feel there is no hope of life.”

“Symptoms of depression one of them feels hopeless.”

“Iya anyway..”

“You'll jump into the river. How to?”

“Skala nolong,” he said plain.

I understand now. “So you are the same Scale know because it.” Aurel winks once. “keep going now the relationship of the three of you?”

“You have to do that?”

“Ngak also.” Bara laughed crisply.

***

While waiting for me to pack. Aurel sat by the hospital gate. He already told Skala to come home later in the afternoon if the show is finished.

He got out of his car and opened the door from the inside. Aurel got into the car and put on his seatbelt. Aurel likes to listen to the radio on the phone while wearing earphones. Better this way, than discussing the unimportant unless Bara intends to give him a box of milk one day.

At his house, they came out and Bara knocked on the door.

“Ayahhhh,” call a child who jumped asking to be carried Bara, even though the new door was opened.

Aurel's stunned. Daddy's? So Bara's married? He nodded in disbelief.

“You've eaten yet?” asked Bara while hugging her.

Well, Bara is very different to treat his son with others. He has a double personality or something.

“Udah dong, Dad. I ate alone earlier.”

“Down ya.” Bara dropped his son. “Dad want to go in first with Daddy's friend. Do you want to play or log in?”

“I play aja deh.” He greeted Bara and Aurel and ran towards his friends.

Aurel came in with a thousand questions. “So your son?”

“That's.”

“Where is your wife?”

“Not got.”

Aurel was surprised, “Terus earlier?” he then sat on a chair while Bara opened the refrigerator taking milk boxes of various variants to Aurel.

“He was an accident victim. So I am the one who adopted.”

“You contacted her parents?”

“Udah, no answer.”

Aurel saw him playing jumping rope from the window. “Whose name?”

“Ranu.”

Aurel drank the box's milk. “Your father has not come?”

“After.”

TOK TOK TOK

Aurel chuckles, “You talent so psychic ya.”

Passed by to open the door. “Daddy how are you?” They hugged.

“Good. You how are you?”

“Good, Well.”

“When's thesis session, Kak?”

“Next week.”

Bara tells her father to come in to meet Aurel.

“This friend Bara.”

As Aurel turned his head, he choked to the point of hitting his chest from the tightness.

“Doctor Alatas?!”
