Mama! I want to meet you
Kanata bought enough items with the prize he got from the eating competition. When he returned to the inn, grandfather had been waiting for him on the first floor filled with bars and restaurants. Kanata sat down next to him.
"How are the voracious children walking?" asked the grandfather with a laugh while giving Kanata a glass of water
"Pretty fun cake" Kanata replied in embarrassment
"Grandfather to the room, there are things I have to tell you" said grandfather
Kanata drank the water quickly and walked behind Grandpa. They went to the room on the 3rd floor.
In the room they sat face to face on different mattresses. Grandfather seriously wanted to reveal something to him.
"You know, there's something I should give you before you go to the dragon tower" said the grandfather. He pulled out a pendant shaped like a dragon head on a cliff he had seen.
"This is the pendant I found with your basket when I found you. This locket is the only tool that can make you meet your parents". He gave the pendant to Kanata "grandfather hope you can meet your parents later". Those words were like farewell words to Kanata. His tears began to flow out and he knelt before his grandfather.
"Whatever happens to cake, grandfather is still Kanata's grandfather, the family who raised Kanata. I won't forget Grandpa's teachings and grandfather's affection all along. I'm grateful to have met my grandfather who made me a member of the family even though we didn't have blood ties.
" I'm very happy with my grandfather who has always built me well until now. If there's no grandfather there's no Kanata now" her tears kept pouring down. He felt this was the end of his meeting with grandfather.
"Dumb grandson, this is not farewell. Grandpa wants you to meet your parents. Grandpa knows the reason they let you go, they must be worried about you out there wild" he said. Kanata raised her head and looked at grandfather.
"This pendant has high spiritual power, it belongs to a powerful dragon elf. Grandpa doesn't know who, of course, they always wish you well" Grandpa said
"Grandfather, if I meet my biological family, will you still be my grandfather?" ask Kanata
"Of course, you're grandfather's grandson" grandfather embraced Kanata and calmed her down
"Rest, tomorrow we'll go. A big test awaits you, you can"

Grandpa left Kanata alone in the room. Kanata looked at the dragon pendant, hoping that one day he could meet your biological parents. He put it on and fell asleep.

While asleep, Kanata is back at Sieg's place, ready to feel the pain together. When the curse began to activate somehow the pain disappeared for a moment.
'What happened?' ask in the heart
Immediately a golden colored light appeared there approaching the two of them. The light is like the shape of a person. Sieg lowered his head at once and Kanata had no idea what was happening.
"My son" he called
Kanata was surprised when she called out, 'does he call me or Sieg?' that's the thought that came up. But Sieg was still silent, and a figure of light was approaching Kanata. He hugged her and called
"My son, I'm sorry I couldn't keep you company all this time. You must be living a hard life out there." the voice was so soft and the sound of crying from him.
Somehow, the call went straight into Kanata's heart, her tears flowing, her hands hugging her. This feeling appeared the first time in his life, an enormous longing overflowing from him, he did not want to part. He was always envious in his heart when Ritsu and Rin called their mother, after all while in town many children joined hands with their parents. But he only had a grandfather and a grandfather's family for 10 years.
"Mother, where have you been all this time? mom, I want to see you" asked Kanata
"I'm sorry, son, the curse that is on you makes us have to part, this is a predetermined destiny. When the curse is gone, the mother will come when the time comes" he said
Mother turned to face Sieg "Sieg, please take good care of my son". Sieg's tears also flowed, he brought his head closer to them and replied "Good princess"
"It's time we parted ways, my son. You have to keep the locket well, it'll be a liaison between us. When the time comes for us to meet, this is my last message. Be strong so you can protect the people you love" mother wiped her tears and Kanata's tears
They stood up, the light disappeared and Kanata was still crying there. He promises to be strong and grow into a great person.
