Not many people can experience interaction or interference from supernatural beings. Either in the form of sound, air that makes goosebumps or appearances. This is because of the different dimensions and humans cannot see or feel these invisible creatures. That is why in Western countries, few believe in the existence of supernatural beings because they cannot see with their own eyes and have not been scientifically proven.
However, as an Indonesian people especially Java, everyday life can never be separated from myths, superstitions or clenics. There are astral beings who live with humans and sometimes do not hesitate to flirt. This initially made no sense, but after experiencing it myself I was convinced that humans must respect their existence.
Three years of college, I lived in a student dormitory that used to be a Chinese cemetery. Here's the horror story that my friends and I experienced there.
In a crowded area in Jogja, I live in a dormitory son not far from campus. The one thing I often experience is sleepiness.
Sleep paralysis or often called pierihan, is a strange phenomenon where there is paralysis that is felt when sleeping. In this condition, you will find it difficult to move your body including breathing and not being able to make sounds. The myth that develops, pierihan is the act of supernatural beings, although it has been denied by medical science. Surprisingly, in the dormitory there are only a few rooms that can make pierihan, including my own room. If you sleep above 1 hour, just prepare the pierihan with shades that are so gripping. There's a big figure in the corner that looks like it's watching you when your body can't move and your mouth can't scream. It's a real drag, and somehow it lasts long enough.
There was one resident of the dormitory who happened to fall asleep in front of the TV while sitting down. At midnight he felt his shoulder patted hard until he woke up. Upset that no one was there, he looked for who woke him up. But strangely, all the residents of the dormitory sleep. He was terrified and immediately slept in the room.
Another story, there are also residents of the dormitory who saw a black shadow passing by while he was reflecting. Speaking of mirrors, black figures often appear in the mirror. There was even a Chinese figure dressed as vampires on TV as a child.
There are many mysterious stories in the dorm, but this story is the most sinister. My friend who was not in college and fell asleep in the morning, experienced the terror of the dormitory waiter.
One morning, I was sitting in front of the TV. My friend whose room was close to the TV room came into the room and seemed to be sleeping again because there was no lecture. Half an hour later he came out angry. He's upset about being terrorized by the ghost of China's dormitory waiter. The story goes that while sleeping, he felt that someone had entered in Chinese clothes like a vampire. Half conscious, he saw the Chinese man coming towards him and then strangled his neck while holding his arms stretched out (similar to the position of the cross, but while strangled). He also broke out and tried to escape. After a while, he was released from the disorder. He then came out of the room panting.
Usut had a mouth turns out that once the village was a vast Chinese cemetery during the Dutch colonial era. That said, there is one coffin that is still not lifted in the dormitory.
This was revealed when some time later there was one decades-old coffin that had just been lifted from under the mosque while it was being renovated. The mosque is only about 50 meters from the dormitory. One of the people familiar with us finally revealed an important piece of information. He said there was a coffin under our dormitory that had not been lifted. The location of the coffin was in a motor park room that happened to be next to the TV room and my friend's room that was strangled. Instantly, we felt our hair goosebumps when we found out there was a coffin under the house we lived in.
In closing there is one story that is still remembered until now. The story used to be that there were people in that house. This young man is from Aceh. One day he had a very strange gelagat. He asked the owner to change the position of his bed and declare his room. Strange request considering all this time his son was quiet and did not like anything. The next day he returned to Aceh. And this young man never returned again because he was a victim of the tsunami disaster, 2004 ago.
