Back Rose shouted at her personal doctor, the woman was so emotional because the secret that was covered all this time was finally revealed as well.

The two Doctors faced the three members of the Rose family.

"Say, what do you want to say!" sahut Don pulled the duct tape that shut the Doctor's mouth.

"Everything we do is purely up to Miss Rose's plan, sir...Madam, we're tempted by Miss Rose's payment, she's set up all plans to eliminate Miss Nora, manipulate Miss Nora's medical recap file, and arrange that Miss Nora's death because of her illness is already Chronic and can't be saved!" the doctor explained as he lowered his face deeply.

"Aaa..dickhead! you're the devil! you killed my brother, you bastards! give me back brother!" Naomi suddenly screamed hysterically, her heart so sore that the death of her brother had been planned by the depressed woman along with her two personal doctors.

Naomi kicked the chair where the Doctor was tied up, and the chair fell to the floor with the Doctor.

"Suckers! you jerkkkk! give me back brother!" naomi screams hysterically, Naomi cries with the pill.

His heart hurts so much, it really hurts!

Rose's mother had cried to hear the explanation to the two Doctors, her heart was broken knowing her tender daughter had only been looking for attention.

Jacob grabs Naomi into his arms, his heart also so sick knowing Nora's death was planned by his own best friend.

"She deserves it, a poor woman who suddenly becomes the daughter of a rich man, she tries to rival me, she thinks she can! who he is, just an adopted child, he can't beat me, and he seduces the guy I like, he deserves me to get rid of!" sahut Rose with a grinning smile that looks creepy.

Hearing Rose's words, Naomi's emotions rose.

Naomi let go of Jacob's embrace, then walked quickly towards Rose.

With all her strength Naomi pulled the woman's hair, until the chair Rose occupied overturned to the side with Rose's body tied up.

Naomi then kicked the chair, so that hit the pole that was where the chair was tied.

"You demon lady, give me back my sister! goddamn it!" scream Naomi loudly.

Naomi pulled Rose's hair back tightly, until the depressed woman screamed in pain.

"Jacob! stop your wife, my sister is in pain!" shouted the depressed woman.

Hearing the man's scream, Naomi stops her pull on Rose's hair.

Naomi picked up whatever was nearby, then threw it at the man.

It hit the man's body.

"Yes...!" the man was surprised not to play, Naomi throw so sick megenai body.

"You tried to defend your sister who killed my brother! you guys are such a fucking family! no brains, I want you to suffer, I don't want you to live in peace! I don't accept it!" naomi shouted with overflowing anger.

The man was silent at what Naomi said.

"Listen to what my wife Haikal said? I will do what he has said, so be prepared to bear the consequences that your beloved sister has done!" jacob said coldly.

"Jacob, I didn't know my sister was doing such a sadistic thing, I was going to discipline my sister, it's been three years, forgive my sister!" sahut the man named Haikal.

Jacob's face spontaneously darkened hearing what the man said.

Jacob quickly approached the depressed woman who was lying on the floor along with her seat.

Jacob's cruel aura came out hearing Haikal's plea.

With his large and stocky body, Jacob lightly strangled Rose's neck while lifting the woman's body, and the chair where Rose's body was tied back upright as before.

"Jacob! stop it!!" haikal screams hysterically seeing his sister stretch unable to breathe.

"Stop Jacob!" shouted the middle-aged man who had been silent from the shock, he looked panicked to see his daughter stretch unable to breathe.

Seeing that Rose had started to limp, Jacob violently removed his hand from the woman's neck.

"Back him in a mental institution, make sure he's there forever, and return his family to their home!" jacob's orders sharply to Don.

"Okay Sir!" don replied obediently.

"You!" Jacob pointed his index finger at Haikal, "Don't beg on behalf of your crazy sister! you don't think I could have done anything more cruel to your sister, she looks so happy to have lost Nora's life, and you! trying to forgive me, don't dream! I'll torture your sister!"

After giving directions to his men, Jacob brings Naomi back to the Mansion.
