Dhyanda wait

Dhyanda wait
Shut up and let Aldrick down

Aldrick and his family were having breakfast together at the dinner table. A rare moment that the family has rarely done since Aldrick's younger sister, Aleena, decided to continue her education abroad. Kinara was very happy with this togetherness again at her home dining table, although in fact it was incomplete without the presence of the youngest daughter. At least this morning the husband and his eldest son were able to sit down at one table was enough for him.

“How is the state of the office after a week papa stay. Is there a problem?” asked Aaron after finishing his breakfast. The question he asked Aldrick who also just ended his meal by putting his spoon and fork on his empty plate.

“No problem” says Aldrick relaxed.

“Papa hear there is a problem with Gemilang Adiyaksa related to the cooperation in Batam?” Aaron started fishing.

“Yes, but already taken care of by Om Marshall. When is the day he left for Batam with several people technik” said Aldrick preparing to leave for school because there is a teaching schedule this morning in Dhyanda class.

“Al, can you be serious a little? How long have you been like this?” this time the father's words made Aldrick turn his head, returning Aaron's serious gaze.

“I mean papa?” Aldrick frowned confused.

Aaron clenched his palms together on the table, he stared intently at his eldest son, “Papa asks you to stop teaching at that school! don't keep relying on Marshall. You should focus on the office, focus on the position you have given, Al” he said seriously staring at his eldest son.

“Today I focused on both. In a week of teaching only 3 days, the rest I in the office” said Aldrick defend himself.

“But Papa doesn't want to be like that. What do you get out of teaching those High School kids? There isn't one, is there? A boyfriend? even you have managed to hook the unstable ABG girl, right?” aaron asked with an intimidating look to make Aldrick offended, let alone bring Dhyanda in this matter.

This time Aldrick chose to be silent, without refuting Aaron's remarks because it will further aggravate the atmosphere as it had previously happened.

“Aar!” Kinara immediately turned his head annoyed at the words of her husband just now, it is not appropriate that Aaron call Dhyanda with the name ABG labile.

Likewise, Casey who still enjoys a breakfast of fried rice was stalled for a moment watching the drama scene. But he could only keep quiet, this was not the case, there was no business with him to respond to the debate between the father and the child.

“Papa asks you to stop teaching, Al! Besides next month your aunt is done with her maternity leave. You don't have access to teaching at that school anymore. You're not just a volunteer teacher, are you?” aaron sounds demeaning.

Aldrick could only sigh, rightly what Aaron said. This month was indeed the last month he taught at his little girlfriend's school. Unless the school needs teachers for other English subjects, maybe Aldrick will talk to the principal later. Or the aunt, Kanaya Megan can help recommend it perhaps? Aldrick hoped so.

“Don't think you can be an honorary teacher there, Al. what easy thought now? Even if Papa has a lot of connections, papa won't allow it!” aaron said as if he knew what Aldrick had in mind at this time.

“Terden! I have always been under Papa's control. Even papa never know what I like and do not like” said Aldrick while moving from his seat and left the dining table first.

“Al, wait, baby!!” Kinara intends to prevent Aldrick's departure, but Aaron immediately blocks his wife's hand.

“Leave it! Let him go while thinking” said Aaron as he looked towards Casey who looked confused. “how did you lecture, Cas?” aaron asked, turning his question to Casey.

“Heuh?” Casey gasps, “Emh...good Om” says.

“You've contacted your Mom and Daddy? They agree with the majors you take here?”ask Aaron.

“Already. They agree. Daddy never asked me to be ABC, just be what I love” Casey said a little flirting with Aaron's principle of always imposing his will on his children.

Aaron sighed, “In our family it flows the blood of businesspeople. It's been hard for me to maintain your grandfather's company to this extent. I need a successor, only Aldrick is the only one who can be expected. I'm sure your Daddy must have thought about that, too. He hopes one day Neotech under your command, Casey”.

Casey only smiled faintly, not assuring but not denying it. For now, this man has not thought in that direction. She just wanted to focus on her education first, attending the same university as her mother twenty years ago.

That afternoon, that,

“You laper? We find food first ya” said Aldrick as if he could hear the sound of rumbling from the stomach of Dhyanda who was screaming for fill.

Aldrick stared at his phone. He was seen typing several messages, waiting for a reply by leaving his car engine still on.

“So in the classroom fit like Kak Al for really, there is a problem huh?” ask Dhyanda.

Aldrick turned to the side of the wheel, looked at Dhyanda and shook his head. “No” he answered briefly, then started driving his car. Leaving the school parking lot that began to desolate.

After finishing teaching this afternoon, Aldrick should go to the office to work at the company owned by Papa. But because he was still upset with the debate this morning, Aldrick so lazy to meet with Aaron. He ignored the chat from Aaron who asked him to come to the office this afternoon. The man prefers to wait for his girlfriend to go home from school and go with him.

Aldrick takes Dhyanda to one of the lesehan restaurants themed nature is quite quiet. Just Aldrick's car and some motorbikes parked in his yard. Smile in Dhyanda's face. Aldrick knew that Dhyanda really liked the beautiful and cool places to eat.

“Kok deserted,” muttered Dhyanda as her steps followed behind Aldrick.

“You sit there, or choose anywhere you like” point Aldrick to the backyard of the restaurant.

Dhyanda walked first leaving Aldrick still busy taking care of orders. At the back of the restaurant, there are small saungs surrounded by fish ponds, typical of Sundanese restaurants. The gurgling water from the hydroponic pots further comforts Dhyanda's heart.

He took a place at the far corner, directly opposite the fish pond. The girl's gaze now fell on Aldrick who was walking towards her. Dhyanda realized, Aldrick did look cold and cranky outside, but this man was actually full of warmth and compassion. Aldrick just wrapped it up tightly so that not just anyone could come in and disturb his life.

“This girlfriend is handsome no death,” muttered Dhyanda smiled to himself.

“Minumnya later you can order yourself if the waiter here nganter food,” said Aldrick while sitting opposite Dhyanda.

“Kak,” Dhyanda waiting for Aldrick to turn his head.

“Hem?” Aldrick.

“This food is not good huh?” ask Dhyanda very slowly.

“Hey, are you kidding? There's no way I'm going to take you to a place that isn't recommended!” next to Aldrick's eyebrows raised, Dhyanda's questions alluded to him.

“The policy is quiet. The time that we eat is just us?” dhyanda protests are uncomfortable.

Aldrick just shrugged his shoulders, not yet willing to respond to Dhyanda's comments that are so innocent and adorable.
