Evan looks frustrated, his lover betrays him. He also could not get Sariel completely. And now he hears that Sariel wants to get married.
The door of his room was pushed forcefully to the point of causing a strong thump. Darmawan went inside with a terrifying aura.
"Evan. What the hell is going on? Why are some people coming looking for you?" Sarmawan held back his emotions when he saw the chaotic Evan.
"They're my men, pa!"
"Fruit? What men!?"
Evan raised his head, his father's voice sounding a little loud.
"The man who spied on Sariel," he murmured softly with a straight look.
Sarmawan sat by Evan's bed. He watches his son's condition.
"Why are you thinking about that woman again? He's cut off your relationship. He dumped you!"
"But... It was Evan's own fault. Evan betrayed him even though Sariel was very loyal to Evan even though we were betrothed."
Sarmawan seemed emotional hearing Evan's answer. His hand touched Evan's shoulder.
"Listen to papa, Evan. You are young, rich, handsome and perfect. Moreover, what is your lack, all the girls out there will definitely scramble to get you. Try to open your eyes wide. Not only is Sariel a beautiful girl. There are many other girls who are much more beautiful than her. Why would you wish on a girl who doesn't know it's lucky!"
"But he's the only one who can make Evan realize Evan's been wrong." The man looked down at the floor he was on.
Sarmawan clucked, he didn't like his son this weak.
"Didn't you already have a lover other than Sariel. What's-her-name? Papa doesn't know."
Evan took a slow breath, casting his gaze towards the glass window.
"I don't love him anymore Pa. He betrayed me too. Even more painful than my betrayal of Sariel.
"You're just looking for another girl. Not Sariel. His family's been ruined in papa's hands. Why wish on that ungrateful girl."
Evan was surprised, he looked at Sarmawan with nanar. Observe the face that has begun to wrinkle. Sarmawan nodded convincingly. Until making Evan throw his breath riled. He stood up and grabbed the keys of the car lying on the table. Walking away from his father.
"Gov! Where are you going! Evans! Back!" shouts Sarmawan but indicated by Evan.
The man continued his steps to the car's joy. Take out his Ferrari. Leaving his residence.
He had already bagged Sariel's residence. The woman never got out of her sight. Sariel does not want to belong to anyone else.
The car he drove had arrived in front of a two-story house with white dominant paint and a towering fence.
Evan hits his car horn once, a security guard walks up to him.
"What's up, Mister?" greet Security politely.
"I want to meet the host here."
"Have you made an appointment first?"
Evan was silent for a moment while thinking.
"No. Just tell him that his friend is waiting for him."
"Good, Sir."
The man rushed to the security guard post, telling his friend to tell the host by phone.
After a few minutes, the man came back to Evan.
"Please come in, sir."
Evan immediately runs his car into the spacious and well-maintained yard after the fence is opened automatically.
His eyes moved to watch the plants there. There was nothing in common with Sariel's order at all. That means Sariel has been here for a few days.
Evan knew that if Sariel just a day did not hold the plant then his hands would be very itchy. He is often not calm because of it. Sariel's shadow made her smile sweetly.
A butler seemed to be waiting for his arrival on the terrace. The man was no older than his father. His calm carrying was able to make Evan feel more comfortable.
Evan follows the steps of the man in front of him who leads him to meet the host who is already waiting for him in the living room.
The atmosphere in the house seemed calm. Evan glanced at the middle-aged man sitting in front of him. On his left sat a woman in an elegant and very graceful style.
"Please sit!"
"Did you know, my name is Evan, sir."
Delano nodded with a flat look. Canna reviewed her thin smile.
"Are you his friend, Gabio?" Canna opened her voice. Staring at Evan with a sweet smile. He didn't know any of Gabio's friends during his stay here. He lives abroad.
Evan seemed to doubt. He does not know Gabio but he knows who Gabio is among the businessmen.
"I'm not Gabio's friend. But I was Sariel's friend" said Evan hesitantly, glancing at Delano and Canna.
Canna's face was still as it was. Calm and smile sweetly. While Delano remained flat.
"Do you want to see him?" search Canna. Delano was silent.
"Yes. There's something I want to talk to him about."
Canna nodded her gaze at Delano. Then I looked back at Evan. The man looked ordinary when Delano intimidated him. He was not afraid to even look calm.
A servant was asked by Canna to call Sariel.
Not long after, Sariel appeared in the guest room. Her clothes looked different than before. Sariel looks beautiful and attractive. The woman was surprised to see Evan coming. He fell silent with a fearful look, hiding the uneasiness of his heart.
Many times Evan refrained himself from running towards Sariel and hugging her. The woman missed him so much. He gulped his mouth repeatedly. His eyes grabbed Sariel's cynical look at him. The woman sat not far from him but she did not want to look at Evan at all.
"Honey. He said he was your friend. There's something important he wants to talk to you about."
Sariel looked at Canna. He feels very uncomfortable with Evan coming to Gabio's residence. Moreover, they do not know what kind of treatment Evan last time to him.
"Sariel. There's a lot I want to tell you" Evan said.
Sariel glanced at a glance before looking back at Canna. Delano was silent still seeing the interaction of the two.
"Darling, we'll just go inside. Let them both talk here" Canna took her husband's hand.
Delano nodded and walked away from the two by holding Canna's waist.
After the death of the husband and wife, both looked awkward. Silence for the next few minutes until Sariel was bored.
"What are you looking for me?" Sariel did not want to stare at the interlocutor at all. He was reluctant especially after Evan's treatment last time to him. Although Evan is drunk, he still finds it difficult to mentolelir.
"Sariel, give me one more chance. I want us to go back to what we used to be. Fix everything."
Sariel was still staring straight ahead.
"Come on. We started everything from the beginning."
Sariel remained silent. Evan did not give up. He knew Sariel was still angry with him. Evan stood up and walked up to him, his hand wanting to touch Sariel's hand. But the woman quickly stopped him.
"Can't! I can't go back on you."
Evan seemed disappointed by Sariel's decision. But he did not give up.
"We started all over again. I promise to be faithful to you."
Evan again tried to grab Sariel's hand. But again Sariel brushed it off. The woman immediately stood up, facing Evan who was standing before her. His gaze was sharp and unfriendly.
"It's not just about betrayal. But it's also about the survival of many!" press Sariel with an angry face. He again threw his eyes away, not looking at the man in front of him.
"What.mean..."
"You and your family have ruined my papa's business. And you've starved my family. Do I have to control all that? By accepting yourself back and forgiving all the mistakes you've done to me. You're playing with my family!" press Sariel sharply. He locked his gaze. His face was red.
"Have you forgotten what you did to me a few days ago?" hissing slowly.
Evan gulped his saliva roughly. He still remembers everything clearly. He was affected by alcohol at the time but his desire to have Sariel completely controlled him. He was jealous to see Sariel close to another man.
"I...."
"It's unforgivable. Your treatment is very bad for me. And I never forget all that."
Evan stared, looking at Sariel expectantly. The woman left herself alone.
What can he do if it is like this. All this is his own fault. How hard it is to repair.
Delano rushed to him.
