"Sariel! Wake up!"
A middle-aged woman shouted loudly after opening the door of the light brown room with a dark brown frame. To cause a loud thump sound as if able to release the hinges that attach the door and the building.
His eyes moved to look at the young woman in the room. Was trying to sit slowly from his position lying on his bed.
Decakan kept coming out of the middle-aged woman's mouth nonstop.
The young lady tried to heed the middle-aged woman's screams. Who kept looking at him with a bitch. He rubbed his face slowly as if nothing had happened. Even he seemed to be too relaxed to respond to it.
Make the older woman from him ride the apitam. Even his breathing seemed to rise and fall rapidly.
"What do you do just want to laze around like this, huh!? You have no ethics at all! Don't act like a respectable woman!"
The voice sounded shrill and jarring in the ears of the young lady who looked as if she was rubbing her ears. He slowly yawned lazily towards the woman who was his stepmother status.
"Truly your attitude is not polite at all. Do you think of me as someone else!!"
The woman further tightened her voice while shaking her waist. Rohana bought his eyes accompanied by the sound of hunting breath. He looks so angry, amazing.
"Are you listening to me, Sariel!" the strangle is then with a forehead that looks folded and eyebrows that blend with the tip that swoops upwards.
"Am I deaf? Mom just screamed in my room. How could I not hear it" Sariel said indifferently. It stands from its original place. Go to the bathroom on the left side of the bed.
"In addition, since when did you think of me as a child after your treatment of me as babu" he grumbled as he continued.
"What did you say!? Are you really ignoring me with your attitude like that!" The woman was still shouting loudly. Making Sariel stop her leg movements.
"Wasn't my mom not knowing manners. I broke into my room without knocking on the door first. And now yells so indistinctly. Though my mother already knew that I was still in recovery after experiencing pain yesterday."
The woman looked flabbergasted to hear it, staring dislikefully at Sariel.
"By the way, my mom was always indifferent to me. Why just come here now and tease me?"
Sariel continued her steps into the bathroom without turning a single turn to the woman she called her mother. He closed the bathroom door slowly. Afterwards, he sighed for a while while leaning behind the door he had just closed. He believes that the woman must have increased her anger and maybe soon she screamed like at the beginning. And it was true that the sound was heard again.
"Sariel!!! You're outrageous!!"
After this Sariel was sure he would report to his father to punish him.
Sariel could hear the deliberate footsteps being stomped away from her hearing accompanied by the sound of a door slamming back violently. He again sighed in relief while rubbing his chest slowly.
He quickly rushed towards the sink to wash his face, brush his teeth and take a bath to refresh his body which had not been touched by water for several days at all.
After taking a shower, he immediately headed to his wardrobe. No servant was assigned to him when he was sick like his other brothers. Even after the illness he had only occupied the main mansion after previously he inhabited the pavilion behind the mansion alone.
Sariel is a wasted child after the death of her mother. He received a different treatment after the appearance of his stepmother and stepbrother. His father also does not care about all things related to him and tends to be too busy with his work. Even the old man entrusted the affairs of the mansion to his stepmother regardless of his feelings.
Just as he was wearing his clothes and sitting in front of the mirror. The sound of the door of his room was pushed back strongly to cause a sound that echoed. I don't know how many times that door became an outlet for someone's anger this morning. Without even looking, he knew that the one who came was his stepmother. He believes the woman will not calm down if she does not get the right punishment for her stupidity this morning.
"So it's true that you've been disrespectful to mama?!" The hoarse voice seemed very thin filling the emptiness of his room. Sariel put down the comb she was holding slowly then turned to face her stepbrother and her mother who were standing side by side in front of her. The man looked at him sharply as if he were staring at an enemy.
"I wouldn't have done such a thing had the woman not entered my room the wrong way!"
Nino gritted her teeth hearing her half-sister's reply accompanied by a sharp glint of Sariel's eyes pointing towards her mother. Coupled with the indifference that Sariel showed them.
"It's not natural that mama woke up that lazy you. Your work every day is just sleeping in bed at all times. Even food must be delivered by the waiter. Do you not feel that your work can only be troublesome. You are a burden in this family!"
"Don't you already know that in a month I often get sick? Does the brother's word have to be that harsh to his brother who is still in recovery?"
Nino bought her eyes to hear Sariel's bold words. It was not usual for the young lady to go against his words. But after he recovered from his illness and received little attention from the main house people, he became bolder.
You!!" show it with wrath. Nino even took a step forward, if only Rohana did not pull her hand.
"You better have breakfast downstairs, lest you make the people of the house wait for you" Rohana said curtly as she held Nino's still-moving hand to slap Sariel in the face.
Rohana quickly pulls Nino to leave Sariel, who is even very reluctant to look at their departure.
Sariel knew life in the main mansion was very difficult for him. Some servants disrespected themselves as children of their masters. Because his own father's treatment of him made him hurt when he thought about it. Coupled with the treatment of her stepmother and stepbrother who constantly corner her.
I don't know how strong Sariel will be to live a life that makes him reluctant to survive.
Unknowingly his hand was already moving towards a photo album that looked worn. A picture of a young woman in her 30s appears to be smiling in it. The clasped hand swept across the entire photo. His eyes look red. As fast as lightning he looked up against the ceiling of the room he occupied.
Sariel saved the photo album. That was the only relic from his mother after all his mother's belongings were discarded by his stepmother.

Sariel's footsteps echoed through every hallway of the mansion that looked desolate. His face looked cold with a straight look ahead. Every servant he passed just turned to him without any intention to greet him or nod his head as a sign of respecting himself as the son of their master.
His footsteps stopped when he heard the sound of laughter from the dining table right in front of him. The laughter was instantly annihilated upon seeing his presence. Sariel looked clumsy looking at her father's unfamiliar look at her. The old man looked indifferent even he paid more attention to the contents of the plate in front of him than welcome the arrival of his own biological child.
Likewise with the face of his stepmother who smiled cynically at him. But Sariel doesn't care about any of that. He continued his steps toward the dining table that felt cold to him. Sitting directly opposite to Nino, his half-brother.
Without saying a word he directly devoured the food that felt bland to him after filling his plate first. Heedless of the chatter going on between his brother and father.
"How is Sariel's education going forward?" Rohana glanced at Sariel and paused his words. Back smiling face while staring at her husband who stopped from eating and also pay attention to him.
"Mom think Sariel should be taught manners by a private tutor?" connect the woman later.
Sariel's bribe came to a halt as her stepmother mentioned her name. This must have something to do with the disrespect that happened this morning. Sariel raised her head slowly looking towards her stepmother who gave her slanted smile. His eyes were moving towards his father.
Deg
His father's gaze looked sharp mixed with an angry aura. The old man seemed troubled by the words of his stepmother just now. He believes his father has received a complaint from his stepmother.
"Papa think a girl who has been as big as him does not need to be given a private teacher about manners. There is no way that a girl who has entered adulthood like this does not know ethics!"
His father's gaze was still on him until Sariel had so much trouble swallowing her own saliva. He knew the unfriendly gaze was always cast on him even more so when his father got a report about his mistake.
"But Pa.." said stepmom Sariel who was restrained when the middle-aged man raised his hand.
"So soon he'll be out of this house too. Enough of them to give him a lesson of such manners," he said while finishing his meal. His hand moved to grab the handkerchief on the table and then wipe his mouth while moving around to leave the dining table that felt quiet and cold.
Without saying another word, the man moved to leave the dining table with Sariel looking grim at his words. The lingering hunger disappeared already, changing with satiety. Sariel put down her fork and tablespoon, glancing at Rohana and Nino who looked happy.
"Hows it? Didn't dad love you so much that he wants you out of this house!?" ejek Nino looked at Sariel with her pale face.
"It's none of your business!" sahut Sariel sniffled as she moved from her seat leaving Nino who gritted her teeth in anger with Sariel's reply to her.
