DEATH PASSAGE

DEATH PASSAGE
Chapter 6 Groups and Stories

The horse-drawn carriage and carriage broke into the green forest, lush yet silent. Only tall trees loomed overhead. Even the sandy streets are shady. The dense foliage prevents sunlight from entering there. No wonder the air is so cold. Like the dew in the morning. Also the forest is foggy. As if it had just been raining.

The sandy and land-based road became the only road that leads to a concrete mountain. In the morning by a large tree lined up randomly. The leaves rub against the wind. Falling in the streets. The sounds of confusion followed their journey. Although it only sounded for a moment and disappeared. But the voice was clearly heard by the ears. Horse fanfare. Ploughing up the soil of the damp and sandy.

“Slimin, you're overconfident. It's only two hours passed” Kelar reply. His face is pointing out the window.“But I understand your sneaky smile”

“So you're coming?” make sure Kelar gets in on his game.

“Okey, why not” replied Kelar.

“Hahaha my friend”

Slimin stuck his thin neck out the window. His yellow hair moved in rhythm with the horse's fan. “Heii. Pigoun, are you on a no bet?” he shouted at the large man sitting on the back wagon. The man was a big blob like a rubber ball. He looked at the trees around him. Using brown clothes that do not seem to fit in the body. Like an adult wearing a child's clothes. Sleeveless brown shirt and knee-length shorts. Not wearing shoes. On the wrist a coiled iron filled his field. He looked stunned until Slimin's voice startled him.

“Taruhan” The big guy scratches his head. “Betches, bet”Talkannya again show teeth. And clap. He is Pigoun.

Pigoun sits on a freight train. The lumpy body like an elephant does not fit if you have to enter the passenger train. And it ends there Pigoun. Sit with a stacked wooden crate.

“Well, it looks like he's coming with” Slimin smiled. “Hahaha” laughs like it got a big prey.

“Tree” tree faintly heard singing Pigoun.

“Truely too, the tree” wide-clothed man remembered. His eyes looked out the window. A large tree stood defiantly deep within the forest. White as a rock. “Wuuuaaah, huge once” said Slimin

marveled. His eyes were looking from far away. Seeing a tall tree looming among the other trees, like a king sitting on a throne. Like a banyan tree by the lake. Looming that grows on grass.

“Trees, Trees, Trees” said Pigounlagi. Pat the air a few times.

“Eh, again” heard the singing of Pigoun Slimin was looking far out the window of the train. This time it came from the right forest. Who would have thought that the road they passed through became the boundary between the pale towering trees. Two trees clashing against each other like Rival will kill each other. Two powerful trees are separated by a path that divides the forest.

“What title have you seen these trees before? They are like fighting over the territory of course”, said Slimin. The head still looked up into the sky.

“Yeah, I know what tree is” replied Short Kelar.

“And Aura gripping this is also” said Slimin who is now paying attention to the man in the hat. Along the forest road they went through. Slimin felt something was strange. Cold air. Fog in the hot sun. Silence is like a grave. Even wild animals did not sound a bit. The horses also started to run agitated.

“That's a catapult tree. Damned trees. A virgin woman grows up to support her tree.Bangsat.” Kelar said.

“Then?” Slimin listen.

“That's an old story. It's been years ago.” The word Kelar that seemed not to want to tell a story. But Slimin was very curious about the story.

“District, come. What happens next?" Pinta Slimin's.

“If it is like that, what is the problem?”

“You know, every sacrifice there must be a wounded heart. And it was that heart that made everything change” Kelar smiled.

“What does he do?” Slimin is getting deeper in listening to Kelar's story. “Bringing the woman out of the village” Slimin guesses carelessly.

“No, in the next year's show. A young man stood with a sword facing the village elders. He massacred the entire village. And saying. That they are all damned men.  Like a hungry lion he devoured the hearts of every villager,” Kelar stared intently.

“Oh, disgusting” said Slimin. His stomach was as if rebelling wanted to spill. “And how about that virgin girl?”

“This part pulled it. The young man smiled to save the girl from being killed. Give him a helping hand. But instead the girl stabbed him with a dagger in the stomach. Before finally the girl killed herself to sacrifice herself.” said Kelar with sadness.

“What, Ahaha.” Slimin did not understand at all. What really happened. But at least he knows how the tree grows. “Tapia there's one thing I don't understand, there should be one tree growing. Then why are there 2 trees in this forest ” Slimin stares in amazement.

“That's still my question as well” said Kelar staring out the Window.

“But there are things that really bother me. How do you know that story” Slimin stared seriously.

Be silent for a moment. “This is a popular story from where I came from” he said diverting the handlers out the window. “Like a bedtime story” says Kelar again.

“So like a bedtime dongen. Aaah, it deserves its size is very abnormal. Doesn't it? And I've heard this tree is so rare” Slimin tried to dig up the memory of the head.

“Aaaa, I just remembered” said Slimin who remembered the auction day in the City of Roses.

Suddenly the air was getting cold. Freeze the air blowing. Piercing sharp like a needle in the skin. Slimin felt such a huge change. His hand was raised cold. His breath began to condense.

“Well, you must have started to feel it?” Glow staring. His eyes lit up from under that wide black hat.

“What do you mean?” Slimin gulps. Started to shake his legs.

“Aura is around here. Cold, freezing and creepy” said Kelar slowly.

Pigoun is no longer speaking. He looked at the trees around. An empty look, sitting quietly on the back wagon. Even as quiet as there is no stopping in the back wagon.

“I'm sure many lives have disappeared in there. But they don't know just weapons

selected who was able to uproot the pale tree” Kelar smiled staring out the window.

And suddenly Pigoun's laughter sounded.

"What was he laughing at" said Slimin. Pigoun looks up at the ceiling. "Ah come on"
