Chapter 11's

While walking down the street, there was a sound of horse footsteps, Seiji turned his head and saw a black horse carriage heading towards him. Seiji stopped, he turned around, the horse carriage seemed to be running away from something.

“Hei...run..we are being chased by a horde of goblins...” Shouted the driver of the train as it passed through Seiji.

He turned his head and it was true, the horde of goblins that looked ferocious and carried all sorts of weapons were running towards him, Seiji whipped out his whip and started twisting it, his whip giving off a yellow-colored radiance, then he swung his whip from right to left, the entire goblin was split in two and fell, not a single goblin escaped from Seiji's whip. He rolled back his whip and kept it, then he turned around. It turned out that the black-coloured horse carriage that passed by him stopped in front of him. He continued walking through the horse-drawn carriage,

“Wait..” Shouted a woman.

Seiji turned his head and saw that the horse carriage was tightly shut by the curtains until no light came into it. When the door opened, a girl wearing a dress came out wearing a large black umbrella that covered her, behind which a woman dressed as a servant followed. The girl approached Seiji and lowered her head,

“Thank you for saving us...” Said the girl.

“No need to thank, I just happened to pass..” Answer Seiji.

“But if there is no you, we are confused about where the monster hordes will go, there is no way we will take it to the city. So we say thank you which is as big as.” Reply to the girl.

“Then so well, I go first..” Reply Seiji.

He immediately turned around and walked again, but the girl held his hand, Seiji turned around and saw the girl's hand let out smoke from being exposed to the sunlight.

“Solon..” Answer Seiji.

“To Longberg city..” Answer Seiji.

“Whose name are you ?” Ask Seiji.

“Oh forgive my disrespect, my name is Emilia von Schulz, just call me Emily, I just happened to be back from Emerald city academy and stopped by Durnce city for a while. On the way home we met a bunch of goblins coming out of the forest and in pursuit of them.” Answer Emily.

“Schulz ? city lord Longberg?” Ask Seiji.

“True, let's go up, we can talk inside..” Answer Emily.

Eventually Seiji gets on the train along with Emily and Frieren his servant. The train is back,

“Solon-sama, what is the need for Longberg city ?” Ask Emily.

“I'm an adventurer, I was tasked by the Durnce city guild master to investigate the newly discovered dungeon.” Answer Seiji.

“Ah...really, the dungeon was just discovered and has taken a lot of casualties, but if you see your strength, I think you can complete the task well.” Emily said.

“Thanks for the support..” Reply Seiji with a flat face.

“You are from Durnce city ?” Ask Emily.

“True..” Answer Seiji.

“Sorry, but are you a top-class adventurer ? I see your clothes are not like adventurers in general.” Reply Emily.

“All clothes and weapons, I get from dungeon..” Reply Seiji.

“Solon-sama, we will go to my house first yes..” Emily said.

The train continued to walk down the road, a few hours later they finally arrived, they were immediately given access into the city by the guards. Seiji did not see anything because the entire window of the train was closed by the curtain because Emily was a vampire and could not be exposed to sunlight. He only heard the sound of horse steps and wheels running while trying to get rid of Emily who hugged his arm and continued to invite him to talk. But in a situation like this, Seiji could not resist, he finally resigned to take Emily to his home.

When the train stops, Emily invites Seiji down, when she sees that the train has entered the mansion so that Emily and the rest of the Schulz family are not exposed to the sun. The servants of various races stood up to greet Emily,

“Welcome ojousama.” Teach them.

“I'm home..ayo Solon-sama, we work papa.” Said Emily while pulling Seiji.

They climbed up the stairs and walked down the hallway, Seiji saw that the mansion was large and luxurious, perfect for the residence of the city's ruling nobles, but there was something stuck in Seiji's mind ever since he got off the train, the servants in the mansion looked like puppets that had no will of their own and there was an unpleasant aura within the mansion.

“Hmm...it looks like something is not right in this house..and it seems like I'm the only one feeling it.” Seiji muttered in his heart.

They arrived at a large door at the end of the hallway, Emily opened the door and inside was a middle-aged man sitting at a desk writing.

“I came home papa.” Emily said.

Hearing Emily's words, the man looked up and immediately stood up, he came out from behind the table and ran to greet Emily.

“Emily...welcome..” The man hugged Emily.

Then the man saw Seiji standing at the entrance, he turned to look at Emily,

“He who is Emily ?” Ask the man.

“Oh dia...”

Emily then recounts the natural events and the spectacular help of Seiji as he defeated the goblin at one stroke. Emily also tells a rumor in Durnce town about Seiji. The man turned his head and observed Seiji from the bottom up.

“Hmm.I can see it, everything he wears is the result of defeating that monster boss. Where is my courtesy, my name is Damian von Schulz, I am Emily's father and the supreme ruler of this city.Welcome to Longberg.” Damian said as he extended his hand.

“Thank you, then excuse me first, I have to go back to the guild.” Seiji.

“Ah wait for Solon-san, let me entertain you, as a thank you for saving Emily.” Damian.

“Again this...” Think Seiji. “Alright, I accept..” Reply to Seiji because he wants to finish quickly and he can leave from there.

“Alright then...” Damian clapping.

A male servant entered the room and immediately lowered his head in front of Damian.

“Pierre, please take Mr. Solon to the guest room, he will come with us for dinner..” Damian.

“Good Damian-sama, let's Solon-sama Take Pierre to Seiji.

“I'll take you to Solon-sama.” Emily stand.

“Excuse Damian-sama Seiji said while standing up.

“Alright, we'll meet again and talk at dinner..” Reply Damian.

Seiji, whom Pierre and Emily had taken out of the room, walked to the guest room, which was dedicated to guests on the 2nd floor. While walking towards her room, Seiji saw some servants staring at her with blank eyes like a person who had no spirit or was being controlled by something. When we got to the room,

“Please Solon-sama, if you need anything please call me. Emily-sama, we go out first, let Solon-sama rest.” Pierre.

“Uh...alright, happy resting Solon-sama.” Emily said.

Seiji simply raised his hand and waved, after the two closed the door, Seiji looked out the window, looking out, he saw the driver of the train sneaking out of the mansion and then met someone outside the suspicious fence.
