DARK NOTE
Part 6's. Sandria

Diandra leaned the body into the locker. His feet were sore, standing in shoes without socks, scuffing his heels. I don't know why this morning he could have lost one of his socks. Since night, he has been preparing next to a shoe rack. Last clean foot t-shirt for him to use before the holiday.

His hand grabbed the red medicine and the wound plaster from the small backpack. He glanced at the clock, the day shift was coming soon.

Justjust right. Just enter in haste. As usual, he will dress up to spend time playing mobile phones while waiting for work hours.

"Why his legs, Di?"

"Lissed. I don't wear socks."

"I have supplies in the locker. Wear it if you want. Clean really," bargain Sekar.

"No, no, deh. Soon to go home. I go down first, yes," said Diandra. He nodded without looking.

When going down the stairs, Diandra prank into the bag. Right, the pen is not there, it must be left in the dressing room. He turned around and rushed back to the room.

She was shocked and dropped the half-open bag that she was going to put in the locker. Some makeup tools and a diary-like book were scattered. Diandra pushed the door too strongly, he forgot that there was someone inside.

"Sorry, Sekar. I forgot there were people. Oh yeah, see my pen?" Diandra celingak clinguk while helping to clean up the contents of the Sekar bag. He picked up the little book, but was soon seized by Sekar.

"Here, your pen. I wanted to bring them down" said Sekar.

"Oh, thanks, yeah. Yes, come together," asked Diandra. His hand stuffed the two pens with the initials 'D' into his pocket.

They talked about work problems along the hallway. When passing through the bathroom, please allow to go to the toilet for a while. Diandra went down the stairs alone. Suddenly his mind turned to the diary-like book earlier. He read the name written on the front cover. Did he see wrong? Or because his initials were the same, so he thought it was Sandra?

His feet hit the end of the door. He grimaced then rushed out because the supervisor had been waiting at the cashier.

**

After school, Adel just lounged in the room. He has no plan. Uninspiring. Suddenly, Zahra called to play.

"Where else?" asked Adel lazily.

"Where aja. The difference around the square seems cool," said Zahra from the other end.

Adel thought for a moment. He found out where they were going this afternoon.

"Yes, you come here first, pick me up" Adel asked later.

Fifteen minutes later, the straight-haired girl had already arrived. Adel who was waiting on the terrace immediately went up to the bonnet of the mini-bicycle in bed.

"Have you said your aunt?"

"It has. Yuk!"

"Where are you going?" ask Zahra again.

"Oh yes. You are a screwdriver, deh. We're going somewhere" Adel said and took over the handlebar. Zahra complied without asking again. He was sure, Adel did not want to go to the square.

Along the way, they were just talking about what happened at school today. There are new rumors, in the complex next to the figure allegedly ripped the mouth was recorded by CCTV. However it was not clear her face, just from the body gesture, she looked like a young woman.

"Del, don't go to weird places, yeah. I'm afraid," said Zahra as they passed through the deserted rice fields. The 1.5-meter-wide highway was deserted. Not a single vehicle passed.

"We're going to Sandra's home. I heard that his sister killed herself." Adel accelerated his bike.

"Eh, ma'am .. committed suicide?" peekit Zahra's. His hands were directly coiled to Adel's waist. The silent atmosphere made the girl in a state of fear.

"Yes. That's why I want to make sure, the ghost of the little boy who was then .. whether or not Ms. Sandra's sister or not," said Adel.

"Del .. Are we not going back? Why is it so quiet here?" Zahra's voice shook.

"Duh, Zahra. It's still late afternoon, there won't be ghosts this afternoon. This area is deserted. You see, the rice is not ready for harvest. So there's no one in the paddy fields" said Adel. Zahra pouting.

At the intersection, they began to see one or two houses and a grocery store. Adel asked to stop for a drink.

"You're not a kid here, are you?" the owner of the shop was friendly. Adel nodded, while Zahra looked cool enjoying her drink.

"Where are you? I see, you guys are from the direction of the city. The road here is pretty quiet, you know. Don't let the kesorean go home."

"Eh, it's going to a friend's house, in Rejo village," Adel said as he prepared to leave.

"Rejo village? What's your friend's name?" ask the owner of the shop to frown.

Adel glanced at Zahra. Which glimpsed pretend cool sucking milk chocolate box.

"Actually not a schoolmate, just often met while playing in the square. His name is Sandra's mother" Adel clearly lied.

"Sandra's? The one whose house is painted Ijo, right? As far as I know, the boy never went out of the house other than school. Especially since ...."

"His sister killed herself?" guess Adel. The mother nodded in surprise.

"If you may know why Sandra's sister killed herself, ma'am?" adel asked seriously.

The mother looked at Adel in wonder. He watched the boy from the tip of the foot to the end of the hair in the ponytail. Not forgetting the bead behind the thick glasses he noticed.

"What class are you in?"

Adel patted his forehead. He is most upset with the way adults look at him.

"We're 3rd grade, ma'am." Finally Zahra opened her voice. The mother nodded.

"Aren't you afraid that I'll tell you about Hanna?"

"Hanna??" Serempak Adel and Zahra. They think it's Sandra's sister's name.

"Yes, Hanna is Sandra's neighbor, her sister's friend, Sandria," the mother replied as she sat on the bench in front of the elementary school children.

"Oh ..," muttered Zahra and Adel.

"So, after Sandria's death, Hanna often heard the sound of crying from the grounds of the Sandra family home. Even he often saw the figure of a child like Sandria in the yard of the house."

Zahra shuddered in horror. He also grabbed Adel's arm.

"Hanna got a fever, because of fear. He did not dare to go through their house again, even during the day. Finally Hanna was invited to move to another village ...."

"Did Hanna ever tell you what a ghost looks like?" sela Adel's.

"You're not afraid, yeah ...." The mother smiled glanced at the agitated Zahra. "Never. He just said Sandria's ghost."

"Then, what are the characteristics of Sandria?"

"Hmm, he .. almost looks like this friend of yours. It's that high, straight hair, clean skin. Son quiet. Maybe because since childhood he only lived with his sister, Sandra."

"Eh ... Both? Where are his parents?" Adel is enthusiastic.

"They're divorced. His mother became TKW in Taiwan. Their needs were borne by their mother. There's no family here. As far as I know, his grandmother is in Jakarta."

Adel nodded. I think the information from my mother is very useful. He also thought of asking something else.

"Did you know about the figure of the mouth tear?"

The mother suddenly turned pale. Hands shaking. He got up from his seat and went inside.

"You go home, it's 5 o'clock, Maghrib in a minute. The danger of children at this hour is still wandering outside" he said firmly. Adel looked at his watch. Ah, that's as fast as time. He had not even gone to Sandra's house. But, seeing the condition of Zahra who was afraid to hear the story about Sandria, he decided to go home.

"Yes, we said it first, Mom. Thank you, the information." Adel grabbed Zahra's arm. While heading for the bike, Zahra got ahead and told him to just piggyback.

It turned out that the girl was racing the bike very fast, no matter the left right. Fortunately the road was still quiet, no motorized vehicles passed.

Arriving at the square, Zahra paused for a moment. It regulates the intermittent breathing. Sweat flooded his temples and face.

"Crazy, aren't you scared?" murmur Zahra.

"Fear what? I told you, there will be no ghosts in the afternoon."

Suddenly the sound of the motor horn shocked them. Adel turned his head, it turned out to be Diandra.

"Well, it just so happens that Aunt Diandra's home. I'm with him, yeah." Adel came down from the bonfire.

"okay, deh. Bc ...."

Zahra rushes her bike in haste. Diandra looked suspiciously.

"Where are you from?"

"Streetings ..." Adel said briefly.

After making sure Adel had gone up, Diandra turned the gas lever slowly. He was worried that the child was left behind again like yesterday.

**

They waited for Maghrib in the living room and television room. Adel several times complained of hunger, Diandra forgot earlier home did not stop by to buy food first.

"That's, in a auntie's bag there's a snack. Take it, bring it here."

Adel got up and went straight to the room to Diandra's hanging briefcase. He opened in the largest part of the bag, and immediately found the snack in question. But he was stunned. There is a small notebook tucked between the make up that is indeed without a special place. He grabbed it because he had never seen Diandra write in the book. However, his hand came to a halt as Diandra called out.

"Aren't you?"

"This, right?" Adel carries a packet of chocolate wafers. Diandra nodded.

"Tante, what's that little book in the bag? Diary huh?" guess Adel.

"Book?" Diandra's forehead frowned in wonder.

"Yes. Very small, this ...." Adel fused his two index fingers and thumb into a box. Diandra recalled for a moment, does he have such a small book?

Uh! Don't-don't ....

The girl darted into the room, and instantly opened the bag that was not perfectly closed. Right, there's a little book tucked in there. But it's not his book. It was the book he saw earlier this afternoon, falling out of the bag.

Shaking, he walked into the living room to meet Adel who was snacking. He showed me the book.

"This .. does not belong to aunty. It looks like it belongs to Sekar, but somehow it can be in a aunt's bag," he said confused.

"Eh, maybe it was accidentally fitting you guys in the locker forgot to take it wrong."

Diandra. As he remembered, after meeting Sekar at the locker this afternoon, he had just returned when he came home. Change clothes and pick up a bag, then go straight home. He did open the bag again, but did not feel put the book in his bag.

Indeed, their locker key was broken. Anyone can open it. But as long as they were there, no one had ever felt lost valuables, because he said anyone who dared to take someone else's property must be found out with the owner of the supermarket. Diandra himself had never seen the figure of the largest store owner in the city. But according to what he heard, he was an old man who had the science of reading minds.

"Look at it." Adel extended a hand. But Diandra hesitates to give.

"Don't, Del! This belongs to someone else, we don't need to know what it contains," prevent Diandra.

Adel even more curious, after seeing the writing on the cover.

"Tante sure, it belongs to Mbak Sekar not Mbak Sandra?"

"Eh??"

Diandra dropped the book after reading the name of the owner. Why Sandra? That's right, what he saw.

**

"What do you want to eat, Del?"

They returned to the living room after the Maghrib prayer. The notebook is still lying on the table, they have not opened even though the curiosity has been tickling the heart.

"What aja, deh. Adel males out of the house," said Adel while laying down on the sofa.

"Will fried noodles?"

"Mi boil it, use the same mustard egg."

"So he said it was up to him" murmured Diandra as she moved into the kitchen. Adel just grinned.

The boy looked at the book with the name Sandra. He's sure there's a clue in it, maybe about his brother killing himself. But he was reluctant to open it without Diandra.

Ten minutes later, the two-bowl boiled noodles were ready. They eat without sound. Deliberately eating in the living room, Diandra somehow felt uncomfortable lingering in the kitchen after yesterday night hearing the sound of the stove being lit and the water faucet in the sink lighting up on its own.

"You open that book now?" adel's lyrics after minya.

"Hm ...." Diandra just muttered. Clean the bowl and get ready for the kitchen.

"Let's get a drink," asked Diandra. Adel bergeming's.

"Del ...!"

"Mager, Aunt ...," she often. Diandra was upset.

Diandra hurriedly put the bowl in the sink and took the bottle of drinking water from the refrigerator. Someone noticed behind the bathroom door.

"So, Adel equals Zahra as close as Madam Sandra's house" Adel chanted as Diandra gulped in cold water. The girl choked in shock.

"Gapain to get there?" sentak Diandra's.

"Adel was still curious about his sister who killed herself."

Diandra. He held the little book.

"If so, we find out here ...."

"Eh, wait. Adel got good information. Last time buying a drink, the mother of the owner of the stall told a story about a child named Hanna who could see the ghost of a small child, in the yard of Sandra's mother's house. Unfortunately, the boy moved house. And it turns out Sandra's sister's name is Sandria. They only live together, because his parents divorced and his mother became TKW."

"Sandria? So he said why did the kid kill himself?"

"Adel hasn't had a chance to ask about it, because the shop owner's mother told us to go home."

Diandra hesitated about opening the cover of the book that had been with them since. He felt his neck crumble.

"Del, tomorrow, let's read it. Aunt fear ...."

Adel frowned in wonder. "Fear what?"

"Eitherway. Auntie felt in the book there was something important about Sandra and her family."

Just finished talking so, suddenly the window behind them shook. A stone hit his leaves made of glass.

"Yes Allah ...!" Diandra. Adel immediately jumped away, afraid of being hit by broken glass in case of another throw.

Fortunately, only once, even though it makes cracks on the surface. Diandra peeked out of the door hole. There's no one.

"Del ...."

Adel stood sculpting. His gaze to the corner of another room was dim.

"She .. is there!"
