CH. 3 | Draw up a Plan

The Eagles, a Thimotheous trust team tasked with tracking when there are some of their customers who suddenly run away and forget their obligation to pay the money promised at the beginning to Jessica. You could say, The Eagles are a pioneering team, the members who always advance the front for Thimotheous.

They had now gathered in a room that Jessica had promised for an impromptu meeting earlier. If you imagine a room with a large round table surrounded by many chairs, then your answer is very wrong.

They were all silently standing with both hands folded behind her body, staring at Jessica who was standing on a fairly tall cement mound.

North Headquarters is arguably their simplest but safest Headquarters because not many outsiders even other members know the existence of this Headquarters. Haya is a member of The Eagles, Nathaniel his personal bodyguard, Jaguar his personal driver and of course himself. Other Thimotheous members knew that the North Headquarters was a place where Jessica kept car spare parts for her to sell on the black market at a cheaper price compared to the price in the original store. Not a place where The Eagles are always hiding.

"Well, I'll start today's meeting" Jessica said. He was in no mood for pleasantries and stayed too long as he still had to check some perfume supplies at the Eastern Warehouse before dusk.

Everything simultaneously locked their mouths, leaving silence in the room. Jessica cleared her throat as she stared at the one-on-one faces of the members present. A small nod when he saw if everything was present without exception.

"OKAY. I won't be much of a pleasantries since I just got a direct order from the leader's younger brother Revengreed to look for The Fox. He's gone, "Jessica said.

Samuel, one of Jessica's three accomplices in The Eagles, raised his hand.

"Yes, what do you want to ask, Sam?" ask Jessica.

Samuel nodded before lowering his hand. "Why should we look for him, Madame? Isn't their team also very good? Even more than our team. Why to find their own chairman, they entrust him to us?" ask Samuel.

Jessica was confused as well. With so many Revengreed members and so they had so many reliable spies, why would they prefer to ask Thimotheous for help that many of its members might only be half of them?

"Tasks are still tasks, so you have to look for them correctly. If, The Fox doesn't meet, our clan is under threat" Jessica replied. Samuel also understood.

"The information I got from Mr. Joshua, the last time The Fox was seen was when the Glocks attacked their base. However, after investigating how many spies were placed into their headquarters, The Fox's whereabouts were not detected at all there" Jessica explained.

The woman sighed before staring back at her men, "So, Glocks didn't kidnap The Fox."

"I actually feel that The Fox was not kidnapped by anyone. You all know, no, she's not that easy to get kidnapped by her opponent" Jessica said.

"I have one conclusion, Madame," said Ruth, one of her accomplices.

"There's a possibility that The Fox did deliberately run away because of one thing or another that required her to do that. Then, regarding Mr. Joshua asking us to look for Mr. Foxie, it might be a clue" Ruth explained.

The clue? Thimotheous became the clue behind the Fox disappearance? They have not had a meeting or dinner to tighten the strings of their brotherhood for a long time, how can Thimotheous be a clue to where the Fox went.

"Clue what do you mean?" sahut Samuel, mendeluani Jessica who also wanted to ask this question.

Ruth cleared her throat before scratching the back of her slightly itchy hand, indicating that she was also not so sure of this thought.

"Maybe, something to do with us?" answer Ruth doubtfully.

Samuel frowned, feeling less agree with what his partner said. "If indeed we are involved, Revengreed should have flown the war flag from far away instead of asking for help from us" Samuel denied.

Jessica was confused. Those possibilities could indeed be what they really are, but it felt that Samuel's denial was far more plausible.

"OK, we better strategize to find The Fox, because they're only giving us a month's time." Jessica got down from the cement mound and walked towards the table in the corner of the room. He took out a piece of paper and put it on the table and started drawing some of the plans he had.

"I'll divide you into three teams with one chairman each. The first team will be led by Samuel, the second team by Ruth and the third will be led by Jack" Jessica said when all members of The Eagles had surrounded the table.

"The first team will be assigned to search the West, the second team in the East and the third team to the South. While Nathaniel and I will search around the North, because yes our main office is in the North and I also still have to check some reports. Up here is there anything you want to ask?" Jessica put her ballpoint pen down and looked back at them.

"No Madame!" shout them at the same time.

Nodding in satisfaction, Jessica raised both of her thumbs. "Good! You can start your search today. And, make sure to always give me a daily report on your search results."
