Dinner.

The twang of the sailed spoon felt filled the luxurious dining room of Rahayu. Rahayu did not stop looking at Kanaya and her sister, El who seemed calm with her meal.

His curiosity was so disturbing to him. Where are Kanaya's parents!! Why did Kanaya come to her future-in-law's house with her little sister. And usually, a girl who comes for the first time to the home of a prospective in-law would want to leave a good impression. Well that doesn't mean Kanaya made a bad impression on her. It's just that everything feels weird to see him.

Even Rahayu did not think that the woman her child would bring was a simple woman and what it is. He thought his son would bring a fashionable woman with a distinguished background, not a woman that even Rahayu did not know of her origins.

But, look at Kanaya who looks like a henchman. Even looks mediocre makes Rahayu curious. What's more his sister, El. He looks like a sister who is so obedient, does not look like a child his age. El looked calm, and relaxed. If a child his age will be fussy when eating. Want to eat this or that. None of this happened to El.

El will eat with what his brother took, no protest or even want to eat another. In fact, it makes Rahayu so curious about the way their parents educate. Why can El behave like that.

"Dear." Call Bagas to touch the back of Rahayu's hand. Making Rahayu, fast and realized from her short daydream.

"Hmm." Rahayu Muttered.

"Why daydream!! The food doesn't suit your taste?" Ask Soft Bagas.

"Ah. No. gabe. I just noticed El eating quietly." Answer Rahayu slowly. Able to make all pairs of eyes staring at him.

Feeling her name called, El looked up to Rahayu.

Rafael frowned confusedly. This time, Rafael was confused by his mother. "Why El Ma?" Rafael asked confusedly.

"She looks adorable eating like that. Oh yeah, where's your family Kanaya? Do they live in Indonesia?" Tanya Rahayu warmly.

Hearing Rahayu Kanaya's question immediately stiffened her making. Kanaya's eyes immediately fell on Rafael. Who was now staring at his mother while grimacing softly. Rafael knew Kanaya's gaze looked agitated and slightly disturbed.

"Ma." Call Rafael for attention from Rahayu.

Rahayu saw the strange giraffe her son raised next to a puzzled eyebrow. "Why?" Ask Rahayu.

"Can we not discuss that now." Rafael said firmly.

Hearing her son's firm tone, making Rahayu immediately silenced. The catch is right, something is wrong with the family of his current son-in-law. But, don't want to aggravate their first dinner tonight. Rahayu just nodded obediently.

Though inwardly wondering what happened, Rahayu promised after this dinner that she would demand her son to say all about his future daughter-in-law.

Silent. After Rahayu's question earlier, no one started the chat anymore now. They all seemed to be busy with their own food and thoughts.

"El like cake?" Bagas' question made all pairs of eyes look at him straight. Although still awkward but Bagas tried to melt the atmosphere.

"What cake is that?" El's innocent question made Rahayu's smile rise instantly.

Slide the plate away. Rahayu immediately stood up from her seat, and stepped closer towards El. Sitting in an empty chair beside El.

"Ice pellets?" Asked El quickly with twinkle eyes that further add to Rahayu's smile wider.

"El like ice crim?" Tanya Rahayu rubbed El's head slowly.

El looked up to be treated like that by Rahayu. All this time who often rubbed his head was only his brother. It felt strange when a stranger did something like that to El. El was uncomfortable.

"El." Call Rahayu to ask El to answer her question. With innocent eyes looking at Rahayu, El nodded her head repeatedly. Making Rahayu's hand come down from her head.

"really? Then El must love mama's cake?." Rahayu said happily.

"Mama?" Said El repeating the call from Rahayu's speech earlier.

"Yes mom. From now on, El should call mama like sister Kanaya calling aunt with mama. Ok?"

El turned his head towards Kanaya, looking at Kanaya with a questioning look. Kanaya just smiled faintly and nodded slowly. Makes El look back at Rahayu. And nodded slowly.

Rahayu turned to one of the waiters and told him to get her a chocolate cake for El. Dutifully the waiter immediately rushed to the kitchen and took Rahayu a plate of cake with several types and shapes.

After getting the cake given by the waiter to her. Rahayu immediately moved it onto a small plate and placed it in front of El. "Let's go, baby, try it... Later if El likes, mama will make it next time." Rahayu said bringing the cake plate in front of her towards El.

"Say what El?" It was not Canaya who said it but Raphael who was sitting on his side.

With her innocent gaze El looked at Rahayu." Tell me." Said El quietly complete with an innocent smile that looked adorable Dimata Rahayu.

"Thank you mama." Rahayu Correction.

El just nodded, making Rahayu laugh. Funny with the little boy in front of him. Instead of repeating Rahayu's words, El just nodded in agreement. And all that makes Rahayu feel tickled.

Kanaya who sees the interaction between her mother Rafael and El makes her look nanar towards El. If his mother doesn't leave them. Like this is the attention El will get from his mother. And that attention El could never get from Kanaya.

Kanaya felt sad because she could not give such small attention to her sister. She feels like a bad sister to El.

"El like?" Tanya Rahayu looked at El who was greedily eating the cake.

With El's spirit nodded. "Enak. El vinegar." Said El pleased. His mouth until belegged with chocolate because too greedy to eat it. The sweet and tender taste made El's mouth unable to stop eating it. Even he kept muttering good.

"Later on home El can take her home. Hows it? El wants? Mama's gonna bring me a lot of cake so El can eat it at home." Tawar Rahayu's.

"Now. But smooth permission brother first." Answer El.

"So I'm not sure you gave me permission. Make El." Rahayu said softly, and looked warmly at El.

I don't know what El's parents raised him like. Making El a big body into a submissive and smart child. Makes Rahayu instantly obedient love to him.

El immediately smiled broadly at Rahayu's reply. Dimple of his cheeks even to look because it is so wide. Making everyone around him smile because of his behavior.
