Aril runs while dragging his suitcase followed by Dinda who tries to balance their steps. When out of Soekarno Hatta International Airport, there was already someone from the company who picked up Aril.

"Sister Rumi .. she left Kak Al," Almira replied in the end.

"A-what went ... Where's where?" ask Dinda who is getting curious.

"We don't know either, but after she was caught taking a pregnancy-delaying drug, she just left. Alfaro's accident was also because he was disappointed with Arumi," said Mama with a very perfect acting.

"Have the Madam been looking for Miss?" ask Aril.

"I'll call the doctor" said Aril and left the room.

"Mama's kidding, right?" ask Alfaro.

"No Al, the woman has left you" replied Mama.

Alfaro looked at Mama in disbelief. What had happened after his long sleep, was it true that Arumi had left him. Before he realized that he had a dream, Arumi boarded a boat to the other side of the ocean while waving with a face full of sadness. Alfaro tried to call but there was no answer. And when he tried to catch up with Arumi by swimming, he suddenly drowned and when he opened his eyes, he was already in a room with intravenous fluids hanging in the corner of the room.

"No. .. is impossible." Again Alfaro shook his head in disbelief, "Arumi...Arumi where are you!!!!" suddenly Alfaro shouted with teary eyes. He hoped this was just a dream, a nightmare that was coming to an end.

Slowly he tried to get up from his position, causing Mama, Almira and Dinda to panic, due to Alfaro's condition that had not healed completely.

"Al what are you doing!" screeched Mama when she saw Alfaro pull out the infusion needle attached to the back of her hand.

"I have to find Arumi Ma, she must think I'm mad at her, I have to find her Ma!"

Almira and Dinda try to hold Alfaro's arm down from the hospital bed. Due to the still weak conditions, Alfaro could not do much even if he wanted to.

"Take me off! I have to find Arumi," cried Alfaro in a weak tone because he was exhausted, his sadness was so deep that tears that had never been shown to others, now flowed.

"So calm down" said Almira with a trembling voice as she could not help but cry. For the first time he saw his brother in his worst condition.
