Chapter.37 (Surprising Arrival)

By late afternoon, the buses finally arrived in front of the WB group building.The participants were camping, alternately getting off the bus. The journey is exhausting, but certainly not comparable to what has been passed together, establishing the familiarity of fellow parts of large companies such as the WB group.

Before descending, Alfaro whispered something to Arumi. He asks Arumi to wait for him at a bus stop not far from the office. Arumi smiled and nodded slowly and got off the bus ahead of her husband.

Bima was already waiting there, waiting for Arumi in front of the office lobby. In his mind he pondered, after what he and Alfaro had gone through, what steps he should take now, even though he was happy because of the unappetized taste. But honestly he was still confused as to what and how, because Alfaro was not an ordinary man. Yes, Alfaro accepted it but what about his world would it also accept Arumi?

Arumi awakens from her daydream, as Alfaro's luxury car honks. Alfaro got out of the car and immediately approached Arumi, Arumi immediately moved from his seat to welcome the person he had been waiting for his arrival.

"I'm sorry for a long time, there are some files that I have to take at the office" explained Alfaro who had taken over Arumi's suitcase.

"Let's go up, it looks like it's going to rain." Alfaro grabs Arumi's hand and takes her into the car. Alfaro puts Arumi's suitcase into the trunk and enters the car.

It was only half way, and it finally rained. For a moment Arumi was like feeling deja vu when the rain came back with the thunder that accompanied. The rain that was on his mind at this moment, was the rain that brought him and Alfaro together at that time.

"Did you remember the first time you found me?"

"Yes, of course .. The rain brought you to me, brought you to me" replied Alfaro.

"Suddenly I .. remembered those fearful times, when I had to keep running from the pursuit of leeches," Arumi said with her own face.

Alfaro moved his hand, grasping Arumi's hand tightly, "I will never let you feel that way again in your lifetime." They looked at each other and threw smiles at each other. Hopefully what you expect will go as it should.

"Sir Al I miss," said Almira when she was in the arms of her brother.

"Mama's head is still dizzy because it has just arrived, you why not attend such an important event anyway," complained Mama while massaging her head.

"This is Ma's important event, my company's event."

Mama frowned, as she looked at Arumi who was standing behind Alfaro. A face that is certainly very foreign to Mama and Almira. Arumi could only keep quiet with a nervous feeling that started to come over.

"Al, who is he?" ask Alfaro Mama

"He ... he is ...."

"Who is this sister?" almira asked impatiently waiting for her brother's answer.

"I'm Bi Ranti Nyonya's niece," said Arumi suddenly, Alfaro turned his head back, looking at Arumi with a question mark. Not only Alfaro but Bi Ranti did not expect, Arumi would say that.

"Bi Ranti's nephew? Then why did you come with my son?" mama asked with an intimidating look.

"My wife, I worked at Mr. Al's company and when I came home I helped Bi Ranti in this house, I thank Mr. Al who gave me a ride today," Arumi said with all her heart.

Alfaro clutched tightly his two hands. It felt like her heart was so hurt when it came to letting Arumi say that.
