19. The No Sleeping Part 4

*Flashback Two Years Ago**

When Filip was twelve years old, he lived happily in Manila with his family. Filip was starting at the age of early adolescence and began to experience puberty like other early teens. He slowly begins to like the opposite sex, and from there all the problems begin to arise and destroy Filip's life.

At that time Filip who had just entered secondary education in his country. Schooled at a regular high school in Manila. Filip accidentally meets a beautiful daughter who becomes his first love and nightmare.

Filip felt someone pull his hand and almost made his little body topple over. Philip wanted to get angry at the person until the end. He realized that the person who had attracted him was Nila who became his first love in this school period.

"Filip, get your pocket money!" Nila thrust her hand at Filip hoping for the boy to give him some pocket money immediately.

Philip himself was aware that he was being blackmailed. But thanks to his innocence at that time made him willing to obey all the wishes of the poet of the heart.

"I just brought a little money. You know it wasn't my father who didn't like to give me pocket money" he said, handing Nila five peso notes.

Nila immediately snatched the money from Filip, shameless. Nila stared intently at Filip. "You're sure

just bring a little money? Didn't you hide it from me dear...." Nila tried to look at Filip.

Filip shook his head and answered like this innocently. "No. My dad just gave me a little pocket money. But instead my mother brought me a lot of food. Nila do you want my supplies?" Filip then pulled out the contents of his bag and handed him a box full of healthy food.

Nila stared cynically at the box. "Save it for you fat. I don't like food like that." he said.

Filip looked sadly at his box. Though he really hopes that Nila will receive the provision. Filip even intends to invite Nila to lunch together.

"Is there nothing you want to talk to me about anymore?" ask the girl before leaving Filip.

Filip actually still wants to invite Nila to go eat. But considering the previous offer had been rejected outright made him feel unsure if he continued to force Nila.

Finally Filip just kept quiet and let Nila go away from him.

Meanwhile, Nila, who felt a little upset because the fat fool Filip did not bring him a lot of money. Not wanting to take a headache he immediately called his friends who were different classes with him to eat together in the cafeteria. After all, the money from the booty is still arguably more than enough to treat canteen food for his gang friends.

"Philippinesaaa! I finally found you.. Where have you been? Just so you know I kept looking for you." said a boy in glasses who suddenly came to Filip.

Filip was silent and had no intention of replying to his friend.

His bespectacled friend looked astonished by the behavior of his close friend. Unlike usual, his friend looked sad. He was very sure that his friend must have just experienced something bad. In the morning before lunch, Filip looked cheerful and looked normal as usual. It was strange if he suddenly turned into a shackle like this.

"Did something happen? Come on Filip tell me. You're suddenly turned into a shackle like this." His friend kept forcing Filip to tell him that.

Filip sighed then he looked at his close friend with a sad look. "Davao what is Nila, will never be able to like me sincerely? I gave everything I had for him. I was willing to let him take all my pocket money but still...." Filip felt even more sad when he said that to Davao.

Davao himself was actually tired of the behavior of his friend. Believe me Davap's mouth is almost foamy because every day he just tries to remind his friend of the mistake. After all everyone in the class knew that Nila was only using Filip because Filip was the son of a rich man.

But Philip was too ignorant to tell the truth.

"How many times have I told you to stay away from Nila! Filip, god, you're killing your brains, huh! Is it now that your brain has moved to fat." Davao circus. Davao himself actually disliked when he physically insulted his friend but this time he was already too angry to find the disease of stupidity Filip increasingly-so.

Hearing those sarcastic words made Filip feel hurt. He got up from his chair and ran out the classroom door.

Meanwhile, Davao who saw the departure of his friend could only be silent. Although he realized his words were too harsh, he was more aware of Nila's behavior much worse than him.

Filip ran over trying to chase after Nila who was walking in front of him. With great difficulty he tried to reach the girl even though he seemed to be in distress due to his fat body.

"Let's wait for me!" shout Filip. Automatic Nila immediately turned her head towards the source of the sound and stopped her footsteps.

With a face that looks lazy Nila also asked Filip. "What's? Are you shameless! Shouting in the crowd like this really embarrassed me. People will think that I'm going on a date with a mannequin." Nila's brazen mouth returned to work with her nimble.

Although those words sounded painful, Filip felt absolutely no anger. He actually felt happy when he saw the girl of his heart was angry because in his eyes it looks twice as adorable.

"Are you busy this afternoon? Look, I want to take you for a walk to the park." Filip said.

"May be." I don't know why a miracle suddenly happened. Nila who usually always refused the invitation of the road from Filip is now lightly willing to accept the invitation of the road. There seemed to be something strange being planned by him. It is strange that suddenly someone who hates us so much suddenly wants to accept our offer. Isn't that a slightly unreasonable thing at once to watch out for.

But Filip who is blind to love has no bad feeling at all. It seems true as Davao had said earlier that Filip's brain had moved to the fat part of his body.

"really? Then at three o'clock I'll be waiting for you at Sandiego's garden. If you want to be late, that's okay. Thank you for accepting my offer this time." Filip wanted to shake hands with Nila but unfortunately the girl just ignored his hand.

"Hm yes. Then I'll see you." said Nila and left Filip who was stupid even seemed fun.

In the afternoon at Sandiego Park

A fat boy was sitting on one of the park benches. In his hand he carried two plastic cups containing his favorite vanilla taste drink. It had been almost fifteen minutes he was waiting yet the figure he was so waiting for his presence still had not come as well.

"Filipph!" call a girl with a distinctive melodious voice. Hearing his name called Filip immediately looked for the figure and how stunned he was when he saw Nila coming to him. Today afternoon, Nila looks very beautiful in Filip's eyes. Knee-length white dress patterned with simple flowers looks very suitable when wrapping the tiny body.

"Have you waited a long time?" I don't know why suddenly Nila turned out to be very friendly to Filip. Didn't he hate Philip. Why was he being friendly to her.

"Ah no. Want this drink? You liked the vanilla taste the most so I bought this to you" Filip said, handing the drink over to Nila.

Nila smiled and grabbed the glass from Filip's hand and drank it. He even praised the drink. Though Nila almost never want to receive a single gift from Filip except for just for money. It's really weird not to look like Nila as usual.

"Filip I heard around this flower garden there was a nice flower shop. You know Filip I really like flowers. How about we go over there? Buy me a fresh red rose that's still thorny, I really want it Filip. Please buy it for me." pinta Nila in her potent style.

Filip immediately agreed to the request of his girl. Without the need to linger he immediately took Nila away to the flower shop that the girl really wanted to visit.

Arriving at the flower shop without the need to linger Nila immediately took a fresh red rose as a form of choice. Filip who saw Nila had taken the flower then asked the girl if she still wanted other flowers. But Nila shook her head and asked Filip to immediately pay the interest.

Filip complied and immediately paid the interest to the cashier. Finished paying Nila to immediately get out of the store and invite Filip to take a walk in the park.

Take a walk around the park. Nila continued to pay attention to the flowers that Philip had bought. Surprisingly Nila did not seem to notice the beautiful scenery around the park and even busy herself with her roses.

To be honest Filip who found the awkwardness felt a little strange just that he did not want to comment on the strange actions of the girl he adored.

"Filip. If only I had accepted you to be my girlfriend, would you do anything greater than just buy me a flower?" Suddenly Nila discussed something very sensitive to Filip.

Filip is really getting carried away. "What do you mean, Nila? Please tell me clearly what you mean, that's,"

Nila blinked one eye. "What if you declare love in front of me now? Believe me I will not refuse to be your lover" he said.
