Zaky was chatting with James Watson when his phone rang, and Zaky asked permission to answer the call. He stood in the corner of the room and answered his call, as soon as the look on his face turned riled up. Zaky turned off the call and immediately took a break from some of his colleagues. He ran to the elevator to the parking lot. At high speed, his mind drifted somewhere. The one in her head was somehow Tia's current state, a bad shadow spinning in her head. He was terrified to remember what might have happened to his wife and baby.

Zaky was so scared and panicked, almost several times he almost collided with other road users. He didn't care, his heart seemed like it was about to explode at this moment. " Can we talk for a second. Follow me." The doctor left them all.

Zaky followed the doctor to his room not so far from the action room earlier. There they sat facing each other

" All right sir, just get to the point. His wife was in a coma due to heavy bleeding in the head. And I'm very worried about the safety of your wife and the baby. Soon maybe if you allow it, we will do a cesarean section to save the baby, as well as do brain surgery to stop bleeding in the head. This operation is likely to succeed 50:50 considering the bleeding is quite serious. There's no other choice we can make sir. If you agree, sign this license, then we'll take immediate action."

Zaky closed his eyes.

Zaky sat on the edge of the ward holding his wife's hand and kissing Tia's long, bulging belly.

Honey, please hold on. You're strong, you're a great woman, hang on for our children. Hang on for your baby. Hang on for me, I can't imagine living without you. Tia my wife, please hold on.

Zaky sobbed there, but the woman in his arms only stretched stiff, even her breathing barely seemed to hit. The doctor arrives and asks Zaky for permission to take Tia to the operating room. Zaky let go of his wife without being able to say a word. He came out to sit with Pak Pandi and Robi. Robi patted Zaky's shoulder to strengthen her. Bi Tuti stood in the corner terrified of Zaky. She felt guilty for letting Tia walk herself inside.

The night before, the operation had already begun, the lights on the operating room door were already on. Bi Tuti was unable to hold back his cries anymore. Seeing that little baby with a holy face like his mother made him so sad. The baby left them. Robi embraces Zaky who looks helpless after seeing the baby.

At home, Lila continues to calm the children. Naya and Nami are already asleep while Zoya and Ifa are still asking questions about the state of her mother and her future sister. Lila tells Zoya and Ifa not to worry, praying for mom and baby is all that matters now.

Lila got a call from the robi, she answered immediately.

" Are you okay with the kids?" ask Robi from across the street.

" Yes, how's brother?"

" The baby was born safely by caesarean section. Tia is undergoing brain surgery. Pray for him."

Lila cried considering Tia who had been in her considered like her own sister.

" You rest with the children. You're pregnant too. It's a tough day for all of us. I'll tell you later."

" Good baby."

Lila closed the call and her tears sagged. Zoya and Ifa embrace him. Lila tells her that the baby's sister has been born, but she hasn't finished surgery. The three of them prayed together.

The clock shows at 12 p.m. The lights on the operating room door turned green. Not long after that door opened. The doctor came out from there with a riled face, some assistants and nurses also came out from there. All those waiting stood up immediately, Zaky asked how his wife was doing, and the doctor asked him to speak in the room.

Arriving at the room, the distraught Zaky immediately forced the doctor to answer.
