Theodore's Story

Theo continued to ponder back and forth in the living room waiting for Zella's return. He saw the wall clock continues to shift and showed the twilight time was gone. Azel's car breaks into the courtyard of Geoffrey's mansion and drives Zella home. Hearing the sound of Azel's car made Theo very relieved and immediately opened the door for Zella.

"Come in! Your Levi is waiting." said Azel's sister who was getting ready to go home.

"Thanks for today. Heart of yaa. Let me know when I get there." said Zella waving her hand.

Zella then turned around and entered the Mansion regardless of Theo. Feeling ignored by Zella, Theo did not stay silent. Zella steps into the room and Theo holds back Zella's door as Zella closes it. Theo quickly enters Zella's room and locks her up.

Zella was a little surprised by Theo's bravery this time around. Especially when Theo dared to lock his body on the side wall of the door. Zella's breath hunts down when Theo is no longer distant from her.

"I beg you, forgive me, Zella" said Theo who began to dare to call Zella without frills - Miss -.

"I'm sorry I ignored you for days just for following my therapist's advice." Theo looked at Zella.

"What did you call me?" ask Zella.

"Zella," said Theo, who sounded with a distinctive tone when Zella was still a student.

"I'll forgive you as long as you tell me about yourself, Theo." pinta Zella while trying to release Theo's hand that locked her body against the wall.

Theo recalls Geoffrey and Doctor Steffy's message not to tell anyone about himself. But he could not refuse the request of the woman who had recently been very disturbing to his heart and mind. Without hesitation, Theo agrees to Zella's request.

"Well, I'll tell you about myself. I'll be waiting for you in the park." said Theo who then came out of Zella's room.

After Theo came out of his room, Zella cleaned up. After that Zella came out of her room and headed to the park to meet Theo. In the park, Theo is preparing some dinner menu on the garden table with candles around it.

"You prepared everything?" asked Zella with a happy face.

"As my apology, Zella. At least to start emmm....." Theo slightly held back his sentence while thinking what words he deserved to say to Zella.

"The beginning of our friendship?" Zella interrupted Theo's words.

Theo scrunched his forehead, it was actually not what he wanted. "Hemmm, that can be said" Theo replied as she pulled up a chair for Zella.

"Waaah, tonight I feel like the Princess." Zella chirped with a sparkling face. "Do you do this to all women, Theo?" search Zella.

"Of course not. Maybe this is the first time I've done this." Theo replied as he took food for Zella. "Eat first, I know you must be tired."

Zella directly cut the meat off the steak and put it in her mouth. "I'm really tired, but I'm really happy today. I know, you must be happy too, right?" zella asked as if to remind him of what he saw at Potsdamer Platz.

"really?" ask Zella. "Honestly, I'm a little curious as to what kind of answer you gave to Doctor Steffy's proposal. It seems like soon I will get a wedding invitation from my new friend." Zella and Theo just responded casually.

"Are you curious or jealous?" theo's question made Zella instantly widen her eyes.

"Jealous???!!! Wherever I am jealous." replied Zella with a face hue that had started to blush. "What right do I have to be jealous? I'm just wondering about Mr. Geoffrey's assistant. Who is really his heart. Recently, I was dating Paula. But today, proposed by Doctor Steffy." Zella chanted at length while enjoying her steak.

Theo smiled faintly at the change in the hue of Zella's face. He began to dare himself touch Zella's cheeks slightly flushed. "I've never dated or been in contact with any woman. I don't know why since I met you, I just wanted you to be my woman, Zella. Even though it was an impossible thing to happen." Theo replied making Zella drop her fork.

"I'm sorry if I'm sassy or rash tonight. I just wanted to express my feelings to my new friend, not to my boss." Theo and Zella were still silent as they looked at Theo.

Theo takes his hand off Zella's cheek and then feeds Zella. "Over these six years, I've never been close to a woman. Paula is not my lover, but she is Mr. Geoffrey's lover. Doctor Steffy is also a nobody to me. He's just Mr. Geoffrey's personal doctor who happens to be my therapist." explained Theo as he fed Zella.

"I'm having memory loss, Zella. Six years ago, Mr. Geoffrey and Paula found me stranded on the banks of the Eisbach River in a pale and blue state. If it's too late Mr. Geoffrey doesn't save me, maybe I'm dead" Theo said, leaving Zella's eyes teary.

"Mr Geoffrey took me to the nearest hospital and I was immediately given the best treatment. At the time, I was not who she was."

"After two weeks of treatment, I was finally discharged from the hospital. Unfortunately I don't remember who I am anymore. With open arms, Mr. Geoffrey accepted me to stay with him. He gave me the name Theodore, because he considered me a blessing from God."

"At first I was just a driver in this great Mansion, but because I once accompanied and helped Mr. Geoffrey. From then on I was appointed as his assistant and confidant until now."

"From then on, I had the determination to give up my whole life to return Mr. Geoffrey's favor without even coming to my mind to think of a woman. I don't even want my memories to come back so I can keep returning the favor. But after meeting you, my stance began to waver, Zella."

"Why do I want to be with you so much, around you, and I'm starting to get riled up when I'm away from you, Zella. Although I don't also don't know, why every close to you, my head often hurts and my chest is tight. Until my therapist gave me advice to stay away from you for my own good. But I'm so sorry to have taken my therapist's advice to stay away from you."

"I love you, Zella. And I can't reach you or have you to be my woman." Theo said in a very heavy voice.

Zella who was silent from earlier finally opened her voice. "Why, Theo?"

"Because Mr. Geoffrey really wants you to be his woman. I don't want to betray him. He saved my life six years ago."

Zella can't hold back her tears. Heavy and very heavy. That's what Zella feels now. He was so grateful that Theo was really his Levi. But considering Levi survived because Mr. Geoffrey made it the biggest dilemma that now lies before him.

Theo rubbed the tears that drenched Zella's cheeks. "Don't cry, Zella, you don't have to be sad to hear my life story. I just express my feelings. If you love Azel, I will support you as long as it makes you happy. I wouldn't force you to love my Lord Geoffrey either." Theo said, making Zella sobbing.

Theo who did not understand the reason Zella was crying stood up and moved to hug Zella. Tightly Zella returned Theo's embrace to make Theo even harder to let Zella go.
