A week later, after a routine examination of her womb, Widya's doctor determined the scheduling of a cesarean section on Sindy to be performed at eight p.m.
"Are you ready, Sindy?" later tonight we're gonna have a cesarean section on your delivery." Said Dr Widya.
"Yes mom!" God willing, Sindy is ready. Pregnant with twins is not easy. Twice as much carrying weight as a normal pregnancy. How does it feel to give birth normally?" Had to push twice to give birth one by one baby. God being a mother is not easy." Sindy said sadly.

When Madam Andara came out, the sound of Sindy's phone rang many times. Sindy took her phone and saw who contacted her.
"Whose number is this?" Sindy asked hesitated to accept the call.
Sindy turned off her phone and went back to dhikr. Not long after the phone rang again and it turned out that there was a message coming into his phone.

"Sindy, please don't let our twins be adopted by another family. You'll regret it after seeing them grow up." Reno said with hope.

The phone was turned off unilaterally by Sindy." Why did all this mess have to happen to me?" Sindy was crying again in memory of the calamity that had taken all of hers.
