Penilevy is angry with Livy's arrogant attitude. "So this is the courtesy of Lady Reichburgh, so very arrogant" Penilevy blatantly quipped.

Livy raised her eyebrows before smiling. "What do you mean I should bow to a noble Count princess servant? Did lady Asgrey look down on Duke Reichburgh"

Penilevy's face turned green, she did not expect to be humiliated in public.

"Lady Asgrey royal manners are very strict, so I can't be like you who let a servant call his master's name like you." paused Livy and put his lips to Penilevy's ears.

"He's just a waitress, not worth my status, you better not expect me to apologize to him" livy whispered sarcastically. Livy stood up and turned away.

"Lady Asgrey please warn your waiter not to wander in the middle of the road, so that he does not get hit again accidentally" said Livy and returned to his carriage.

Penilevy who heard it was furious. She is eager to tear Livy apart but Livy's status is higher than hers.

After Livy's departure, Penilevy helps Ayala stand up and takes her to the cake shop. Penilevy checked Ayala's entire body to make sure Ayala was okay.

After making sure Ayala wasn't seriously injured by just a few blisters, she let out a sigh of relief and sat down in the chair then ordered a cake and tea.

"Yes, you better not listen to Lady Reichburgh. I think of you as my friend" Penilevy said trying to comfort the gloomy Ayala.

Ayala smiled sweetly and nodded, she then took out the bag of money that was given by Livy and handed it to Penilevy.

"The art can you help me return this money to Lady Reichburgh" Ayala asked in a gentle tone while smiling sincerely.

"That's not necessary! He is not short of money, for he has given it to you, so it is yours. I don't want to see him anyway" Penilevy explained as she pushed back the money bag into Ayala's hands.

"But..."

Penilevy interrupted Ayala's saying "The money was given to her for hitting you by accident, even though she was arrogant but every word was true, so I don't want to argue with her anymore"

Although Penilevy doesn't like Livy's arrogant nature but she doesn't hate him. In fact such is the nature of nobility, arrogant to those of lesser degree.

Even Penilevy was no exception either, so she couldn't look for trouble with Livy who was clearly of a higher status than her. Even so she would defend Ayala if Livy had bothered her.

"Is that really okay?" ayala asked with some hesitation, she did not want to take Livy's money for granted, but on the other hand she needed it too.

"There won't be a problem, he gave it himself doesn't mean you stole it." Penilevy tried to get Ayala to take the money.

Although Penilevy considers Ayala as a friend, but she is not willing to use her money to pay the debt of Ayala's family.

In fact Penilevy still has the selfish attitude of a nobleman who is always selfish of themselves. For Penilevy to give Ayala a job is a good thing because she has given Ayala a way to earn money.

"Aren't you able to bring the book home, why should you read it there" Isgrid said with a frown, turning his face away from seeing Livy.
