^^^-"Tout Oublier" by Angle feat. Romeo Elvi^^
It was a busy morning in Paris. Celina was driving through the streets of Beaumarchais Boulevard after passing through the beauty of the famous Seine River. He drove his car in a bit of a hurry as it was almost too late for the meeting this morning. While singing in the cabin, Celina did not lose focus on driving her iron car on the crowded streets of Paris. Every now and then, Celina squirms gently to the left and right to loosen her neck nerves as she has been driving since morning to take Cathy to her new High School in Lycee Montaigne. Cathy returned to Indonesia briefly, to pick up the items left behind in Celina's apartment, as well as legalizing a diploma in old school as a final condition of moving to a new school. Luckily, Lycee Montaigne's side allowed Cathy a few days off to return home. At that time, Cathy was finally able to tell Celina's move to Paris to her sister-in-law.
"Hoaahms.... " Celina yawns while gnawing to hold back the drowsiness. He stayed up at the bar last night, and this morning had to go back to work. This time, Celina lived life with recklessness and stupidity. He fled the harsh reality that had taken away the peace of his life. Celina will not survive with her old permissive character and is also easily carried away by feelings. Moving to a new country, Celina hopes to become a new person as well and live her life full of fun.
Triring...
Triring.....
The phone rang, the music in the car cabin stopped instantly. Celina immediately pressed the loudspeaker button that was in front of her.
<"All?">
<"Bonjour, Madame">
<"Bonjour, Lena, Qu'est-ce qui se passe?">
<"Vous test or ? La reunion va bientot commencer">
<"J'arrive bientot, attendez-moi s'il vous plait">
<"Trees bien, madame. Faithes attention sur la route">
<"D'accord, merci,">
Tut's.
Celina refocused to spur her car to get to the office immediately. Lena, one of her secretaries, just called to ask for her arrival. Celina is a little late to start the morning meeting due to bad luck. Cathy, who had been waiting since morning, looked sullen, as her brother refused to wake her.
Celina finally woke up after the fifth alarm went off and just remembered having a meeting this morning. He grabbed the sandwich and milk box on the table, then drove the car to Lycee Montaigne, Cathy's new school. The distance between Montparnasse-their residence, with Lycee Montaigne is about 4.5 kilometers. In fact, Cathy used to go to school using the metro (subway) at Montparnasse-Bienvenue station. Different from usual, today, Cathy escorted her brother because he had to bring a miniature mockup of the city of Jakarta. Cathy certainly has difficulty carrying this task with public transportation because her mockups can be crushed by other passengers. The distance to Lycee Montaigne ranges from 20-30 minutes, both taken by metro and car. However, the heavy traffic, makes the metro preferred by Parisians because it is free from the congestion that hits the heart of the city every morning.
Celina walked in half running towards one of the buildings in the district with a billboard that read "Rainbow Corp".
"Bonjour a tous," said Celina kindly to everyone as she entered the door of the building.
"Bonjour, madam," they answered almost in unison. The staff of "Rainbow Corp" mostly contains Indonesian-French peranakan employees. They often use local language as a spice in the feel of their office that has just moved. French is difficult but sounds romantic, making workers happily mix it in everyday vocabulary.
The office of "Rainbow Corp" did not have many employees at the beginning of its opening. Celina brought only a few proficient French-speaking acquaintances for a smooth business transition. There were about 9 people with him who filled the branch office of "Rainbow Corp" in France, with one local person who also acted as a guide. The limitations of Celina in French are also a stumbling block if you want to do business professionally. Therefore, Celina, needs a confidant who can act as both an interpreter as well as her assistant. Lena and Fiona - Celina-'s private secretary - are a reliable working duo.
"Madam, the meeting is in the Satre Room" said Fiona, who was following her boss while carrying the necessary meeting documents. Fiona is a staff secretary who is a native Indonesian girl. Unlike Lena, who is a native French citizen.
"Okay, thank you, Fiona," Celina said after checking the documents Fiona was carrying. Celina then stepped into the meeting room and met with sponsors who want to work together in the field of multicultural fashion. The distinctive feature of "Rainbow Corp" is contemporary batik, so, the concept was also carried to introduce the batik icon with a modern fashion style European touch. One of the sponsors who are interested in developing this business idea is BelleVie Paris, a famous fashion company in France.
"Bonjour!" greet Celina friendly.
"Bonjour!" greet co-worker Celina no less friendly.
They also opened the first agenda by introducing each company and the form of cooperation they want to achieve. The meeting lasted about three hours, and it was almost lunchtime. They concluded the meeting well, and a memorandum of cooperation will be sent immediately after approval from the board of directors. BelleVie Paris was impressed by the concept of the fresh and iconic "Rainbow Corp. BelleVie Paris representative, Monsieur Pierre Laurent, did not hesitate to praise the brilliant idea of Celina to be adapted to the Paris fashion line.
"Enchante de vous rencontrer, Monsieur Pierre," Celina said kindly as she shook the hand of her business partner. Celina said that she was very happy to meet Mr. Pierre.
"Je suis egalement ravi de vous rencontrer, Madame Celina," replied Mr. Pierre no less friendly.
"I actually speak Indonesian, hehe.." she continued, which left Celina flabbergasted. In vain all this time he spoke French.
"Seriously? Why didn't you say daritadi?" asked Celina with a bent face. He was embarrassed to have been awkward to interact with Pierre.
The man smiled and only intended to familiarize Celina with the national language, so that it would be smoother. Pierre and Celina look not much different, seem to be in the same age, 30-year-old range. Pierre did not hesitate to invite Celina to drink together at the weekend, if you are free. Celina would consider her invitation and check her personal schedule.
"Au revoir, Celina!"
"Au revoir, Pierre!"
They kiss each other on the cheeks like most French people shake hands. They then parted ways with joy. Celina seemed to be opening her heart to get to know a man further. Celina is trying to forget her ex-husband who has made her life upside down, by working and having fun in the land of people. Celina longs for order and peaceful routine as before regarding the passionate and shocked Ken.
