The lights above Ken's head were dazzling. White ceilings and the smell of disinfectant poured out from the corner of the room. Ken's vision is still faint and rudimentary due to the effects of total anesthesia. Slowly, Ken's fingers began to move one by one. His body felt heavy but his taste seemed to fly. A very confusing situation for someone who just regained consciousness from total anesthesia.

The woman next to Ken looked up after being touched by the coldness of Ken's index finger that started to move. Apparently, the woman was someone Ken, his wife, knew very well.

Ken still could not speak out loud. He frowned when he wanted to say something. Celine held her ears close so she could hear Ken's words clearly.

Celine still doesn't understand. He further attached the ears on Ken's lips which began to blush because the body temperature is more stable. Initially, his lips and fingertips turned blue due to the lack of blood flow.
