CEO's Basket Satisfier

CEO's Basket Satisfier
Personal Assistant

Bara's presence in the office seized the attention of every employee who passed him. The CEO who is notoriously cold to anyone especially women, today came along with a woman who was pushing her wheelchair. So cold to women, there was even a rumor that said that Bara had changed direction as a same-sex lover. Moreover, he can only be really close to Zack who incidentally famous playboy acute.

Despite his illness, his charisma as a young CEO remains. He is known as a hard worker, abstaining from work holidays while still alive. His discipline is transmitted to employees who really dedicate their time to work for the company. Don't expect Bara to keep an incompetent and lazy employee.

"Who is that?"

"I don't know either. Maybe Mr. Bara's new secretary."

"I know Mr. Rona was still working yesterday. Time is suddenly replaced."

"I was just thinking too. Anyway, what's the deal with us? The important thing is we're not fired, we're grateful."

"But, thank God that Mr. Bara is still normal."

"What if Mr. Bara is normal? He also definitely won't look at you!"

Retha looks uncomfortable because he is noticed by everyone he meets. He could only look down while pretending not to know that there were many people whispering about him. As it turned out, connecting with important people was not as easy as he thought. Of course he will be in the spotlight because he is close to someone who has a high position.

"Don't show awkwardness in front of people. Later you will be overwhelmed with questions of sorts. Just be normal so they can be sure that you are my personal assistant" Bara said. He knew the woman felt uncomfortable in the office.

"Good, Sir. I'm sorry." Retha re-established her view. As Bara said, he had to convince as a personal assistant.

"Good morning, Mr. Bara," said a middle-aged man who still looked fit in his work clothes.

"Good Morning, Mr. Fahri." Bara answered with a flat tone and a firm attitude.

"Have your condition improved? Didn't your doctor say you need to rest for the next one or two months?"

Bara just smiled with a question Mr. Fahri. He knows there are some people who really want him to leave the project. They are trying to find a fault gap in order to replace his position as the main leader trusted by investors.

"Only my right leg hurts, Mr. Fahri. My hands and brain are in a very healthy condition to be able to carry on with this project well. I guarantee my condition will not be an obstacle because I am accompanied by my personal assistant, Retha. There's also still my secretary of trust, Mr. Rona."

"Thank God then. I'm happy with the spirit of young people in business."

"We go first, Mr. Fahri. See you in the meeting room" said Bara.

"Please, Mr. Bara."

Pak Fahri endured his resentment with the haughty attitude shown by Bara. Although his lips were smiling, in his heart he held a deep grudge against the new businessman who always stood out. He wants to regain his place as a respected businessman.

Bara and Retha enter the elevator to the top floor where the meeting will be held. The elevator they use is specifically for VIPs so that Mr. Fahri can not ride with them.

"Why do you talk that way, sir? I guess that guy just didn't like you that much." Retha was quite worried about the attitude Bara showed others. Stiffness and arrogance can make people with heart disease turn into vindictive. Moreover, Bara lives in an entrepreneur environment that is closely related to competition.

"It's okay. He did not like my position in this project."

"His eyes don't forget to blink, it will come off!" ketus Bara who realized Zack was unceasingly looking at the woman who was pushing her wheelchair.

"Pak Bara, I have prepared all the files you requested," said Rona who was discussing with Zack on the front door of the meeting room.

"Thank you for the hard work, sir," Bara said.

"Bar, why did you bring him here? You wanna show off a new boyfriend?" syndicate Zack.

"Now he's my personal assistant. You mustn't bother him" Bara said.

Zack was so surprised by Bara. It was clear he was the first to find Retha. He also sent Retha to that place at a cost of tens of millions just for Retha, it could even be hundreds of millions if combined with other ordered women. Zack who bothers to take care of Retha gets there, just as Bara asks the woman of her choice. If it wasn't for the sake of friendship, maybe they would have fought.

"Retha, you just wait for me outside the meeting room" Bara said.

"But ...."

"After this Zack and Mr. Rona will help me. The meeting is only about an hour, try to have you here before the meeting ends, understand?"

Retha nodded. "Good, sir."

Bara gave the code for Retha to bring her face closer. "Don't try to get close to anyone. You work for me. Be careful if someone makes you a tool to bring me down," he threatened.

Once again Retha nodded.

Retha was still standing at the meeting room door, seeing the Bara wheelchair being pushed by Mr. Zack and Mr. Rona. After the door closed again, he chose to sit on one of the benches located at the end. He deliberately chose that place so as not to cross paths with others.

*****

"Loh! You're Retha?" someone came out from behind the emergency door carrying a mop and a bucket of water.

"The room?" said Retha doubtfully.

"Right, I'm Damar, your old Junior High friend. It's been a long time, yeah, we didn't meet." Damar put down his tool work and sat down next to Retha. Meeting old friends is always something fun. "How are you, Ta? I think now you are a successful person," praised Damar who judged Retha on her appearance.

Rethas just smiled broadly. If Damar knew his previous life, he would have laughed.

"You work here?" ask Retha.

"Yes, I work here. As you can see, I only work as a janitor. Is it different from you?" Damar was a little inferior to the appearance of his friend. He is also proud to have a successful friend.

"We're the same, Damar. Maybe only our uniforms are different," he said, in fact Retha said honestly, but he could not tell Damar that he was just pretending to be an important person there.
