Local Rain

Bima was stunned to feel a pair of hands coiling around her waist. The hands were interlocked until the embrace that Bima felt was so tight.

In the state of closed eyes, Emi felt that something was different with what she embraced. The body of Sri's mother who was a little filled and never used a fragrance now felt Emi so fit in her arms, not to mention the aroma that Emi inhaled.

"Mom wears perfume? The money is the same as used by Bima," said Emi.

"Emi?"

Emi smiled because she thought Sri's mother's voice also changed like Bima's voice.

"Emi?" the sound of Bima's call was like being held back. Bima twisted his body until they faced Emi who was still hugging Bima.

Bima's hand which also took part in Emi's embrace made it difficult to push Emi.

"Emi, wake?"

Emi lazily opened her eyes as it seemed like it was time for her to wake up and prepare to go to school. Emi swiped her face left and right in the abdomen which she thought belonged to Sri's mother, spoiled as she often did to her mother.

What Emi did actually made Bima feel amused but look funny.

"Emi, off!"

Like hearing a firecracker in broad daylight, Emi's consciousness gathered one hundred percent.

Her voice? This is not Sri's mother. Her..

Emi raised her head up. His manic flickered followed by bated breath clearly seeing the face of the person he was hugging.

"Bi-ma?" call Emi using lip movements.

In a hurry Emi took off her embrace and pulled her body back so as not to notice that the door was half open.

Geck!

Emi's back hit the door leaf and as she lost balance Emi fell and the back of her head fell to the door.

"Oh..!" exclaims Emi in pain while stroking her stumbling head.

Also shocked to see Emi fall and stumble, Bima immediately crouched down to help Emi.

"Sick," said Emi, still wiping her head.

Bima's hand reflexes stroked Emi's head. Emi's eyes immediately stared at Bima's face before her.

"Where, what's here?" tanya Bima made sure the part of Emi's head was sick.

Mother Sri who had been sleeping soundly immediately woke up to hear the pounding of the door to the wall and the sound of a knock on an object that was none other than Emi's head that hit the door.

"Bima Sir? Emi?" shocked Sri's mother found the two in front of Emi's open door.

Both Bima and Emi both turned to Sri's mother who looked at them fully in search.

"What's up, sir?" ask Sri's mother curious.

"There is nothing, mother just rest back," replied Bima.

"I-iya but Emi-"

"He's fine, he didn't see his way and fell down" said Bima.

"If so let me help Emi get into the room"

"Let me alone," said Bima again interrupted the speech of Sri's mother.

Emi stared strangely at Bima. Bima should scold him or let him go as usual. But why exactly the opposite? Emi was a little creeped out by what Bima might do after this.

"Mom," said Bima because Sri's mother was still standing near them. "Mom rest, let me help Emi."

"I-yes, sir."

Sri's mother returned to her room while thinking what had just happened.

If Emi falls why is there Bima sir there? The room is on the second floor.

Sri's mother poured down her body, looking at the wall clock that was almost one in the morning.

Emi who was still surprised and confused at Bima just silently felt Bima's hand massage on her head.

"Come on!"

Bima helped Emi stand up and followed her from behind. Bima looked around Emi's room and glanced at the picture frame on the study table.

"Sleep," said Bima.

Emi looked up at Bima who told her to sleep but was still in her room.

"Om Bima there's a need?"

Bima thought for a moment, nor did he know his purpose of meeting Emi to say what. Bima just wanted to see Emi's face, that's all. But he didn't expect anything to happen just now.

Bima shook her head but her gaze was now on Emi.

Is something wrong? Why look at me like that?

Emi pulled back her face as Bima brought her face closer to the distance their faces were so close.

"I-I'm going to sleep, um."

"How's your head?"

"Huh? The head? Oh. yeah, it's okay."

"You sure?" tanya Bima made sure and answered a nod of the head by Emi.

"Sleep" said Bima, who left Emi's room.

What are you doing Bima... Conscious Bima, aware! He was just a schoolboy and most importantly he was part of the Suntama family.

Bub!

Bima dropped her body onto the bed with her feet hanging down.

..........

Early in the morning Emi got a video call from her parents, asking for news and her school. After chatting a lot with his mother and saying if everything was okay and going well, it was Justin's turn to take over the conversation.

"Emi, wait a minute, don't be killed."

"Yes." Yeah."

"Morning, Dora." said Kevin with the face of his pillow.

"Sister Kevin...!! The Mother... Kevin's brother scoffed at Emi. He's thinking about Emi, Bun."

Hearing Emi's cry calling mother and calling Kevin's name, Bima was sure that Emi was chatting with her family.

Mother Sri could only smile at the sound of Emi filling the entire house. The house really lived as long as there was Emi in it.

"Not the others, sir?"

"No, just take her breakfast to the room."

"Make Emi?"

"Hem" dehem Bima.

While glancing at Bima, Sri's mother filled the plate with fried rice complete with omelet and crackers.

"Is there a problem?" tanya Bima noticed Sri's mother's glance.

"There's nothing, sir. Excuse me for breakfast anterin for Emi," permission of Sri's mother who then went to Emi's room.

The door of Emi's half-open room makes it easy for Sri to go inside without knocking her first.

"Mother? What's up?"

"Cuman wants to eat breakfast."

"Why diranerin?"

"I don't know, Bima sir told me. Maybe let's not be late for school, talk to your sisters over breakfast, save time."

Emi who felt strange peeking towards Bima with her back position was on the dining table.

"Udah, mother's gone."

"Yes, thank you, Mom."

Emi continued her chat with her two brothers while wearing school prep and eating her breakfast.

"Sister Justin, I want to go to school first" Emi said with a mouthful of food.

"Yes, but swallow it first it's food" Justin recalled.

"Yes, brother."

"Send by Eko?" justin asked while Kevin was still cramming on his bed.

"Om Bima."

"Oh yeah? Tumben want to take you?"

"I don't know" Emi replied.

"Lost left in the middle of the road or stop" Kevin chanted.

"No, even for a few days Bima who anterin me to school."

"If you're careful, Mi. Usually if suddenly good there must be something," said Kevin scaring.

"Example?" ask Emi curious.

"Stying in the movies, was done first only after that...THE CREK!" kevin made a cutting motion on his neck.

"Crazy, Vin!" justin doesn't like Kevin's jokes. "Lo think Bima's brother is that bad?"

"Who knows. Yes, no, no, Mi?"

"It can be."

"Woiii.." cried Justin now. "Don't be horrified, Mi. Udah, mending you get ready for school than your brain in a chekokin that is not really the same Kevin. I'm matiin ya, Mi."

"Yes, brother."

"Be careful, Mi. Remember what I said," Kevin ended their conversation.

Uhuk-uhuk!

Emi ran from the room while carrying her used dinner plate. Sri's mother only brought breakfast without drinking.

Uhuk-uhuk...

Next to Emi's hand smacking her chest, she placed her dirty plate on the table where Bima had just finished breakfast. Emi who had been sprained did not pay attention to the glass he took, he took it from the origin and immediately drank the contents.

"That's mine!"

Pruffs...

Emi sprayed water in her mouth to hear the words of Bima.

"Not just wash my face, I also have a bath," said Bima held back upset because a burst of water from Emi's mouth hit her face and seeped into her shirt as well.

"Ma-sorry, um. I-I didn't mean it, sorry."

Be shocked! Emi immediately put the glass on the table and wiped Bima's face using both palms.

"Sorry, um. I really wasn't intentional. I was choking and needed a drink, I didn't know it was Bima's glass. Sorry, um."

Apologies continued to be thrown Emi while continuing to wipe Bima's face.

"Don't be angry, huh, om? Emi not intentionally," please Emi.

"Mother Sri, Sri's mother...?" call Bima.

"Yes, what's up, sir?" asked Sri's mother who ran from the kitchen to hear her name called repeatedly by the employer.

"Please get me a change of shirt in my room. The shirt I was wearing was wet, there was a local rain earlier."

"Local rain?"

Emi grinned the horse at Sri's mother but when her gaze turned on Bima her smile turned to be clear.

"Yes, sir."

"Let me, Mom."

Emi quickly climbed the stairs and entered Bima's room, opening her wardrobe to pick up a shirt. Black shirts became Emi's choice and soon closed the wardrobe.
