David pulled his body and rested his back on the car seat. The man sighed while raising his head.
For a moment he closed his eyes, enjoying the turbulent feeling in his heart, he felt unsure why he always missed the woman. Even now he felt unable to linger long to separate far from Aileen.

From behind the glass wall, David and Aileen are seen observing the situation in the ICU room.
They saw Koyoko wearing special clothes as standardization when entering the ICU room, the woman was sitting next to the bed to accompany her sister.
