Chapter 3

Often wandering is not a desire but the circumstances that force ~ Gendis Alamanda

Two days had passed since his meeting with Samuel. Now Gendis is getting ready to go to Jakarta by being escorted by Bude Sri

Along the way, Gendis could not close her eyes. His gaze stared blankly at the road he had just walked the first time. He then took a paper and pencil and a base to draw in his bag

His fingers began to draw the tip of his pencil on paper, making scribbles that over time incarnated into a sketch of his face and a handsome young man, who else if not Samuel

Gendis nodded then took a deep breath and let it out slowly to ease her nervousness

Less than an hour the car carrying Gendis and others arrived at a luxury house owned by the Lusi family, which is none other than the house where he worked later

Gendis got out of the car and was invited inside by Susi. While Bude Sri chose to stay at the place where Lilis worked

"Gendis, this is Mbok Minah!" Said Lusi introduced Gendis to an old woman who Gendis expected to be his grandmother's age

Gendis then kissed Mbok Minah's hand

Mbok Minah then invited Gendis into the room to rest
