BUNCHES

BUNCHES
CHAPTER 31

The weather was very cold, the birds chirping vigorously sounded from a distance, welcoming a bright-looking morning, in the morning dew wrapping the Arau village where Ujang was located.

Arau, West Sumatra, the birthplace of Ujang which is a tourist center today. He rushed down the stairs from inside the house that had almost collapsed, carrying a travel bag to travel to the metropolitan city, Jakarta.

The big city where he stopped when he arrived from Japan made a transit to Padang. Ujang must return, with all confusion and feelings of worry. How not, Mori is still not found, and he had to leave his hometown, at the request of Sida as well as ask for help from the Japanese embassy to search for the wife.

Sida let out a long sigh, as Ujang hugged the Mother again. The middle-aged body that he loved so much, even dearly. Women who have given birth to it, give the best love even though life is difficult as it is.

Ujang checked back, all the belongings, and Mori's data that he was going to report to the embassy. Although it does not require a lot of requirements because Mori is a Japanese citizen, but his wife was declared missing in her hometown.

Ujang hugged the frail body of Sida once again, peeking at the top of the head of the Mother who slightly smelled foul even very stinging, but he as a child did not want to ask.

Ujang greeted Sida's right hand which was full of wrinkles, looking pale and not even bleeding.

Ujang stared fixedly at Sida's face then asked, "Amak is sick?"

Sida shook her head, she smiled, kissed Ujang's face, and let go of her beloved son to leave the hometown.

Sida just waved her hand, as she saw Ujang walking further and further away.

Ujang always tried to look happy even though he was still confused when he left his family home. Saddened by the loss of Mori, he only thinks along the way 'how to convey to Edogawa San (Lord Edogawa), about Mori', his inner self along the way.

Ujang standing at one intersection, waiting for sago or public transportation under the foot of the hill, looking towards the village that has seemed far away because it has been undergoing the path for 30 minutes.

Ujang slightly glanced at the clock on his right wrist, growing confused as it took so long to arrive at the intersection where he was standing.

Ujang just muttered inwardly, "Honey.wait for Brother to pick you up here. Until you can bring someone to look for the existence of dear Brother!"

As Ujang looked to be waiting for the sago, his eyes were again surprised by the presence of one of his Amak family.

"Da Ujang....!?" greet Lisa when passing by Ujang.

Ujang seemed to be thinking, suddenly startled by the presence of a sago yelled cingkariak or one who helped the driver to find passengers.

"Terminal...terminals...TERminals....!!" cry cingkariak sago.

Ujang did not heed Lisa's call that seemed confused, because he saw the presence of his cousin, but did not want to say hello or stop by their village.

Lisa saw the departure of the sago, did not have time to say something about the two parents Ujang, "Kamanolah Uda tu, go home kampuang but manga ndak layover ka umah, Amai!" (Where is Uda? Go home, but don't want to stop by Amai's house!) he felt that his parents were not appreciated.

However, Ujang is still Ujang.

Ujang arrived at the terminal, looking for a rental car to take him to Padang international airport. He passed, bringing a deep sorrow for not being able to find the whereabouts of his beloved wife.

Ujang's obstinacy seemed to subside since he had lunch in Anai Valley. The famous restaurant, plus a city girl who turned out to be a car with him approached without feeling shy.

The girl only smiled when she first saw Ujang sitting alone on the restaurant table chair while enjoying the famous champion porridge there.

Ujang bowed shyly, but ventured to smile thinly, because thinking can be made a friend during the trip to the airport Padang.

For a moment Ujang looked like greeting the 22-year-old young girl with a smile that could sedate the young woman who was sitting far away.

Ujang who looks using casual clothes, branded handbags are in the grip, until the Rolex watch is attached to the right hand of the sweet black man. He asked the girl to sit in front of him, counting on adding friends before leaving for Jakarta.

The girl swiftly approached Ujang, without feeling awkward or embarrassed. Stretched out smooth, white and smooth hands, signifying the girl was a well-groomed and clean woman.

Ujang greeted, bowing respectfully as the Japanese greet, "Haii.....introduce me Ujang?" welcome him to the girl's hand.

The girl replied with a faint smile, "Yes, meet me Desy. Desy Rusmalasari."

Ujang invited Desy to sit in front of him very friendly and talk to each other lightly. The initial introduction was very warm, so forget the travel car they were riding had been waiting for two new people to know each other.

They rushed to leave the restaurant, because the driver had been called to leave Anai Padang Panjang Valley immediately.

Along the way the two tell each other stories, and exchange phone numbers, so they ask each other for a destination.

"Aaagh... It turns out we are one goal...! Let's not let's take one more flight, "laughs Desy as she gets more comfortable with Ujang sitting next to her.

Ujang showed me his flight schedule which he booked a few minutes ago through the app, "Nih.... Brother just ordered it, siih!" her story.

Desy knitted her eyebrows together, "Kok, can it be the same? Is the seat next to it too? Or, let's not mate....!!!" his laughter when glancing at the authenticity of the watch that Ujang wears.

They showed each other the flight schedule, before arriving at the international airport.

Before getting to know each other, it turns out Desy has been watching Ujang since the beginning of meeting at the terminal. But seeing the face of the not so handsome but charismatic man was reluctant to smile, he undoes his intention to approach.

Ujang's appearance is very different from that of the man he knows, giving the impression that Ujang is the female dream male figure in the metropolis.

Plus the figure of Ujang that is not so friendly, because it seems cold and quiet.

They still tell each other about Ujang's hometown which mentions one of the beautiful places, at the top of the Arau hills which are in flats with three different waterfall piers. One west, one south and one north.

Desy was silent, hearing Ujang's explanation of his hometown. His face seemed confused, because he was also from Arau, but could only think for himself, "Isn't this village mentioned by Ujang long been burning with fire during the capture of Datuak four years ago? How could he stay there for three days? Is he a Bunian?" his question in his heart began to keep his distance from Ujang.
