Proof of Love
Ali hugged Nada to campus using his motor sport. The campus door has not been closed because there are students who are still studying there at night.
They had just parked the bike, Ali helped Nada to take off the helmet he was wearing. Nada looked at Ali's face with a worried look. “Li, are you sure you want to climb it? You have trauma.”
Ali just smiled and held Nada's hand towards the field.
A few moments later, they had arrived at the field, its location was to the west of the campus.
Nada looks a little worried about Ali's situation, she asks him a question that has been subconsciously asked Ali several times. “You're serious about rock climbing for me?”
The implied look on Ali's face is a little doubtful, but he has to prove that he is not messing with his feelings for Nada. Ali's friends who ran out of basketball walked up to them.
Kenzo came patting Ali's arm, “Lu why bro? Tumben malem-malem is still here? The kids are running basketball anyway.”
“Hey, lu Ken. I want to show my love to Nada.”
“Buktin love what the hell? There's-there's a lu Li.” Tanya Rezky was curious.
Ali glanced at Nada, “He already knows all. He accidentally heard our conversation about betting. And I want to prove that I really love him.”
Bisma whispered to Rezky, “Waduh, I'm not good with both of them. Must be because of us they fight deh.”
“Iya. I'm not good either, bus. It must be because Nada is angry, Ali wants to prove his love.”
Kenzo nodded his head, “Lu want proof of love how? Need help gw?”
Ali shook her head and smiled slightly. “No need bro. Doain gw aja, so I can prove it and so that the girl next to me would like sorry gw.”
There were some kids playing rock climbing. Ali asked the clerk to put a rope and asked to be taught how to climb.
“Lu want to climb this cane Li? Can you afford?” asked Rezky innocently.
Bisma tried to stop the movement of her best friend, “Li, you seriously want to climb a rock? Aren't you afraid of heights? Don't you have trauma, too, bro? Do not macem-macem as gini.”
Ali looked at Nada's face with a small smile. To be honest he was very scared, yet he tried to muster up his courage to prove his love. “For the sake of Nada gw will do anything, so that he wants to apologize gw and believe in the sincerity of love gw.”
Kenzo patted Ali's arm, “Gw sure you can conquer your fear man. You can definitely.”
A few moments passed by the equipment was ready to be installed. Ali is ready to prove his love to Nada. Nada looks anxious to release Ali's departure for rock climbing.
Tone holding Ali's hand, “You really want to climb a rock? If you can't wait don't. I don't want you to be up there.”
Ali took off her black Snapback hat, put it on Nada's head. Ali then rubbed the cheek of Nada who felt cold because of the cold tonight and a small smile looked into her eyes. “You are calm. I won't do anything. Trust me, this is all I do for you, for our love.”
After that Ali really prepared to go upstairs. Just how many steps up, Ali's legs began to shake and Ali's breath began to tight. The events of a few years ago momentarily appeared in his memory.
When he was in 1st grade High School, he had an accident during a school adventurer trail event in a protected forest, the peak area. His body fell down from the cliff towards the edge of the ravine, his condition at that time was very alarming. Ali fell into a coma for several days and broke a bone in his right leg. Since then Ali has not dared to face heights.
Tone screaming from below, “Ali, you get off. I believe in our love. You don't have to improve yourself.”
Ali did not listen to Nada's words. He tried to keep his feet up, but his legs felt like they were frozen. His breathing became even more congested, eventually he fell unconscious.
Everyone ran closer, seeing what happened to Ali. Rezky, Kenzo and Bisma help carry Ali. They together in Rezky's car go to take Ali to the nearest Hospital. Ali went into the ER room, the doctor on duty gave first aid, Nada unceasingly blamed herself.
Ali's friends tried to calm Nada down. They finally realized how valuable Nada was to Ali and how much they loved her.
“Lu just relax. I'm sure Ali will definitely babble kok.” Bhishma's voice calms the heart of Tone.
Rezky tried to also comfort Nada, with his innocent thoughts. “Yes, Ali is a strong man. He always wins when he fights. So he'll definitely realize.”
Bisma elbow arm Rizky, “Apaan sih lu.. What does fainting have to do with fighting Ky? You're not so clear?”
“Ya.. I'll try to entertain him Bis.”
Kenzo came to bring warm chocolate to Nada, “This drink first. Let you kind of calm down. I'm sure he'll soon be conscious. He's a strong man. And he'll come back for you, for your love.”
Kenzo sat beside Nada, occasionally his eyes glancing at the beautiful girl who was still crying beside him, “Hot those eyes, why would anyone have eyes like her? why does my heart beat faster when I'm next to it? And why is my heart so sad to see him cry like this?”
They seemed very worried about Ali. Not long after the doctor came out of the ER room. “Family patient Ali.”
Bisma got up her seat, approached the doctor, “We are her friends doctors. We brought the patients here.”
“How are the patients of doctors? He's okay, right?” Tanya Nada worried.
“The patient's condition is fine. His blood pressure is not normal. The patient is only at his psychic lowest point, maybe it is because the patient has experienced trauma before.”
Kenzo lifts his glasses, “Can it have a bad impact on his doctor's psyche?”
“Not bad like that. His soul was only a little shocked as he might try to fight the trauma he had experienced. Don't worry, a few hours he'll be conscious. While my patient moves to the ward, it is best that the patient stay here until tomorrow. So that we can confirm the situation.
“Good doctor. We will take care of the patient's move.” Kenzo thanked the doctor.
“I guess that was the first thing I could tell you. Tomorrow the doctor will examine the patient. I live first.”
The doctor left the ER room. Nada and Kenzo enter the ER room to see Ali's condition while Rezky and Bisma take care of Ali's move to the inpatient room.
