Who Are You Lunching With?

That morning the awkwardness was felt in the car. Anindya fell silent as well as Rio. There is no more joy like the usual day.

Rio nodded and returned Lina's smile. Then he turned his gaze towards Anindya who was staring intently at him. Both of his eyes were glazed.

" Why are you? " Rio was flabbergasted to see a slight tear seeping in the corner of Anindya's eyes. He grabs the girl's hand trying to figure out what happened.

Anindya stared in disappointment. And Rio could feel that. Tears could not stand it anymore, Anindya took off Rio's hand violently and passed away leaving Rio who was still fixated.

After the prayer, Anindya reentered her room. His stomach is getting wrapped around incoherently. Magh has relapsed. He took a grain of magh medicine from his bag which he always carried everywhere.

Suddenly arrived a pair of hands coiled in his stomach. Then a packet of rice paddies was perched on his desk.

"Sorry." Rio's voice whispered in his ear. Anindya. Resisting the pain when considering that Rina was not the person who Rio had been eating lunch with earlier.
