"Valent's hurt... Valent you know I don't like this, hem!" Rey yelled at her best friend.

"Calm down, man, it's just a small wound."

"Be quiet, Valent! I told you to take care of yourself and everyone else!"

"Sister Rey we better get Valent out of here quickly, we don't have much time." Tom shouted from the left side.

"Lucas, get all the vehicles ready!"

"Jerry... Jerry.." Lucas also shed tears seeing the state of his friend.

"Sister Jerry!! Open your eyes, brother!! You promised you'd look after me for the rest of your life! Why don't you open your eyes, brother!" Maera sobbed while shaking Jerry's body.

Rey could not hear the cry of his wife, he continued to carry Valent who was pat on his back.

"Why does it all have to end like this?" Rey's whisper in her heart.

Maera, Bobby, and Jerry have arrived at the hospital.

"Please save my brother!" Maera pleaded with Zade's doctor, who was already there.

"Mrs, relax! I'll definitely try my best." Zade replies and then he enters the emergency room.

...THE EMERGENCY ROOM...

"Is your heart rate still normal?"

"The pulse is getting weaker the doctor!"

"Has his blood been obtained?"

"A positive O blood type is available in three sacs"

" Prepare AED (automated external defibrillator)!"

While Zade performs a surgical operation to remove the bullet casings from Jerry's body, the nurses arrange the blood supply and the others prepare the next tool

After about half an hour of surgery was over, but Jerry's heart rate increasingly looks weakened.

Outside Maera and Bobby are still waiting faithfully.

Valent arrived at the hospital shortly. He was immediately raised to a gurney and pushed into another emergency room.

"Sir Valent??! Brother, what happened to you?" Maera came back crying to see Valent was helpless there.

"His heart rate is still there, we'll deal with it soon" said another doctor who happened to be on guard that night.

"What did you say? Of course his heart rate is still there, he's alive!" Rey who was very panicked immediately felt the emotion of hearing the Doctor's words.

"Sir, patience! They'll handle it" Bobby tried to calm Rey down.

Maera instantly turned into a stiff silence there.

"It's all my fault my brothers are hurt for wanting to save me, I'm guilty"

Rey paced back and forth at the emergency door where Valent was handled alongside Jerry's room.

The doctor from Valent's room came out, Rey quickly approached him.

"What about my brother?" Rey asked the doctor.

"I'm sorry, we need extra blood as soon as possible, the patient's got a lot of blood. Does anyone have a positive blood type B?"

"The blood of that group is very difficult to find, how is this?" Ask Bobby.

"I... I have a positive B blood doctor. You can take my blood, even everything I want." Sahyr Maera who did not think long about her condition is again pregnant.

"Maera, baby you're pregnant, you can't donate your blood" Rey said, pulling Maera away.

"Where did Rey know I was pregnant?"

Maera immediately approached the doctor, then asked the doctor to draw his blood.

"Doctor, take my blood now, my brother needs it"

"But Miss, are you sure? it could be dangerous to assure you that what Mr. Rey says is true you're pregnant."

"Maera's a doctor and Rey's right, you can put your life at risk" Lucas continued, not wanting anything to happen to Maera.

"He's hurt for my life, do I have to shut up when he needs me?"

"Well, we don't have much time left, I'll have the nurse check you first can just take your blood" the doctor said, calling the nurse to take Maera to the blood draw room.

Rey is confused about what to do, on the one hand the lives of his wife and children are at risk of dangerous. But on the other hand his best friend who was like his siblings was on the edge of death.

After checking, Maera was taken to the emergency room where Valent was handled.

"Maera's... I won't be able to forgive myself if something happens to you!" Rey said as Maera's sorong bed passed her as she was about to be put into the emergency room.

Naera remained silent, and the nurse pushed Maera back in.

"Sister.. I'm happy if I can help you get back up, you're my brother. You have to stay alive for our family." Maera said to Valent, who was lying on the bed next to her.

They also transfused blood from Maera and then distributed Valent directly.

They managed to do the transfusion, but of course it still takes time for Valent to be aware.

The medics moved Maera to the hospital room because her condition was still weak after the blood transfusion.

Rey asks Tom and some of his men to stand guard at the door, while she wants to check on Jerry's progress.

Zade came out of the emergency room... He looked sad, and lethargic out of there.

"Zade, how's Jerry doing?" Rey asked who was suspicious of Zade's face.

"I'm sorry Mr. Rey, he... He can't be helped." Zade replied in a weak tone.

Anetha and Felicia had just arrived there.

Anetha overhears Zade and Rey talking. He cried out to call Jerry by name.

"No... My brother can't possibly die, that's impossible!!!" Anetha also thrashed forcing her into Jerry's room. Rey went in there first.

"No!! Don't take that equipment off!" Tell Rey when the nurses want to release all the equipment attached to Jerry's body.

"But Sir... "

"I told you not to let go. Don't you hear it!!" Rey screamed that made the nurses nervous and terrified.

The nurses eventually reassembled the medical equipment.

"Sister... Don't stay me and Maera, you promised to keep us old. You can't just leave, brother!" Isak Anetha unstoppable he kept trying to wake his brother.
