Of course he can't monitor it because Rey and Jerry rolled away while jumping outside the room while the camera chip was on their shirts.
While on the other side...
Maera, who was confined to another room, kept screaming for help.

"Valent did you find him?" Shouted Rey who is trying to keep looking for the point of existence of Valent now.
