1 Hour has passed since the fight in Konoha prison. Now Naruto is at his house, reading a book by the open window while drinking a cup of warm tea. As he was reading a book, suddenly there was a knock on the door.

“Naruto are you inside? It's me.” Said a grandfather grandpa
(Kakek Hokage? Why is he here?) inner Naruto
Naruto closed his book and walked towards the exit of the house.
“I'm in the cake, wait a minute.” Naruto
Naruto opened the door and saw the 3rd Hokage standing. When Naruto saw the third Hokage's face, he could see there was a sad expression that was trying to hide.
“What's the cake? It's not usual for Grandpa to see me this early in the morning. Did something happen?” Naruto
“Naruto... For some reason, Anko is now in the hospital.” The third Hokage
Hearing that the look on Naruto's face immediately turned serious, “What?!”
“Didn't grandpa say that yesterday Anko-nee could see me soon? Doesn't that mean he was okay yesterday? Then why is she in the hospital now?” said Naruto
The sad face of the third Hokage became more visible, “Sorry Naruto, it's my fault for suddenly sending him to a mission yesterday.”

Naruto has now arrived at the hospital with only the third Hokage. Naruto and the third Hokage stood in front of the door of the room Anko was being treated to. Naruto held the hilt at the door and then he looked towards the third Hokage, the third Hokage nodded and Naruto looked back to the front.
(Well let's do it) said Naruto
Naruto opened the door without knocking it first. When the door opened, Naruto could see a purple-haired woman sitting with her legs straight forward covered by a blanket, he was wearing a shirt made of thin metal mesh and a small pendant that looked like a snake fang on his neck. The woman was looking out the window so that she did not notice two people coming into the room.
(Beautifully. but.) inner Naruto looked towards Anko's left hand which was only left from shoulder to elbow.
Naruto suddenly becomes sad but he tries to strengthen his heart because his existence here is to make Anko return the spirit not to make things worse. Naruto slowly walked closer to Anko.
“Anko nee-chan.” Naruto said very gently
Anko who heard the familiar voice of the little boy, a person whom she had already considered her own sister was immediately startled and turned towards the source of the voice.

Lucky because Anko's mattress is not too high, Naruto immediately hugged Anko tightly. The feeling of being moved slowly surfaced in Anko's heart, making her eyes teary. But Anko held back her tears from falling and showed that she was okay with Naruto. Anko braced herself to smile and hugged Naruto with her right hand still left.
“Naruto.” says Anko Lirih
Hearing his name being mentioned by Anko in a soft voice, Naruto loosened his arms and looked up and held both of Anko's cheeks with both hands.
“Nee-chan.. Don't be sad, I will always be near you and accompany you neechan, both happy and sad. You don't need to be depressed because of your left hand. Look, you still have your right hand. Hokage's me, mother, and grandfather won't be acting differently to you because of it either. We accept you for what neechan is. The words Naruto uttered made Anko's heart feel comfortable and warm. He never thought that the little boy he already thought of as his own sister said such things. Although the third Hokage had already said similar things before, but it was not enough to comfort Anko. It was only when Naruto said that to Anko, Naruto managed to make Anko become happy and moved. This shows how special Naruto is in Anko's heart.
Anko smiled then she returned Naruto's embrace while closing her eyes, “Thanks Naruto.”
Hearing that Naruto smiled in relief as well as delight. The third Hokage showed a happy expression on his face, (Thankfully, Naruto had already managed to make Anko calm down.)
The third Hokage then decided to leave the room and give them time to reunite, although the third Hokage realized that he had not kept his promise to Naruto, that is to explain what mission Anko went through yesterday.

3 Minutes had passed, Naruto started to reopen his eyes and let go of his embrace. Anko then also opened her eyes and took off her embrace.
“How are you doing now nee-chan? Better is it?” naruto said, sitting on the chair to his right
With a smile Anko nodded slowly, “Yes, I feel better. Thank you so much my sister, if not for you I would still be sad now.”
“Oh come on nee-chan, you've said thank you so many times. You don't have to say it nee-chan. It has become my duty to encourage neechan.”, said Naruto
Anko was speechless at that sentence, she was at a loss for words because Naruto had spoken a sentence that was difficult even for two brothers to say, naruto was only four years old and very few children could say such a thing. Anko holds Naruto's chin then…

Anko kissed Naruto's forehead with sincerity, “I'm so happy that I was able to take care of you from childhood so that I could become your neechan now.”

“Inoichi is in a coma.” The third Hokage
“What?” naruto did not believe it
The third Hokage breathed a long breath, “Huff~~ When he was reading the memory of a prisoner this morning, suddenly the prisoner woke up and attacked Inoichi as well as others around him. The recapture attempt was made but unfortunately failed.”
“Grandfather, how is Ino now?” ask Naruto
“Ino had cried for quite a while after seeing his father lying in a coma, he must have been a little hit because of this incident. Now, the girl has gone home. Naruto, I think you should cheer the girl up.” The third Hokage
“I will definitely do it kek.” Naruto said
Naruto looked at Anko, “Neechan, I went to comfort uncle Inoichi's daughter first. I'll introduce Ino to neechan sometime. Neechan said Neechan had never met him in person, right? Hehe. After I leave don't be sad anymore understand? I can't stand to see the person I love sad.”
“Just relax, neechan won't be sad anymore. Go Naruto, make sure you comfort Ino and make her smile again just like me.” Anko hugged Naruto
“Neechan.” Naruto returned Anko's embrace
Naruto let go of his embrace then he got off the chair and stood in front of the third Hokage.
“I go first kek.” Naruto
“Yes, be careful on the road and accept this.” Third Hokage gives a scroll, “This scroll contains the thing you requested.”
Naruto nodded and received the scroll, “Thanks a lot cake.”
Naruto then went out of the room.
“Master Hokage, did Naruto ask for a jutsu again?” ask Anko
“Yes that is, he learns new things very quickly.” The third Hokage said with a smile

After exiting the room, Naruto briefly fell silent at the door and began to spread his Qi energy coupled with his spiritual energy so that he could detect what was in the surrounding area.

(Spiritual energy or mental energy, it is the energy that comes from one's soul. Although it comes from the soul, the workings of this energy are almost the same as chakra as long as its use is not excessive then it will not affect the soul of the user. Each soul has its own energy, a soul with a complete state will usually not be willing to receive the energy of other souls. Except for the soul which is not whole or part of it is lost or sealed.
If any spiritual energy enters the soul of another person is intact, that person's soul and body will feel an excruciating pain like I did when tying myself to you or my father using Shiki Fujin's jutsu. If the soul entered by spiritual energy is a soul that is not intact then the soul will return intact but there will be side effects such as memory loss.

“On my behalf, the person who entered into a contract with your leader in this place. I order you all to come to where I am now. Protect this place and prevent people from entering the place where I am now.” Naruto said quietly with spiritual energy
Hearing that, all the subtle creatures that were in the hospital went to where Naruto was. Some came by floating through the floor and walls, some were walking and climbing using emergency stairs. After arriving, none of them dared to enter the room, they just gathered and waited outside the room. Waiting for someone who intends to enter the room for them to disturb.
“Didn't you want to show yourself after I used your name to command the ghost that was here? Ubume?” naruto said while looking at the ceiling of the room
