Since he already understood that his illness could not be treated, Kai now lives a simple life in Japan with his new hobby of watching anime and visiting orphanages. In his development Kai also began reading popular comic comics, becoming a gamer and also a streamer.
Kai entertained many people through his streams even though in 2013 the stream platform was not very well known. In 2015 when Kai was 28 years old, Kai had a conversation with his khodam about ‘Sistem’ in the anime. They both think the system is very sophisticated and Kai wants to have it, so Kai and Khodamnya brainstorm about what kind of system they want if it can be realized.
In December 2019, when Kai was 32 years old, his illness began to worsen drastically. He even had to be treated intensively in a hospital.
Hearing of him being treated at a Hospital, his colleagues once came to visit him even they were willing to bear all the hospital bills. After three months passed, Kai had passed his critical period yet he could only lie on the Mattress.
He realized his illness had not been treated and he also had a feeling that he would die within a year and a half. Kai knew that his premonition must be right.
All Kai can do is marathon the anime and when his body can be moved he plans to visit many orphanages in turn and make donations, in addition, he will stream and start planning the final video that closes on his channel when he is dead.
When Kai's disease began to recur and he had arrived at the end of his life. He left a will to his friends who had accompanied him long ago.
Kai orders to donate all the money he has to the orphanage and people in need, he asks one of his best friends to publish his final video, and lastly he wants to be buried in Indonesia precisely next to the grave of his parents.
All of his best friends accept that and on the day Kai has just had his birthday, he dies a legend both in the underworld as a hitman and in the general public as a streamer.

“To be honest, the world of Naruto anime is now in danger due to the actions of the greedy Tsutsuki Race. If left unchecked, they will sooner or later become stronger and more and more uncontrollable. If that happens they will start to move the world and attack other worlds besides Naruto.”
“So you want me to exterminate them? I'm sorry god but why don't you do it yourself?” much
“The soul fragment of my friend was once reincarnated in that world but he is now dead from losing against two Tsutsuki people simultaneously. Now, there is nothing more I can do because each world can only accommodate one reincarnation of god.”
