Ethan could not be bothered to talk to the two anymore.  If this topic continues, it might come into contact immediately.  He waved his hand and told them to get out of the office.

Winston continued shaking his head as he walked back to Ashley's table.  He handed his ongoing projects to other colleagues with great seriousness and detail, as if he was afraid of losing something.

When she saw that Winston had returned, Ashley looked up and a shocked expression flashed across her face.

"You back?"

"Uh huh."

Winston sat down on the chair, leaned back on the chair, then turned to look at Ashley.

"Miss Ashley, Big Boss said that I should go with you to Korea."  He made a face.  "Are you suggesting this?"

"No way!"  Ashley sneered and her expression darkened when she heard Winston's evil tone of voice.  "I don't want you to come!"

Winston actually did not argue with him and just slapped his thigh before standing up.  "Once we are out there, there will be many unknown situations and dangers, and it will be very different from being in the Palmer Group."

He walked towards Ashley and frowned slightly.  The serious look on her face made Ashley not dare to say anything.  He looked up and their eyes met, and he became even more nervous.

"When we're there, stay close to me, don't run away, I'll protect you."

With that, Winston spun around in charismatic style and walked coldly.

Ashley was glued to her seat and the pen in her hand fell to the floor but she was still in a daze.

"Ashley?"

His comrade called out to him a few times before he regained his senses from the daze.  "AH! What the hell are you saying? That's all the work I have now, that's all!"

His heart was beating very fast, as if it was about to jump out of his chest.  Did his heart have to react so violently with just one sentence?

But Winston's eyes…

Otherwise, there was no way he could bully her at all!

Next day.

Winston and the team leave for Korea first.  Details of the partnership must be finalized at Durham Group's headquarters in Korea, while Ethan will wait for any reaction in Korea over the next few days first.

On the plane, Winston leaned back in his chair and fell asleep, while Ashley was still working on her laptop.  He researched as much as he could about the Durham Group to prepare for the discussion ahead.

He knows that things will not go smoothly in Korea, but since Ethan and Diane entrust him with this mission, he cannot let them down or his other colleagues in the company.

The plane landed in the Korean capital, Seoul.

The team walks out of the airport and Ashley's phone starts ringing.  He immediately frowned after receiving the call.

"What's? Not free? Aren't you the one in charge of picking us up? But you're not free?"  Ashley's short temper soon intensified, but she tried her best to hold him back.  "Sure, thank you for telling us."

He hung up the phone and looked at Winston.  "The guy from Durham Group who was supposed to pick us up didn't come, he said he wasn't free."

Winston frowned slightly.

This is basic politeness and this is something that has been prearranged.  But now, the person in charge did not show up and just said that he was not free.  Of course that's not the real reason.  Durham Group is clearly trying to assert their authority over the Palmer Group.

He saw the team and knew that this was their first time in this city.  They are not familiar with the place or the language, and even if there are translators around, they may still be uncomfortable.

"No problem, we'll solve it ourselves" Winston said.  "I know Seoul."

Her calm voice immediately helped Ashley to calm down as well.

Winston called the taxi very naturally and told the driver where they were going, as if he had stayed here for a long time.  Ashley was a bit surprised by him.

What's this guy going through?  Why does he look different than before?
