Ethan is like a wild dragon!

He stood there like an angel of death, scaring Parker's men so badly that they all panicked and ran away.

Although this was only a branch of the Extreme Martial Arts Academy, the rules had not changed.

Ethan will not make Seoul another forbidden territory like Greencliff, but in the inner room of the academy branch, the rules of the Extreme Martial Arts Academy still apply.  Anyone who dares to make trouble here will face consequences!

In just a few moments, everyone ran out of the academy.

"Son Ethan!"  Ashley running.  Her anxious expression was already one of admiration and gratitude, with a hint of guilt.

"I. I didn't get things done right."

"Who said?"  Ethan turned around and looked at her as he said, "You've done a good job."

"Everything went according to my plan. You've done the job perfectly."

Ashley pursed her lips and was about to cry.  Being comforted by Ethan really made her want to cry.

He knows that he must have done an inadequate job, but Ethan does not blame him for it.

"If the Big Boss says you're doing a good job, then he means it" Winston said quietly.

Ashley turned to look at Winston and his gaze was somewhat complicated.

"You're so tough .. why didn't you tell me?"  Her voice is a little soft.  Winston's greatness was far beyond his imagination.  He always told her to go around, bully her and reprimand her, but this person really listened to her.

"If I say so, then you won't bully me anymore?"  Winston rolled his eyes.  "Miss Ashley, are you the type to bully the weak and fear the strong?"

"No, not me!"  Ashilla shook her head.

"Fright."  Winston shrugged.  "Please and continue to intimidate me. My Big Boss and Boss Diane defend you all the time, so there's nothing I can do."

Ashley snorted and laughed out loud, and everyone laughed along.

The tense atmosphere instantly subsided.

Before they were jolted from their shock, Parker's men had already fled, and they could not remain aggressive or pushy.

"The contract for this place is already signed, right?"  ask Ethan.

"Yes, it's signed. We've got 50 years in this place and the rent makes sense."

Parker never thought that he would never get this place back, so regardless of what Ashley wanted, he let her go as long as the contract could be signed.

But unlucky for him, the true owner of this martial arts academy is Ethan!

Once the contract is signed, then he must respect it!

"What about the contract with Durham Group?"  ask Ethan again.

"Yet. Shane said he wanted to see the stuff he wanted before signing."  Ashilla shook her head.  "This guy just asked for a partnership for the show, and he wants to take what he wants without giving us anything."

"Don't worry. I've brought the stuff, so let's go find him now" Ethan said calmly.

Ashley does not hesitate and takes the paperwork to follow Ethan to the Durham Group office.  He never hesitates when it comes to Ethan's instructions.

Meanwhile, Shane is outraged inside his own office.

After all this effort, Ethan didn't bring the manual!  So what's all that hard work for?

He doesn't care anymore.  If Ethan had not brought the manual to him, he would not have signed with Palmer Group nor would he have let the team from Palmer Group go.

He would not accept a scenario where he did not get what he wanted even after putting in so much effort and patience.

The secretary knocked on the door and walked in. "Chief, someone from the Palmer Group is here, he says he has what you want."

Shane's eyes immediately sparkled at these words.

"Let him in!"  shane said immediately.

The office door opens and Ethan walks in. He had a friendly smile on his face, as if he was here to meet an old friend.
