Between Guns and Roses
New Target
Antonio then grabbed the map that Pedro put on the table.
"New case? Aren't I on a mission with Anna?" Ask Pedro.
"It's a case for you, while Anna is rested until she fully recovers" Pedro replied.
Antonio just took a deep breath.
"Like that?" Suddenly Anna said while carrying a tray containing 3 glasses of drinking water.
The two men who were discussing turned towards him.
"Please drink it first!" Said Anna while putting the glasses on the table.
"Thank you" Pedro said with a smile.
"I'm fit, why am I still rested?" Anna asked in astonishment as she sat down on the chair across the table.
"According to the association procedure, you are still recovering" Pedro said.
"Let me explain!" Said Pedro, sighing.
Anna and Antonio seemed enthusiastic to hear Pedro's explanation.
"You must completely recover until you have not experienced the slightest complaint. Our missions are very dangerous, the association does not want to take risks if it has to give a mission while in recovery" Pedro explained.
"The top brass of the association have thought this through carefully, and their decision is inviolable" he added.
"Hmm," Anna muttered disappointedly.
Actually he can't wait to finish the mission and return to his original place. Although he was interested in Antonio, but still carrying out missions in the country people make him have to be adept at adapting in various ways.
"You wait here! Let me and Pedro handle it, and it's a case for me anyway" Antonio said, trying to calm the woman down.
"Yes, this is a special case for him. Your mission with Antonio was only postponed, not canceled" Pedro said, echoing Antonio's remarks.
"Alright, I understand," replied Anna briefly.
"Because it's your case so I don't want to interfere, go ahead! I'd better clean up the house" he told Antonio, then rushed into the room. While Antonio just sighed and let Anna leave just like that.
Anna is not uninterested in Antonio's case information, but she just wants them both to be comfortable talking. He also felt it was none of his business, so it was better to go and do something else.
"Who's our target?" Antonio asked as he opened the map and pulled out the file.
"I ask you not to leave any trace, because our target this time is related to the government" Pedro replied.
"Government?" Antonio was shocked.
"I was informed that there were two police detectives who were looking for information about the association" Pedro began to explain.
"They wanted to uncover information about Juan's unworthy death. They also suspected that there were two organizations that were the masterminds, between Black Shadow and Blood Moon Assossiation. Until finally the two detectives were looking for information about both organizations," he added.
Antonio just nodded slowly, he understood the meaning of Pedro's words. It makes perfect sense that the association hunts down the two detectives to keep their secrets.
"It's all written here, isn't it?" Ask Antonio.
"Yes, just read it! I've explained the details of the info and some of the possible strategies there," said Pedro.
"How much?" Antonio asked as he grabbed his phone.
"Hahahaha, no need," replied Pedro with a distinctive laugh.
"This time it's free, I'm not too difficult to find information about the government apparatus. So just consider it a gift from me" he added casually.
"Gracians!" Antonio was short.
Pedro just smiled at the look on the face of his partner who was always excited when he got the mission.

Meanwhile, in the police detective room, two detectives were talking there, they exchanged information about the findings they got.
"I've guessed if he did it" Dani told Sean, who was staring at his laptop screen.
"You know him?" Sean asked.
"I've met him, but I just found out his name is Antonio Fernando" Dani replied.
The Flashback
"Lift hands!" dani said as she cocked her gun at a man wearing a suit and carrying a black suitcase.
"Who are you?" ask the man.
"Police!" Dani answered while showing her police badge.
"Oh, okay!" The man said as he dropped the suitcase and raised both of his hands.
"Close!" Dani's tight-lipped.
The man just obeyed, then squatted slowly and then slouched his body onto the asphalt.
Dani slowly approached while pointing the muzzle of his gun at the man. Slowly he approached with a high degree of vigilance.
As he was about to duck down to check the man's clothes, the man suddenly got up quickly and kicked the gun in Dani's grasp. So that the gun was thrown far enough out of his reach, and disappeared between the dark of night.
The shocked Dani immediately fell down as her face was exposed to the raw bogem of the man in front of her. His face hit the asphalt of the road that looked jet black.
Leisurely the man in the suit walked towards Dani while pointing his gun.
"You're looking to die" he said casually while holding his gun.
Dani tried to get up slowly, he seemed resigned when he saw the muzzle of a gun not far from the nostrils. Slowly he closed his eyes.
"The police are troublesome indeed," he muttered flatly, then pulled the trigger on his gun.
Dor's!
Suddenly one shot managed to penetrate the man's head, making Dani look confused when he saw the man who was pointing at him has now fallen to the asphalt with blood flowing from his head due to a gunshot wound.
Not far from there, Antonio walked slowly towards Dani.
"This is your gun?" antonio said as he handed the gun in his hand to Dani.
Dani, who was still in shock, could not answer, only accepted the gun and checked her condition.
"The bullet's only missing one, you? How could you have done one shot from that distance?" Dani asked in astonishment.
"Is that your gun?" Antonio asked flatly, as if not responding to Dani's question.
"Yes right, thank you," Dani replied as she brandished her gun back.
"Other times hold your gun tightly, lest he miss it if you don't want your life to float," Antonio said casually, then flipped over and pulled out a cigarette then walked away from Dani.
"Wait!" Dani.
Antonio stopped his steps without turning his head, he just burned a cigarette in his hand and then sucked deeply.
"Who are you?" Dani asked firmly.
"Do you know who I am?" Antonio replied casually and turned his body towards Dani who was now ready to put a gun.
"Lift hands!" Dani said firmly.
"Huh! I've helped you bite back" Antonio snorted.
"Who are you? Answer me!" Dani was still holding his gun, but still in place. He did not dare to approach the man in front of him, because he knew that Antonio was not a random person.
"You want to shoot me?" Antonio casually taunts Dani who looks very serious.
"Just shoot" he said as he walked away from Dani.
But Dani instead of happy, he even seemed confused when he saw the expression of Antonio who seemed relaxed and not afraid at all. Finally he decided to put his gun back on.
