The Unexpected

Antonio and Anna are seen standing in front of the elevator, they seem to be discussing.

"Should we clear all the guards in this building?" Ask Antonio.

"You want to destroy it?" Investigate Anna.

"No need! Our mission is only to kill Nicholas, not to destroy a building" he warned.

"Okay!" Answer Antonio flat.

He then pressed the elevator door button to open, then entered together with Anna.

"Go to the ground floor?" He asked as he looked at Anna who was checking the contents of the small bag on her waist.

"Yes, I want to quickly rest," Anna replied without turning her head.

"Too much to see my blood become nauseous" he added.

Antonio did not answer, he then pressed the number 1 button on the elevator wall.

The door closed and the elevator slowly began to move down, while Anna was still seriously checking the contents of her bag.

"What are you looking for?" Ask Antonio.

"I'm just making sure all my equipment isn't left behind" Anna replied briefly.

"Can you please tighten my belt?" said again.

"All right," Antonio said.

"Here," said Anna, turning her back to Antonio, sideways to the door.

The man then pulled Anna's belt while bending over, also pulling the tie of the knife container on Anna's thigh.

Suddenly, when the elevator door opened, a gunshot was heard.

Dor's!

"Revelation!" anna said as she turned around and hugged Antonio's bowed back.

"Bigh!" He shrieked as he felt a bullet quickly lodged in his right shoulder.

Dor's! Dor's! Dor's!

Then there were a few more shots that rained down on Anna's back. Luckily the sword on her back was slightly protective, so only a few bullets managed to nestle in Anna's back.

Antonio, who was still bowing, was shocked, then reflexively grabbed the knife on Anna's thigh and threw it at a guard standing by the elevator door holding a weapon.

The knife sped quickly and stuck right in the neck of the guard until he died instantly.

"Hold on!" antonio hugged Anna.

He did not expect to be attacked suddenly, because he thought all the guards on the ground floor had died the first time they entered. But his conjecture turns out to be wrong, there's still a guard left and now he's hurting Anna.

"Apa!" Anna squealed in pain as Antonio touched her back.

"Calm down! Don't move too much!" He said to Anna.

It was as if blood was flowing rapidly through Anna's back. The effect of the Antonio formula makes blood circulation faster than usual.

"Hold on, I'll take you somewhere safe" Antonio said.

Anna did not reply, she just closed her eyes withstanding the pain from the wound on her back. His feelings are not good, he cannot understand his own feelings.

Anna doesn't understand why she's protecting Antonio from returning fire from the guard who shot her. But slowly his consciousness was lost due to the blood that kept flowing from the wound on his back.

Meanwhile Antonio immediately carried Anna and ran to take her out of the building.

"Hold on!" Antonio said as he continued to run out.

Not a single guard was seen there, which meant a good sign for Antonio to rescue Anna immediately.

After arriving at the place where he parked the car, Antonio then opened the door and put Anna on the back seat. He took his sword and put it in the trunk so as not to disturb Anna's position on her face.

Antonio quickly picked up the equipment to seal the wound on Anna's back that looked so severe. In his heart he felt foolish that he could not protect a woman, instead the woman saved him.

Once enough was felt, he then started his car engine and brought it to the association's clinic. His feelings become unreasonable to see Anna's critical condition. He called someone for help.

Antonio takes Anna to an association-owned clinic, where she seems confused when he comes to the location that someone told him on his phone call.

The place is not like a clinic in general, even impressed like a factory building. But when Antonio loaded his car into the parking lot of the building, suddenly came two people dressed in medical clothes pushing the Emergency Stretcher bed.

Antonio who was still shocked then stopped his car, he came out and opened the door of the middle car and then pointed Anna who was lying in the car seat to the two medics. Quickly the two officers picked up Anna and laid her on the emergency Stretcher bed.

"Give it to us Mr. Antonio, please wait in the waiting room" said one of the officers.

Then they took Anna inside, while Antonio just nodded then walked after them.

A few moments later...

Inside the clinic Anna was lying on a bed, complete with medical equipment attached to her body. Antonio was sitting on a chair not far away, watching the woman who had saved him lie helpless.

He seemed worried about Anna's situation, for some reason it was like there was a turmoil in his feelings. A feeling that he himself does not understand.

The events were like tapping into the feelings of his heart, the cruel and sadistic feelings changed into feelings of restlessness and uneasiness.

"Hmm," Antonio sighed while rubbing his face.

Suddenly the door opened and a middle-aged man entered the room.

"Pedrus!" Greet Antonio when he finds out that the man is Pedro.

Pedro simply smiled and walked over towards Anna.

"How is he doing?" Pedro asked the restless Antonio.

"He was unconscious, I was waiting for him" replied Antonio.

"Hmm," Pedro let out a long sigh.

"I got a phone call from the clinic, they told me that you and Anna were here" she said.

Antonio was silent just lowered his head while covering his face with both hands, he felt sorry when everything had happened.

"Patience!" Pedro said calmly.

"Squirrels that are good at jumping will fall if it is time to fall. Your mission is dangerous, it's only natural that the risk is huge" he added, stepping in Antonio's direction.

"Hmm," Antonio let out a long sigh.

"It's like smearing my good name. Although the mission was successful, it did not make me happy" he said slowly.

"I understand what you're feeling right now, calm yourself down" Pedro said, holding onto Antonio's shoulder.

"You need to know, I've experienced worse things than this" he said, sitting next to Antonio.

Antonio looked at her sharply.

"No! I won't tell you at a time like this" Pedro said with a smile.

"You rest first! No need to worry, the association is handling this" he added.

"I know, even if it was the first time I came here" said Antonio.

"Hahaha, you've never been seriously injured during a mission. So it's only natural that you never get into a place where the members get serious treatment" Pedro chuckled as he said.

"Somehow I panicked when I saw Anna lying unconscious in my car. Then I called the association's emergency number, and they told me to come here" Antonio explained.

"Easy! Everything is safe now, you rest! Calm yourself! Trust everyone in the association!" pedro reminded me.
