29. Accident

"Derick have you met him?" albert asked, his mainstay secretary entered the room with some new data that will be handed over to Albert.

Derick looked up a little, setting Albert's face looking at him with a waiting gaze. "You mean Mr Word?" Derick looked at Albert who nodded briefly. "Yes, I've made sure as your request. Mrs Sia did go to Mr. Word's shop to buy some stuff. But it leads more to security items like pistols and knives. There's nothing to suspect, sir. The lady didn't do anything weird in the store," he explained.

But it seems like Derick's answer did not make Albert's heart become relieved. Albert even sorted his eyebrows deeper than before.

"You sure?!" albert asked, looking at Derick's invisible face lying.

Derick just nodded briefly and handed the documents he had held in both hands to Albert.

"From thinking about the negative, you better do this job. I've chosen it and tidied it up a little, you just read it back and put the signature." Derick smiled as he saw Albert's wry face in sight, as both of his eyes stared at what height the pile of documents was.

"I have to finish it today??"

Derick just nodded and immediately walked out of the room, leaving Albert preoccupied with his new job.

"Cander!" call Derick, making the big boy approach him with a questioning look.

"What do you need?" asked Cander, looking at Derick who was giving off a murderous aura.

"Call your friend and investigate Madam. I don't know for sure, but it looks like he's investigating us." Derick looked at Cander with his eagle eyes. "I don't want Mr. Albert to know before we can make it clear! I don't want her to be disappointed because the person she loves keeps a knife behind her smile."

Cander nodded briefly and looked at Derick with a no less serious gaze. "All right, Mr. Derick. I'll investigate him."

While behind Albert's financial door, the owner of the room was already standing there listening to his two aides speak.
