Kenan walked into the room of the Doctor who had been teasing him earlier, because he wanted to give a little lesson to the young man.

The door of the Doctor's room opened very strongly, making the owner surprised to see the arrival of the man.

"Sir Kenan, what's wrong?" adnan asked as he got up from his seat.

Kenan smiled in a knot then walked up to the young man and whispered.

"Never interfere in my affairs and that woman's, because she is my wife" whispered Kenan.

Adnan opened his eyes wide, hearing Kenan's words. Because as far as she is concerned, Bella has been a maid in Kenan's house.

"Are you not lying, Sir?" adnan asked in great disbelief. Because, he knew Kenan already had a wife and there was no marriage between the two men.

"Why am I lying. I remind you once again! Don't you ever come near her!" menacam Kenan's.

The man rushed away from in front of Andan, very quickly and slammed the door violently as he walked out of his room.

"Basar an arrogant man. I can't believe that the girl married her employer? But, why did she become a second wife?" adnan said in full questioning.

The man had known the Kenan family for the past three years, as he had always checked the health of the occupants of the arrogant man's house.

Adnan did not hear of Kenan's second marriage at all, and that made it difficult to believe the man's words.

'I'll figure it all out myself, because as far as I know the woman was engaged to Mr. Kenan's son, ' Inner Adnan.

Kenan returns to Bella's room, wanting to see if the girl is conscious or not. Because, he wanted to make it as usual.

When he went inside, the girl was unconscious. In fact, Bella has been awake since her disappearance, but the girl still pretends not to be aware.

"Basic women don't know themselves!" exclaim Kenan.

The man threw his body on the sofa and closed both eyes, because he felt he did nothing because of today's events.

Bella opens her eyes and sees Kenan close her eyes, she can only shed her tears for not being able to walk away from her husband's life who doesn't want her life at all.

'When will I be free of him?' bella lirih.

The girl closed her eyes again and imagined the beautiful thing with Adam that they had dreamed of together.

Flashback ...

Adam gives Bella a baby dress, making the girl immediately wake up from her seat.

"What is this for? Do you have children?" bella asked while holding the shirt.

Adam directly held the girl's hip subtly and carried her into his arms.

"Yes, just counting the months! We will make the child" replied Adam very gently.

Bella smiled and laughed loosely as Adam hugged her very gently and the man's speech made it seem like he was flying into the clouds. He could not wait for that day to come.

Flashback off ...

It was as if it shattered into pieces his heart remembered that, and he instantly wiped away the tears that had been falling all the time.

Bella tilted her body and cried without making a sound, for fear of disturbing her sleeping husband.

'God, I wish I could meet Adam wherever he is. Because, I miss her so much, Bella's inner self.

The girl still hopes to meet Adam, even if only through a dream.

The middle-aged, sexy woman was preparing a room for her long night with Kenan. He wanted to celebrate the death of the honey who died.

"Rotten woman! Finally dead too. My position will be safer because he died in a terrible way" Miranda said.

The swamp woman laughed off imagining Bella's corpse later, and she was getting ready to wear all-black clothes.

Unaware, Astuti was eavesdropping from behind the door, and the woman rushed from there into her room.

Intentions want to ask permission to go to the hospital. However, Astuti Mala heard the words of the master who hurt his heart and feelings.

"I didn't expect Madame Miranda to behave like that. In fact, he was very good to us it was behind him stabbing," Astuti said with great disbelief.

Because, Miranda was kind to him then and now it has changed since Bella's forced marriage was done by the woman.

Astuti does not know what the couple wants, who became Bella as a second wife by bringing the reason for Adam's departure as a weapon.

The night arrived ...

Kenan woke up and saw Bella was conscious, and she immediately approached the wife who was being examined by Adnan.

"Bella, must take the medicine in time and do not forget to eat. If you need enough rest, it will restore your condition again" said Adnan very gently.

Bella smiles and nods her head, while Kenan looks upset at the young Doctor who seems to like her very much.

"I'll excuse you." Adnan rushed away from there annoyed to see Kenan who was like he was going to eat it.

After Adnan's departure, Kenan held Bella's still-ill hand firmly.

"Sick Sir!" the screams of Bella and Kenan instantly let go of her hand.

"You're a cheap woman! You rotten ja-lang!" yelled Kenan while rushing away from there.

Bella immediately cried bitterly while holding her painful hand, as well as her heart for Kenan's words.

"I was a virgin when we got married. Why does Kenan always refer to me as ja-lang?" ask Bella to yourself.

The girl had no idea why Kenan hated her so much in the past few months. Because, the man was fruitful suddenly for no apparent reason.

Kenan walks out of the hospital, as he wants to go home to pick up some clothes. Yes, he deliberately did not send his men because he wanted to meet his wife.

He could have contacted Miranda via WhatsApp. But Kenan really appreciated his first wife.

When he got home, he saw a bouquet of flowers that read. (Good road Bella.)

"What is all this? The damn girl is still alive!" Kenan walked inside and saw everyone gathered in the living room.

Miranda immediately approached the husband in a great hurry, and the man saw all the servants wearing black clothes especially Astuti.

"What is all this!?" asked Kenan with great emotion.

"Bella's dead, isn't she?" miranda answered at once.
