Bella wakes up and walks into her room, as the middle-aged woman has been unwell for the past few days.

When he went inside, the mother was lying weakly on the bed hugging a Poto. Bella slowly took the picture and saw it.

"It's me, and it's dad. But, why are my face and my brother the same? We're not twins?" ask Bella to yourself.

"You are brother and sister, so your faces look alike" Astuti said, opening his eyes.

Bella smiled and hugged the mother, then said, "Are our faces still similar?"

"Either, whom I saw when I met them, your brother was already big and had a beautiful body. But, mother can't see his face," Astuti replied honestly.
