The gray man, yet still stern, was staring sinisterly at Steve. "Didn't you understand what I said last time?"
Steve raised his eyebrows as if challenging the man before him. "Master is too arrogant! Are you not afraid that Lord Kenzo will know all that you have done?" ask Steve with emphasis.
"What do you mean?" The man replied with a sharp look at Steve, until the collar full of legs owned by Steve filled in his hands. While his left hand clenched and landed perfectly on Steve's wrinkled face.
Steve smiled faintly, rubbing the red stain on the corner of his lips. "Don't you think by doing this, I'll be scared?"
"What do you want?"
Steve grinned. Sally's words were right. This guy's afraid of Kenzo. I'm lucky to have a wise lover like him. Steve said inside. "Em, how about we sit down together to talk about this?" steve said confidently. The grizzled man had to agree. He wanted to see the gap when Steve was off guard.
After an hour of talking, they finally came to an agreement. See if you can laugh after tonight? Said the man inside. Then they separated from each other.
...----...
A long night passed, changing the morning so bright. Its rays give warmth and burn the spirit of the dream pursuers.
Alana, the woman with a myriad of dreams in her life has now prepared herself as a beginning in pursuing her dreams. "Finally it's done too" he said, stretching out his arms.
Kenzo, who had just been wearing his work clothes, looked at the wife who looked very beautiful this morning. "Morning, honey", Kenzo's baritone voice greets making Alana the shortest.
"Morning", Alana answered excitedly, but did not make Kenzo happy.
Kenzo walked over to Alana who was sitting on the sofa while clearing the files scattered on the table.
"Did my honey have a minute?" ask Kenzo politely.
Alana felt stammered at Kenzo's words. "Em, please Mr."
Kenzo breathed into the air. His heart was not happy when he heard Alana calling him Master. "I'm sorry, honey. When we were in Bali my act was like I cared more about Alexa." Kenzo walked forward and sat right next to Alana. "I should have told you in the beginning, if all I did was pretend."
Alana belies, she does not expect Kenzo's life is full of pretense. "Why did you do that?"
"I originally wanted to test Alexa's love on me. Is he sincere or has other intentions, even though I shouldn't have to do that." Kenzo breathed back into the air. "Heh, b*dohnya I still expect it", Kenzo wrote.
"Owh", Alana replied briefly expressionlessly. He was never interested in having to discuss his half-sister.
"I know our marriage was forced. You were forced to obey the wishes of your Papa and stepmother. So my declaration of love last night must have surprised you a lot. But I really love you. I don't know since when, I don't know" continued Kenzo while staring at the shady face of Alana. He waited for the reaction of the woman who had been his wife for three months.
Silent.
Silent.
"Is there anything else you want to talk about? Because I want to go to college" said Alana politely as she got up from her seat, her net back and forth looking at the clock on her wrist.
"One more" said Kenzo, who made Alana sit back on the couch. "I want to clarify our current relationship" he continued. "I said before that our relationship is back to the way it was. That means a husband and wife relationship without a marriage contract agreement."
Alana heard Kenzo's words. "Em, I'm already late to the campus sir" he said nervously.
"Ti-not necessary. I can do it myself." Alana Gegas leaves Kenzo. "Sorry Master I have to hurry" he said with a slight shout as he stood in the doorway.
"Is he still mad about Alexa?" kenzo said after Alana's shadow was no longer visible to him. But he suddenly remembered the danger that was peeping on Alana. Kenzo gegas contacted his bodyguards to follow Alana and keep her unseen.
...----...
The Bina University campus.
Alana just landed her foot on the campus sidewalk after a driver drove her. "Thank you, Mr. Heri" said Alana. Then he swung his steps after getting a reply from the driver.
While walking a few steps, Alana felt someone was following her. He looked back to make sure. Why is my IQ declining? There is a campus, there must be a lot of students walking behind me. The curse is inside. Alana continued her steps unsuspectingly.
"I'm too late" he muttered as he looked at the circular clock on his wrist. Then he decided to cut the road by passing the farm student's garden.
In an instant a burly hand of who the owner was smothering Alana's mouth. He revolted, his hands trying to reach the person behind him. "Umm.." Alana's voice restrained, unable to shout out loud to ask for help. The strength of that person's hand multiplied beyond Alana's.
Alana's mind was muddled as the person continued to forcefully pull herself away. Her tears fell freely, imagining the bad things that could happen to her after this. Whoever it is, help me. Alana in the heart. He wished that someone had happened to pass through the garden, even if it was impossible.
Bugh.
The body of the person who had smothered Alana fell to the ground. Alana looked over with a trembling body.
"You!" point Alana at the man in front of her.
Not long after the casual-clothed guards came. For the sake of disguise, they had to change the clothes of students.
"Why isn't she okay?" ask one of the guards.
"Who are you?" alana asked confused.
The guard was silent too. If it uncovers the identity, then Kenzo will get angry at them. "Owh, I'm sorry I thought you were our mistress, it was just similar" he told a lie. "Please excuse me, ma'am." The bodyguards hurriedly left before Alana asked anything else, but they still remained vigilant by hiding not far from Alana's position.
Alana frowned and looked at the men of similar stature who just left, leaving her shadow.
"Why is this way?" The man who helped Alana opened his voice. Alana turned her attention.
"I'm late for the Dean's room. This road is a shortcut, so it's through here."
"This place is rarely passed by other students, not because it is haunted, but because it is too quiet."
Alana mangosteen. "Yes, even if it's quiet there shouldn't be thieves or criminals of some kind in this place."
"That's no guarantee. If I hadn't passed this place, I wouldn't have known what the man would have done to you."
"Once again I say thank you to you" said Alana sincerely. "What is the reason you passed this place?"
