Being a Middle Child

Being a Middle Child
First Hiking

This Saturday night, it was hard for me to close my eyes. It turns out that it's true that people's word 'waiting is something very annoying' . Finally, I busied myself with listening to music from my lifestyle using earphones.

Ting.

Suddenly there was a notification of incoming chat messages, then I saw the screen of the device and it turned out to be chat from Rani, instantly I smiled.

[Assalamualaikum Abang, tomorrow half six should be here yes, do not be late.]

[Wa'alaikumsalam beautiful, ready. How not to sleep?] my reply.

'Either if Rani really intends to remind me or just want to reply to chat with me, but certainly there is a sense of happiness when Rani reply to my chat messages, especially if later reciprocate my inner feelings of love.

[Not drowsiness me bang, brother himself why not sleep?]

[Again kangen with someone, hehe.]

[Who's bang? cieee, you have a boyfriend, I'm sorry I bothered you.]

[Kangen Rani Maharani.]

[Ih, you can do it, how do you know my full name bang?]

[Know dong, tempe time.]

[Any joke.]

I also continued to reply to chat messages with Rani until late at night, until I finally fell asleep at some time.

"Relationship, wakeup!" call my mom in high tone as usual.

"Hmm" I replied lazily.

"Quick morning prayers!"

"yes ma,"

I rushed to the bathroom and headed to the mosque. As usual, in the mosque there are only a few people who pray at dawn. The early morning atmosphere is very tempting to pull the blanket back.

After I finished praying I immediately returned home, remembering my promise to Rani to go to her house after dawn. The plan I, Rani, Dewi and some children of nature lovers Cikajang will go hiking this morning.

Arriving at home I saw Mama cooking provisions to go to the field, while Ami tea was busy cleaning the house.

"Ma, I want to go hiking first, yeah," I gave my permission to Mama.

"Yes please, be careful!" answer mama.

"Ready, Commander ma'am!" I said respectfully and then waltzed into the house to pick up a hiking bag.

Once ready, I went to Rani's house on my favorite motorcycle. Penetrating the quiet and still dark streets, with moderate speed only takes twenty minutes to get to Rani's house.

When he arrived at his yard, there were two large hiking bags leaning against the front wall of the house on the terrace.

"Assalamualaikum," I said.

"Wa'alaikumsalam, bang in bang!" the Goddess shouted from inside the house.

"Are you ready?" my many.

"Ready dong!" answered the excited Goddess.

"Where's rani?"

"After, just come here."

Rani suddenly appears from the kitchen with a middle-aged woman.

"Mom, know this bang Grace, bang this is Rani's mother," said Rani introduced me to her mother.

"Rahmat Ma'am," said me as smooth and friendly as possible, it was strange to be somewhat gerogi acquainted with Rani's mother.

"Oh, this is called Rahmat, I am Rani's mother," said Rani's mother.

"Mom, Rani left first yes," said Rani to her mother.

"Yes dear, Goddess, Grace please take care of Rani yes, be careful on her journey, especially on her mountain do not act strange anyway yes!" said Rani's mother gave advice.

"Ready, Mom!" I answered excitedly.

Then we went by riding two motorcycles, myself while Rani Saru motor with Dewi. After half an hour of travel we arrived at the foot of Cikuray mountain, there are several houses and a field for parking motorbikes or cars, moreover, this holiday season that climbs the mountain has increased many times than usual.

"Goddess, Rani!" call a young man while waving at the moment we park the bike.

"Eh, brother Anto!" exciting Rani.

Apparently the one who called named Anto and he was our mountain climbing tour guide.

"Here, join!" anto.

Then we approached him, there were a lot of people here.

"Sister, know this bang Rahmat, want to go hiking too," said Dewi introduced me to Kak Anto.

"Rahmat," I said as I reached out and replied with greetings from the hands of Anto, saying, "Anto, have you ever hiked Grace?"

"Not yet brother, just this first," I replied.

"Oh yeah, yuk, everybody get together!" he said after meeting me.

Then gathered around nine people in front of him.

"Assalamualaikum, everyone!" greetings Kak Anto opened the conversation and was answered simultaneously by nine people in front of him.

"Okay, everything is complete, so this time we include the two departure kloter, later there are posts that must be passed, remember! be polite and take care of nature, for departure and safety let's start with do'a according to their respective beliefs" said Kak Anto explained.

Then after praying, we began the journey to climb Mount Cikuray. At first ten of my group of climbers walked together but after a few meters we started walking each one, without anyone talking or asking, he said, everything is just walking and busy breathing so as not to waste and fall in the middle of the road.

At each post we gathered who first arrived at a waiting post that had not arrived, so that some posts passed.

After about five hours of travel we reached the top of the mountain, a beautiful view presented in front of our net, the cool air felt piercing the skin even though the day was so bright. Many climbers from various regions here, some have set up tents and many are also chatting ria.

"Alhamdulillah, we have reached the top of Mount Cikuray, everyone please rest first" said Anto.

"Hey, new boy!" someone said while patting me on the shoulder.

"Yes" I answered simply.

"Known, I'm Rifki, you?" rifki asked as she reached out and immediately greeted me.

"God, have you been hiking a lot?" I asked Rifki.

"Lumayan, make a thin budget climber mah who is close by," he replied casually.

"Oh, those sneaky panties at every post, hehe,"

"So it's a long time, if the same as the usual trip can be only three hours four hours at the most, if the new one is five to eight hours," Rifki explained.

"Okay all the rest is done let's put the tent each yes," said Anto after ten minutes we sat enjoying the view.

"Lu bring a tent?" asked Rifki who surprised me because I forgot about it.

"Yes, with me" he said later.

"Thank you Rif" I said.

"Bang, forgot ya did not rent the tent was under for Brother!" said the Goddess as she approached me.

"What's wrong, I'm with Rifki really," I replied to the Goddess.

"Oh, thank you, brother!" the Goddess on Rifki.

"Sama-sama Dew," said Rifki simply.

"Later in the afternoon there will be a sunrise bang, we take pictures!" said the Goddess excited.

"Ready!" my answer.

After finishing installing the tent, we also gathered and did some time-filling activities, the peak was the afternoon when there was a sunrise all climbers scrambling to get the best photos, for memories or for resale.
