Behind the Heart Curtain

Behind the Heart Curtain
Masalalu Shadow

The morning sunlight was warm on Amy's smooth cheeks, the bright sparkles waking Amy from her deep sleep.

Amy squirms her eyes around, the room she occupies still looks foreign, but somehow Amy can easily fall asleep like never before.

"Yeahhh..... This morning was so fresh, Eehhhh... Who opened the window, did someone open it?" amy looked confused.

"Oh, are my things in between? iisssh.... I didn't even notice, Did I sleep that late so I couldn't hear anything" he muttered to himself like a fool.

"Aaaahh... Tau laahh's... I'm gonna take a shower first".

Amy immediately prepared clothes for her to wear and immediately took a shower, plain white T-shirts and flower skirts so the choice, looks simple and comfortable when in use. He had no plans to go anywhere.

The sound of a knock on the door distracts Amy, who is busy drying her long hair, but turns her eyes away from Amy telling the person who knocked on the door to enter.

"Sorry madam, would you like to have breakfast downstairs or would you like me to take you to the room?" Ask a servant with courtesy.

"Mistress?" Amy muttered with a smile, 'Mistress' looks funny to her because she is not used to it.

"Later I'll just come down. Oh it is, is Arga downstairs?"

"Master has left for work, this morning the master asked the lady to eat her own breakfast and enjoy her breakfast" explained the waiter.

Amy nods softly while putting a smile on her thin lips, she snorts annoyed with Arga's arrogant and unreasonable attitude.

How can Arga behave like this, on the night of the bride she behaves strangely and leaves Amy alone. Not that Amy was expecting her first night as a bride, but it was very confusing for Amy.

What else is this Arga newly married bride, how can she instead go to work. what will people say later.

"Well is he now? ciiih. Just go there go, I don't care" snorted Amy exasperated.

Amy devoured her breakfast so greedily, she did not care about the gazes of the servants lined up watching her, 'What the hell are they, everywhere keep following me what I am a prisoner' Amy's inner self.

'Truly make my appetite disappear, everyone here irritates me' he added.

"I'm done, there's some business that I have to take care of at the parlor maybe it's the afternoon back" Amy exclaimed and was about to leave the dining room.

"Sorry madam, you are not allowed to leave this house without Mr's permission" one of them said.

Amy was fixated on wonder, were they not outrageous, even he was really like a prisoner who could not go anywhere.

"I'll drive you to the room, let's go madam"

The servants led Amy into her room and even locked Amy's room from the outside, Amy yelled annoyed because she had been treated arbitrarily.

Arga daydreamingly stared blankly out the window, towering tall buildings blocking his view.

Then the tares of the vehicle looked like ants down there, several times Arga sighed heavily making Tomi his assistant look shabby to the point of cold sweat pouring down his forehead.

It's so hard for Tomi to have such a terrifying Boss like Arga, he could explode like an Atomic Bomb at any moment.

The flash of the bloody tragedy again flashed in Arga's shadow.

The thump of a rolling car hit the asphalt road and hit the roadside trees, a loud rumble rumbled to break the quiet atmosphere of the night, the rustling of shattered glass dragged in rows making hearing pain.

Arga sculpts stunned unmoved, his legs as if stiff unable to move, the screams and cries of the people in the car so terrible make Arga even more frightened.

fresh blood poured down the face of one of the passengers who was still conscious, he crawled trying to escape from the wreckage of a car that had been shapeless.

His body trembled, he clutched tightly the tiny figure wrapped in a white blanket mixed with blood.

A burst of fresh blood spurted He fell down, all his strength he handed the tiny creature to Arga.

"Please..... Please take care....." Not until he finished what he wanted to say, the woman breathed her last breath.

"Sir....Mr. Arga" For the umpteenth time Tomi ventured to call Arga who was washed away in his daydream.

"Sir Arga.... Sir...." Once again Tomi called out, cold sweat had completely drenched all over her body, facing Arga as if facing a Demon King who could make her have a heart attack at any moment.

Arga flinched as Tomi patted him on the shoulder, looking as if Arga wanted to swallow Tomi alive.

Tomi's body immediately flinched unmoved, her heart hunting as if it wanted to explode.

"What's wrong?" Briefly Arga is irritated.

"Anu Sir.... Eemmm.... Madame... Madam...."

"Speak clearly before I tear your throat" Arga exclaimed.

"Ab..aaanu... Sir, Miss Amy ran out the window!"

Tomi is aghast when Arga hits his desk.

Arga looked furious, he immediately left his room and went to look for Amy.

Along the way Arga calls Amy's number, but there's no answer from her.

Arga was really upset for him.

"Usefully useless...." Shouted Arga annoyed.

"So many guards, it's possible that Amy could escape their guard"

Arga's getting faster moving his car, he knows full well Amy must be back at the Orphanage.

Arriving there Arga was silent to calm his emotions, he did not want to be impressed bad in front of the people of the home.

Tok......

There was a knock on the windshield, Arga turned his head. Amy greeted him with a very charming smile,

Arga let out a heavy sigh, he got out of the car. He smiled gently and stroked Amy's long unraveled hair, as much as possible he tried to look as if everything was fine, because beside Amy there was Mother Aisyah accompanying him.

"Mother.... Your son is so unruly" cried Arga and pinched Amy's nose.

"What?.....Aaaiiihhh.. You turned out to be lying Amy" sentil mother slowly, "You said you have permission hemm" continued mother Aisyah.

"Aaahh.that's...." Amy smiled awkwardly, she couldn't have told Mommy that she ran down the balcony of her room.

"Yes we have said yes Mother, I still have a job, later when we are free to play here again" Arga said goodbye.

Amy looks tailed behind Arga after previously saying back to Mother Aisyah, She really does not want to go home but she is afraid that mother will misunderstand.

Along the way Arga was silent, Amy was really uncomfortable, the atmosphere at that time made Amy as if she had made a very fatal mistake.

Several times Amy sighed trying to calm down, but Arga's cold attitude made Amy afraid that Arga would punish her.
