Chapter 15

Airin had gone with Damar to go to Bagiri cave to find out who he really was.

Damar and Airin decided to rest because the day was getting late and did not allow them to continue the journey in an increasingly dark state like this.

Airin rubbed her eyes which still felt heavy.

"Vivacious... " The girl yawned. He rubbed his nape that felt sore because he just woke up. The girl was trying to reunite her life that was lost last night.

Airin came out of his tent. He squirms while breathing the fresh and cool air in the forest.

"The room?" Said Airin looking for the whereabouts of the man who was with him last night.

"Where did he go?" The girl wondered.

There was a sound from Bali bushes not far from Airin. Airin looked towards the bush. The leaves that were there swayed like someone had just passed by.

"Room... " Tell him again. With a feeling of fear and curiosity, the girl began to approach the bushes to see what creatures were there.

Airin stepped carefully. Several times the girl swallowed her saliva to relieve the fear in her heart.

The closer, the closer Airin stepped on the bush, until at the end of his time Airin grabbed the bush and he could see a rabbit there. Seeing Airin, the rabbit was scared and ran away from Airin.

"Where's the room?" Said again trying to find the whereabouts of Damar.

Airin turned around wanting to head back to his tent. The girl in white suddenly fell to the ground because of the sudden shock of someone behind her.

"Damar, where the hell have you been?" Airin was upset.

"This was I was catching fish for our breakfast this morning" Damar explained, showing some fresh fish in his base earlier.

"I thought you had left me" said Airin, walking away from Damar and sitting on the dead campfire. Damar followed Airin and sat down in front of the girl.

"There's no way I'm dying you're in a place like this alone. Anyway, I promised both your parents and Tok Wan to take care of you. Moreover, I am indeed in the duty of my nation to take care of you" said Damar thrust the fish he caught earlier with wood to be easy to burn.

"How did you sleep tonight? What's restful?" Tanya Damar started burning the fish he caught earlier.

"Well, good luck" replied Airin.

"How are you?" Ask Airin.

"It's also quiet" Damar told the girl. Though all night he did not sleep at all because it kept Airin from the nation that feared it would come suddenly attacked them and snatched Airin from his hands.

"Here please eat, after that we will continue our journey. Well our journey is still long" said Damar gave the cooked grilled fish earlier to Airin to eat.

"The room around here is a river?" Ask Airin.

"There's a river over there. Why?" Tanya Damar pointed towards the river where she was looking for fish.

"I want to take a shower for a while. Can you drive me there?"

"Oh, I can"

Airin and Damar went towards the river. Airin immediately cleaned himself behind a large rock where the stone was bigger than him so that Damat did not see his bath.

The cool and clear river water adds beauty to the river. A river that is clean and has not been interfered with by man. Damar could easily get fish in the river. The river is natural.

"Have you?" Damar asked when he saw Airin coming back with his new clothes changed.

"Here you go" replied Airin.

Before departing, Airin tidied up his tent and continued their journey.

Along the streets, Airin really enjoyed the view in the forest. Well the sound of birds chirping welcomed the sun shining brightly, squirrels jumping here and there happily. The rabbits ran to find their food. This is a sight he rarely sees. This was the first time he saw her. Because only this time he wandered like this.

"Yes" Damar answered still focusing on driving his horse-drawn carriage.

"Because you have taken good care of me. You want to accompany me like this. I'm lucky to recognize you"

"Together Airin. It's my job to look after you" Damar replied. They looked back at each other. The subtle vibrations began to return in his second heart. Airin and Damar really like each other and harbored their feelings. They were embarrassed by each other.

"Don't worry" said Tok Wan who suddenly appeared from behind them. Where currently they are sitting on the terrace in the house of Tok Wan. Tok Wan sat beside the Raksi.

"You don't worry Ayesha, Airin will be back. He just wanted to know his origin. Not to return with his nation" said Tok Wan casually while pouring warm tea into the glass that had been prepared by Aisyah earlier and sipping the tea.

"Trust all this to them. What else Damar. He could definitely take good care of Aisyah. He is the best soldier in his nation who has been trusted to keep Airin" explained Tok Wan again

"Yes buk, true what Tok Wan said earlier. As soon as we pray, hopefully our daughter's journey smoothly without any obstacles. Moreover, they are spared from the evil creatures that disturb them" said Raksi wisely.

"Yes sir, hopefully what we hope will happen sir. I really can't let go of Airin and parted with her. I'm willing to do whatever it takes to get Airin back with us. In fact, I was able to sacrifice my life for Airin because I love her more than you do" said the middle-aged woman steadily.
